These guys were life savers. We blew a tire in the middle of the night on our way up to Montana. We had our family including my older mother in law. Matt was there early in the AM and offered to help us out prior to them opening. Easton helped jack up our RV , put a tire on and had us on our way in less than a half an hour. I was stranded with a flat tire and no spare and happened to pull off the freeway right across the street from this Big O tire. I walked in and explained my situation and the staff bent over backwards to help me out. They brought a portable air pump across the street to inflate the tire enough for me to pull up, they jacked it up and discovered that the sidewall was damaged and couldn't be repaired. The store manager Matt then spent an hour on the phone searching both Big O's inventory and competitors as well trying to find a replacement tire. We worked out a solution and got me back on the road. I can not recommend Big O enough! Thanks again Matt for all your help! read more

These guys are scummy. They charged $104 for a diagnostics test that any other place would do for free. They offered to "waive" the fee only if I left my car with them and agreed to let them be the ones to fix it. Their price quotes were awful and I ended up fixing it myself. Morale of the story, do not go here. For anything. They will charge you through the roof and act like it's normal. Learn from my mistake. read more

I called Big O Tires multiple times today and each time Matt answered the call and was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and patient with my many questions! He gave great service once I got to the shop and let us know about multiple payment options since we had a large unexpected purchase of all 4 tires, allignment and and oil change. The service was done rather quickly considering everything we needed and they had to get some parts from another store. I had a blowout on i15 northbound 1p miles or so shy of Santaquinn and because I have a long history buying from big o in salt lake I chose them to replace mytires. While they were doing that they found my left brake pad was worn out witch I had known and was planning to address when I got home. My wife insisted I let them repair it. So reluctantly I did. Drove the truck back to salt lake and in the next day or so noticed my emergency brake was. Not working.so I tore into it and found corroded parts keeping it from working. Not big o fault but they could have told me. So then I did some maintenance replaced the brake line to both calipers when doing that I noticed the right caliper was a left caliper they are rhe same but the bleeder is in the wrong place so I get a new one again not big o fault but a professional shop should have caught that.so I then go to bleed the brakes and find the left caliper is old rusty and the bleeder is seized making bleeding the brakes impossible. So I replace that one to. Not big o fault but then several days later I look at the bill and find the charged me for a new left caliper and for bleeding the brakes that I know was impossible. THEY CHARGED ME FOR PARTS THEY DID NOT REPLACE! FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT PERFORM! I am old and obviously disable they thought they could get over on the old dude. I also found out there Is a $100 dollar promotion the did not give or offer d\for buying 4 tires. STAY AWAY.THEY ARE DISHONEST . Update I called them and there was no resolurion. They said they had a record of ordering a part and returning a core. I didnt take pics because I didnt look at the reciept until after I fixed it. I do have reciepts for the calipers I bought. Its all good. Dint go there. They are dishonest and unless you have enough evidence to prove it in a court of law they wont make it right. BTW they also cheated me out of the $100 off for buying 4 eires Bif O has going on. Not a place to take youur car. They are creapers. read more

I would not recommend this place. They are very expensive and you don't even have the perk of getting good quality for the price you pay. We had them replace a part on our van's lift gate, so it would close slowly rather than slam shut. Spent $80 and it stopped working after less than a month. I called and they told me they would cover the part but I would have to play labor, the labor fee was $80!?! That's how much we originally paid. He tried to say we paid that much cause they gave us a good deal, whatever. Good lesson learned, won't ever go back there! read more

I like to shop local but under no circumstances would I use this business again. We had our truck repaired here. They quoted $700, it ended up costing us $2,700. They ordered the wrong part twice and charged us $200 to have a guy drive to SLC to pick up the correct part because by then we were under a big time crunch. Go to a trusted local dealer or auto shop but not this one!! Never again. read more

I had to give it 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. Big O Tires in Santaquin Utah is the worst business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I took my car in because the "check engine" light was on and the registration was due to expire at the end of the month. The told me that they ran a diagnostics test, identified the problem and fixed it. The light came back on so I called them back. I was told that I would have to pay to have another diagnostics test done. When I told them that they were crazy because I already paid for the repair that they told me I needed, they finally told me that they would look at it again. This time they told me that I needed a new fuel cap so I had them order one. After 10 additional days of waiting for a fuel cap, and several phone calls later, I finally decided to go elsewhere for the fuel cap. I made one phone call to another shop and a 15 minute drive and I had the new fuel cap. However, that didn't solve the problem. They misdiagnosed it again. I have now been waiting for 15 days for them to contact me with the new fuel cap that I found out on my own that it didn't need. I later confirmed with them that they never did the original diagnostics. They just replaced the purge valve at my expense thinking that would solve the problem. When it didn't, they wanted me to pay more for an actual diagnostics test. I talked to one employee and told him that because of all of their wasting my time, the registration for the car is now expired. His text to me stated, "with Covid going on, law enforcement is being extremely lenient about registration." This shop is horrible! They are dishonest and clueless about running a business. They are NOT mechanics. They are tire guys at best! read more
