I went in for a tires check, knowing I likely needed new (still driving on three 2019 factory installed, one already replaced). I mentioned a problem with a sensor that hadn't worked in at least four years, which caused the cruise control to stop working. Three other places couldn't figure out the problem. The manager asked if they could try, he said he had one of the best electrical diagnosticians he's ever seen. I said have at it. Later, he called and said they found the problem, a bent camera behind the bumper, they tried straightening it, but the bumper needed to come off--they didn't have the tools. I picked up my car, and the next time I drove it (two days later), and car in front of me made a hard stop to turn, I hard-stopped--a dash sound dinged and those alert lights went away! The sensor is sensing so the cruise control now works again! Wherever we've lived Hubby always wanted to use a Big O. He used this location, but I used Yukon due to work proximity before I retired. Was told that they "could not complete the alignment properly" due to the fact that they "could not make alignment adjustments due to the fact that it was not built to be able to make adjustments." Then they informed me that it was due to the fact that "the frame was bent" and that they would direct me to the best frame shop in town. read more

On Saturday 8/12/2024 I had a 9AM appointment. I dropped my vehicle off for 6 tires (dually truck) and an alignment. I was told that it would be 2 hours or so and they would call me when my vehicle was done. At 12:18 PM I called to check on my vehicle as I had not heard from them. I was told my vehicle had not been worked on yet. The man on the phone told me there had been 12 to 13 people come in after me. After should not matter as I had an appointment. I was then told it was the next one to go in and it would be about 2 hours and again they would call me. At 2:40 pm I called again as I had not heard from them. I was then told they were installing the last tire, and it was almost done. I left my home to pick up the truck and when I arrived was told the tires were done but the alignment was not. They let me know their machine was "broken." They had every opportunity to call me and let me know this information as well as letting me know this when I called - but they did not. Instead, they put on $1,249 worth of new tires on a truck that needed to be aligned. The manager said he could send us to the Yukon location for the alignment. Going there as a walk in with only an hour and half left in the business day would have been pointless. Also, why give this company any more of my money? I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here! This is classic bait and switch - DO NOT EVER GO HERE! In fact, I'd like to suggest a business name change to Big NO from Big O. read more

Blew a tire (with no spare) and we had to leave the truck. Big O had the tire we needed to fix one and immediately mounted it. We bought the other three and got the truck there. They mounted the rest again immediately and were super friendly. They seemed to understand crap happens and were eager to help. I was only visiting Mustang, OK but I know the friends that live there are now lifetime customers. I wish I knew the employees name because he made me feel like a friend and seemed to genuinely care. Be careful. Will not honor Big O nationwide road hazard warranties. Wife brought her car in yesterday and had them fix a slow leak on a tire. They charged her $20 dollars. When she told them she had the road hazard warranty papers they told her the flat rate was $20 and the car wasn't in their database. This is very sad because I recently sat in that same store for 8 hours getting some extensive work done on another vehicle and saw them fix numerous flats for $0. Ok so, I am traveling from California to Pennsylvania and my car had alerted me that one of my tires was really low, so I had to find a place to get it fixed. The first place I went too, everyone was on lunch so they recommended me to a different shop, well on my route I came across Big O Tires and I am SO SO glad I stopped here instead. Brian and J.D were nothing but EPIC in customer service and satisfaction with how my situation was handled and the professionalism I received from both of them. Their kindness and willingness to help me in the smallest of requests was plentiful. I highly recommend coming to Big O Tires to get your auto needs done. It turns out I had a nail in my tire and if I had kept going I would of been flat on the road. Helped me find decent cheap tires and put them on and aligned the car in less than an hour! Jedidiah was super helpful and courteous. His customer service skills are up to par! I have lived in Mustang since 1999. We have always used the local Big O Tires. We had alway gotten god service there until last time. I purchased four new tires, when the service guy pulled up very quickly slammed on the breaks to the point the truck rocked forward. Upon paying and trying to leave the key would not turn over. At first they offered to get a locksmith involved but then all of the store personnel came out together and threated to call the police on my husband for being upset. Keeping in mind I just spent $700 there. I contacted their corporate office who only referred the local store who tired to call the police on me to resolve the issue. On Sunday eve, I was in a little accident and my car had to be towed. Roadside assistant told me the nearest location where the vehicle would be towed to was your location in Mustang. I called Monday morning and spoke with Kathryn Aka Katie at that location to make sure it was ok that my car would be okay on your lot til I spoke with insurance and find out where I would take my car to. I heard from my insurance on Tuesday and they told me to find a body shop where I would like the services to be done. I spoke with Katie on Wednesday and told her and she mentioned something about a tech pulling my car into do a diagonostic and it was $50. I didnt agree or we never discussed them touching my car. I called my insurance again and they found a place to tow my car to. I talked to Katie again and she said the charges are $135 for all the tests they did , I told Katie that we never discussed or talked about them touching my car and nothing should have been done. A few minutes later I got a call from the towing service stating that Big O Tires would not release my car unless that was paid. I called Katie and she was not helpful at all and just stated that the $135 need to be paid. She put me on hold for 15 min to 'switch to another computer to take my payment' and I eventually had to hang up and call back. I dont understand how this location was able to pull my car and do a diagnostic without even being asked to. I had to drive to the location to pay the amount in order to get my car towed to another facility. I think this was totally unprofessional. Our family and friends used to use Big O Tires for alot of our vehicle stuff but after this experience , I will be letting them know to choose another company. read more

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET SERVICE DONE!!!!!!! I went into this location to get an alignment on my vehicle after calling to confirm the wait time. They wold me it would be a 45 minute wait, so i drove straight there. When I dropped my truck and keys off, I confirmed that it would be 45 minutes before I left and they said between 45 minutes and an hour. I had no problem waiting that time for an alignment as that is normal. I went to go get a coffee and catch up on some phone calls while I waited. After an hour I went back to check on my truck and see if it was done yet. They hadn't even touched it at this point. I asked the gentleman at the front desk what was going on and how long it would be and he said about 45 minutes to an hour. When I told him that that is what I heard an hour ago he then became rude and defensive and said he had just gotten in and there was nothing he could do. At that point I asked for my keys back and left. He gave them back to me without saying anything and I left. One would expect a business to try to keep you there for the business. If I would have initially been told 1.5 - 2 hours That would have been fine, but don't just give me a generic time and expect me to wait around at your convenience because your employee was late. To me, he looked lazy and had no rush to get anything done. I am glad I didn't let him touch my truck. read more

Keep Mom away from these swindlers. I replaced my brakes and the adjustment window for my drum brakes are on the back plate of the assembly and difficult to get too when lying under the car. I asked them to adjust my brakes and bleed my system. Two hours later I returned and they were taking my car apart. When I asked why they were taking my brakes apart they said it was necessary to adjust them. When I told them how to adjust the brakes the manager went out and looked then said he had never seen an adjustment port on the dust shield of a drum brake before and then told me he wouldn't service my car. He and his team are under educated in repair and tires and rely on the ignorance of their customers. No telling what excuse they would have used on my old car to up sell me. These guy were doing surgery when I asked for a shot and searching for a way to run the bill up. Would not trust these idiot with a lawn mower. Let Mom buy anything from these guys and she'll end up being told she has to buy everything. Swindlers and cheats. read more

Have bought tires here in the past for a fleet of trucks that I manage. Every time I went back in with a different truck they kept raising the price for the same tires that I had just previously bought. Had to have some warranty work done on one set and they gave me a major run around. Said that they where not properly rotated, when they where the ones doing the rotation. Very Poor. Do not buy tires at the Big O tire store in Mustang OK. I purchased the tires recommended by the salesman at Big O. When I came back and explained that the car lunged severely to the left whenever you accelerated, Chad Dear had a technician drive the car. The technician agreed that there was no mechanical problem and that the car veered to the left when accelerating. Chad offered to sell me another set of tires, but no compensation for the set I had already purchased, despite the fact that the car was unsafe to drive. Chad said "I have given up on helping you". I have never ever written to complain about anything until this awful experience. read more

Just got my car serviced at Big O tires, oil change, tires rotated, ect,. I told them I wanted Mobil Oil they put some off brand name in, told them I wanted a good oil filter, again off brand name. Took the car out for test drive the tires shook so bad I could hardly hang on the steering wheel, took it back and they fixed the problem, should not have been a problem to begin with. Also if a costumer tells you he wants a certain type of oil and oil filter you should do it. STAY AWAY from Big O, will never use them again and all who read this would be smart to not use them. read more
