Brought my car in for a general inspection. they said I need brakes and tried to charge me $1300 to replace them. I haven't had any problems with my brakes. I get it back and now the brakes are grinding really bad so they did something to them to try to force me to pay that outlandish price. won't be going back here ever again. Edit: After working with their team, I brought my vehicle back in to be re-inspected for this issue. They were thorough on this instance, found the issue, and went into detail about what needs to be done. Cody is awesome and transparent with everything. DON'T GO HERE!!! Do not take your vehicle to the Hibdon Tires Plus in Mustang OK. Worse service I have ever had. I took my truck in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right. They charged me $155 for the alignment. I asked for the print out of the alignment sheet and the employee said she could not provide it. The printers were actively working. She showed me a blurry photo on her phone of "some" alignment on "a" vehicle. After paying I was driving my vehicle and still pulled too the right, even more than before the service. They didn't fix anything! I immediately went back and asked for a refund. The manager started arguing with me telling me I misdiagnosed my vehicle and requested the wrong service (alignment). The manager tried to say my tires were bad, they are new tires with less than 5,000 miles on them. They refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to request for an inspection service of the front end. No inspection was done during the alignment. He stated they do not do inspections of the front end unless the inspection is requested. So explained this Hibdon, why do I get a phone call when I request a tire rotation service only and I get a call stating my brakes were inspected and I need new ones. I didn't request a brake inspection but yet they did one and called me asking if I wanted my brakes replaced. Please don't bring your business here unless you want to lose your money and not get the service paid for. The service took forever even though i told them i am from out of town and have to leave the next day. I was in for an emergency tire issue that should have been fast. I showed up 5 hrs before closing for a new tire. They called me 5 mins before closing to pick it up. On my way home, the tire light comes on while i am on the highway. I took it to Firestone that same day. They tested all the wheels. Then test drove it. The light went off on the test drive. It was bc my tires were overfilled. Firestone said they might have been trying to calc how much air the tire needed w fancy math instead of a pressure sensor. So dumb. Wasted my damn time after a long drive because they overfilled the tires. So dangerous too. read more

I had a nail in my tire and I went to this Hibdon to repair and rotate my tires. I just moved here from out of state and everything is on the garage in boxes . The first day I took it in for this the guy told me it was going to 2 hours . I had to go to the post office and I could take care of a few things and wait. We ended up waiting over two hours so I just left and the guy said they were open on Sunday. I came again sun morning before they were open. I dropped off my truck again and they never touched it from 9am to 2:30pm I called and asked at 11:30 and was told I was next in line . I talked to the manger and about this and it wasn't a big deal for him . I definitely would not recommend this place at all do yourself a favor and find another place to go . So when my truck needs new tires I will be shopping else where. Please don't waste your time and money . read more

Had a nail in my tire and I figured I'd have them take a look at my tires since I hadn't replaced them since I bought the car. They never pressured me and said "we'll take a look and let you know if we can fix the tire or replace them." Sure enough they all needed replacing. I had already done my research before going to the store so I told Ryan (nice guy-I really appreciate that he didn't mans-plain tires to me) which ones I wanted if they needed replacing. He ended up giving me a better tire and price match since they didn't have the exact tires and would take too long for shipping. Cars new wheels are quiet and feels like a new car. Put two tires on and said they would definitely have time to do alignment. They did not have time to do alignment. They could not get it done the next day. The day after that they took it in, vehicle still pulling and steering off center. They checked and completed alignment again saying "something slipped"? But tech is now very "confident" about it. No difference. Now they aren't answering the phone, there is no operator or voicemail, it disconnects the call after ringing 50 times. I have to drive there to setup an appointment to get work done that was supposed to be done days ago.. driving with misaligned brand new tires. A lot of miles are out on this car everyday, and no steering or suspension parts were discovered to be damaged. This place owes me gas money at the very least. read more

HORRIBLE. We've been to multiple places over the years for tire work and this location is the worst. (Can Yelp make zero stars a thing?!) They are rude over the phone and they act put out when you call for an update, but they don't call anyone to update them on anything. You have no idea when your tire is ready, if they're patching or replacing, when pickup will be, nothing. They won't call warranty companies to process warranty payments. It's brutal. We're on our way to actually go pick up our tire after a week to take it to another location so they'll order our new tire and process our warranty claim. Clayton has been zero help. -update- We have the tire now. They had one week with the tire and they have never even touched it. No patch, no ordering a new one, no call to Zurich to file the claim, nothing. My husband even told them before the weekend last week that we would pay for it and get a reimbursement and they still never touched it. Discount Tire in Yukon now has the tire, is filing the claim, and placing a new tire on by the end of the business day. No appointment needed. read more

Don't go here unless you want them to mess up your vehicle and rip you off. They will try to sell you things you don't need. unprofessional and unknowledgeable of anything outside of tires. I get my vehicle back and it's knocked out of alignment, coolant drained, brake fluid drained; no power in brakes, and engine randomly accelerating up to 2000 RPMs. when I just came in to do a brake job and they refused to take the brakes off of my car. read more

I had a nail in my tire and called to see how much they charged. The guy who picked up told me it was free of charge so I figured why not drop it off and pick it up later. Once I got there and dropped the tire off he said it would take around two hours since they were busy so I said that's fine and left back home. 2 hrs later I get a phone call saying they can't repair the tire because it has sidewall damage. I was thinking to myself how the hell are they gonna tell me it was damage when my tire only have 600 miles on it. He quoted me that it would cost $430 for tires and to have it installed. I asked again to make sure that's what he said and it was. I looked on discount tires and the tire was $310 so I'm wondering where the extra $120 they were going to charge me was coming from. I told the guy to just put my tire back together and went to pick it up so he said ok. I left 40 minutes after and went to grab my tire and wheel but when I got there they hadn't put the tires back on so I waited again. The free ended up almost costing me $430. I brought it home and plugged it myself. Still driving it till today with no issues. Don't go there or you will get hustled if you don't know much about cars or tires. Stay away from this one. Took my car in for a tire with a slow leak in it. Got a call telling me the nail was in the sidewall and could not be repaired. I asked if they had the same tires that came on the car. they said they did not and that the tires that came on the car were only available from the dealership. I told them I would pick the car up and decide later what to do. When I picked the car up I inspected it and the nail was more than an inch in from the sidewall. I also found that the exact tires are available from the distribution center. I will never go back to this location and recommend that you verify what you are being told. Sounds like they will say anything to sell you a set of tires instead of fixing the ones you have with more that 50% tread left. read more

Here at opening 8am, had a tire with slow leak, a screw cause the slow leak...Taking a long time... if you need to catch up on emails, read a good book, adjust your calendar. This is the place to do it because you'll have lots of time, because they are slow and unorganized. I notice technicians on their cell phones and talking to each other for a while. Took my wife's car in to have a tire fixed. They told me they could not repair it because it had a screw in it that was an inch from the sidewall and tried to sell me a new tire. I told them I refused to throw a perfectly good tire in the land fill and even then I could not afford to replace a tire with less than 1000 miles on it. I asked them to make an exception. The supposed "manager" told me he wouldn't because it was a safety hazard and proceeded to feed me some bogus story about a mom in a mini van full of children. Tires Plus then put that tire with the screw still in it back on my wife's car. Is that not a safety hazard Tires Plus? Another store patched the tire without issue. read more

Not sure who the other reviewers worked with but this shop did an awesome job today. I had a screw in a tire and needed to get new tires anyways. Well my wife called 2pm made an appt for 430 they didn't have the tires in stock but got them shipped over I showed up at bout 428 they got my truck back got me 4 new tires and aligned my truck and I was out of there by 530. Probably would have been faster but when they came to ask me bout the alignment I was on the phone and had to come back into talk to them bout it. If you have the option of going somewhere else, I highly recommend it. We went there this morning, we needed the two tires on the back replaced. One tire had a plug in it. We told them we wanted the other tire back to keep for a spare. To mount the two new tires, balance and rotate them, they said would be about an hour. 3 hours later they get it done. We leave, go straight to Wal mart. I get out of my truck and hear air hissing out of one of the tires we didn't get replaced. We look at it and find a new screw sticking out of the tire. The tire was perfectly fine before we went to the tire shop. We get home and find they didn't give me the good tire back that I wanted as a spare, but instead they plugged the hole and gave me the bad tire back and kept my good one. I give this place 0 stars. Terrible service, I took my car here for an alignment and they broke a part, had to order another part (supposedly here in 5 days), and they still don't have the part 8 days later. A couple hour alignment turned into a week without my car. Who knows when they will get the part and finish the alignment. On top of that I call to see if they get the part in and all I get is, "It's not in. I'll research to see when it gets here and give you a call". Never called me back, had to call up there myself. I had tire that had a slow leak so I stopped in after work on a Friday thinking no big deal. Well he tells me they can't get to it so I have to make an appointment. Ok, so I make the appointment for the next day on Saturday morning and get up there and wait about an hour to find out it's a problem with a wheel....again leaking air. So I have to leave the wheel with them and he said he will send it back out Monday and will probably take three days. Wednesday rolls around no call, then Thursday nothing. So finally Friday I call and I'm told it's there! So much for the call I suppose. So I get up Saturday morning again and go up there to have it put back on. He walks out with the rim only and says here it is. I say are you going to mount it back on the tire? He knows nothing about my tire and has no idea where it is. Im about to loose my damn mind at this point so I go out to the car and look in the trunk. Sure enough there it was. So instead of just a quick switch of the and repaired tire I have to wait for them to mount it. That is what I'm doing right now, 25 minutes later the car hasn't even been moved! Got 4 new tires here yesterday and they told me a total more than quoted and did not go over the price. When I asked for itemized explanation they were going to charge me $111 more for an extended warranty on the tires I did not ask for nor did they speak to me about. Came back today for a oil change, they then explain led I need about $500 repairs done on my car. I came in for a oil change not to give you all my money again today. I should have known after they bent one of my rotors last tire rotation not to come back but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will pay a little more and return to Big O tires in Mustang. It's worth it for the honesty!! read more

So, I stopped by after several days of having to put air in one of my tires. I knew the tire had a slow leak in a patch previously put in place as I had it checked out approximately a week before at a different place, but did not have time to wait for a repair/replacement that day. It all started out at around 7:50am. I thought I would be clever and beat the crowd. There was one gentleman in front of me and we were allowed to wait inside until 8:00am, when the doors officially opened for business. At 8:00am, I spoke with an employee who took my information. I explained the situation with my tire and that I wanted to have it replaced. He said, "O-kay, we will take a look at it", then started to walk away. I stopped him and asked if maybe we might need to discuss price. He told me the leaking patch could likely be repaired by drilling a larger hole and revising the repair. I SHOULD have known to just walk away at that point. I again asked about tire prices. After we figured all that out, I waited. I watched a skeleton crew stand around and/or move displays outside, another employee get the cash register ready, while another guy turned on the T.V. and watched X-men for a few minutes. At exactly 8:30am, they started pulling cars in for service. At 8:45am, I asked if there was any idea as to how much longer it would be. I assumed there were people with appointments who would be in line first (and I was also told this); however, after listening to the employees previously discuss said appointments (between 8:00am - 8:30am) and how one did not need to be finished until noon, while another was not due for pick-up until 4:00pm, common sense dictated to me the walk-in customers could be attended to without interfering with repairs on the vehicles which were scheduled. The guy went to the service area, came back, walked right by me, then asked another customer who had just arrived if he could help him. In the middle of his talking to the customer, he looked at me and said, "He is getting ready to pull your car in right now" (What a coincidence :-/ and what an unbelievably RUDE gesture to both me and the customer to which he was talking). Once my car was pulled in for service, I watched the mechanic take my wheel off and roll it to a place out of my view. I turned away for a few minutes, thinking my tire was being changed. When I eventually turned my attention back to the service area, the mechanic was airing up a tire on the opposite side of the one needing repair. Approximately 2 minutes later, I saw my car being pulled out of the service area and over to the place where customers can get in and drive away. The time period in which all of this took place was entirely too short to have allowed for a new tire, and all that is entailed, to have been mounted, etc. I asked the mechanic as he came in the door, "So, what did you end up doing?" He said, "I had to put air in all four tires". I asked him about the tire for which I had originally came in. He proceeded to tell me it (and all of my tires) was/were low on air pressure due to the outside temperature. I asked him if he had taken the tire off the wheel. He said, "No", but that he did take the wheel off the car and rolled it in water to look for air bubbles." He said that is how he knew it (and the other tires) just needed air. I proceeded to provide the same information I gave initially, regarding the previous patch and having to air up my tire daily. He was baffled. I guess he was not informed properly... or, did he just not read the information?... What did he think was supposed to be done?... Did the paperwork given to him say, "Just check the front, driver's tire and see if there is a problem?... I made a specific request, but am sure I was just pacified by the unmotivated group of individuals I encountered. I recommend the 'upper echelon' go in as secret shoppers, a multiple number of times, so an accurate determination of the quality (lack-there-of) of service can be determined. Additionally, perhaps some simple time management, people skills, customer service (unfortunately, you cannot teach common sense) training is in order. One would think at 8:00am, when there are cars left for repair prior to opening and other patrons are filing in at a steady pace, there would be a full crew with which to start the business day. And, anyone with half a logical mind would think perhaps a manager and one employee would start the day at 7:30am; to get cash registers and outside displays ready for actual business to start at 8:00am. But instead, I literally waited an hour to have someone put air in my tire! UNBELIEVABLE! Additionally, I will have to use personal leave time to compensate for my late arrival to work (which I would have been fine with had the repair I requested been performed). Obviously, I will NOT be patronizing this business EVER! *To the business agent who reads this - Do not send me a generic apology message. FIX your staff and operating procedures! read more

Do not take your car here to get it aligned. I have taken three different trucks to get aligned in the past year. Every single truck was sent back saying it needed thousands in service before it could be aligned. Best part? I put every single part under the entire front end myself the day before I took it up there. That is why I took it to be aligned. I do the work myself then take it up there to have them align it. I guess they weren't figuring a 7 year veteran auto-mechanics teacher would be their customer. When I pointed out the parts they said were bad were brand new, the guy said he has seen new parts wear out on the shelf. Hmmm, upper and lower ball joints, Inner and outer tie rods, idler and pitman arm all went bad on the shelf. Suuuure they did. It has been very evident in my experience they have been finding ways to upcharge in the name of safety. I am not ever going back. read more
