I hope they did a good job of tire replacement, though I do not like the fact that they failed to reach complete alignment on my 2018 Mercedes. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I discovered the warning sign that tire pressure was low. Both Chris and his technician assured me that Mercedes needs a few minutes of driving to get used to new tires. I drove for 20 min, but the yellow light did not disappear. Then I parked and learnt from Gemini that I had to adjust the setting of the Tire Pressure Monitoring System to new tires, which is a simple 15-sec procedure. If I could give Big O Tires negative stars, I would. We purchased a set of tires in July 2025 and had constant air leaks that eventually led to a flat. We bought another set from Big O Tires on April 10, 2026, drove only a few miles home, and woke up the next morning to another flat. A different tire shop inspected the vehicle and found the tires had been installed improperly for the rims we have. Since they corrected the installation, our tires have held air perfectly for months. Throughout the entire experience, Big O Tires was rude, took no responsibility, and did nothing to remedy the situation. I would not recommend them. read more

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in for an oil change for $70 and left paying $460. They said my oil pan and plug were too old and needed replacing. I had the new parts ready and they just had to install it. They wanted to charge me over 2 hours of labor for it. They didn't budge until my dad spoke with the manager on the phone and said he could do it himself in an hour at home. They said I can pay the 2 hours of labor or tow my car. Had them put snow tires on my car in preparation for heading up to the mountains. 5 days later the car started vibrating and shaking. Had the car towed to the closest dealership. Found out the lug nuts were loose and the wheel was loose. Caused $1800 worth of damage. They refuse to admit fault, cover the cost of repairs, and obviously will not guarantee that wheels will stay on the car for even 1 week after service. read more
