We were passing through town when we got a screw in our tire. Big O tires was insisting they had to sell me four brand new tires to fix the problem and that the screw was unpatchable. My tires were six months old at the time. Luckily I called another tire shop and they told me to bring it to them to take a look at it and patched it up for $20 and I was on my way. Big O insisted it was because they "didn't want to get sued" if something happened, but it felt like a big scam to get me to drop $800 to me. I will never be going back to Big O. read more

We were driving to Zion NP from Las Vegas in a rental car with only 1800 miles on it when the check engine and oil light went off and a message stating to Reduce Oil Level. Long story short we went to Big O tires to see if they could reduce our oil level. They were able to!!! There was about 1.5 quarts too much oil in there! We were leaving that day to come home. Due the position of the screw, I needed to have a brand new tire. Showed up 35 minutes before closing to get my tire pressure checked because my tire pressure light had come on. They found a "huge screw" in my tire that was causing my pressure to fall. The guy at the desk told me all of the technicians were going home early so they wouldn't fix it. They instead filled my pressure to 40 instead of 30 so that I could still drive on it and said a technician would be back tomorrow morning at 8:00 and if I wanted to come at 7:00 I could get on the list. I drove to another Big O getting there 10 minutes before closing and they fixed it without batting an eye of how close it was to closing. read more

All the bad reviews must get deleted cause this location is not a honest business. We took in our truck for an alignment. They tried to convince us it needed much much more than alignment. We have experienced this crap before so we do check before letting them just do it. Go to a few different garages for bids. Talk to someone, don't just let these people get away with thieving and making money for nothing. I went to this business because they had a tire warning sign on. I asked them to check it out. They came out and checked the pressures and told me my tires were fine. I asked them why the tire light wasn't turning off and they said my sensors were malfunctioning. They told me to go drive it around and see if it didn't go off. The light didn't go off and I proceeded to go home since it was near closing time. I woke up the next morning and had a flat tire. I took my car in and told them that I had a flat tire. They were very rude and made sexist remarks. They then proceeded to tell me my tire was ruined and I had to buy four new ones. To make a long story short they lied about what my car dealership told them and they treated me worse than I have ever been treated in my entire life. I told him I was not comfortable with the service I have been given and they just asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I will never return to this business. I went in to simply have my front right control arm repaired and somehow Ralph Sayre and crew managed to not only destroy my cars antennae and reprogram my keys, but also caused my USB and front washer fluid sprayers to not work, I have no idea how they managed to break all that while working on the tire, but nonetheless. When I asked Ralph Sayre, the manager, what they did he denied knowing anything even though I have evidence they accessed the computer and fuse box to try to fix what they broke, but failed. When I asked Ralph what he can do to help me he told me to "fuck off". Ralph also lied by saying he has 38 years experience when he is 39 years old. Save yourself the trouble and expense of cleaning up after Ralph's shoddy work, I am about to be out $460 simply cleaning up their damage. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more
