That's honest! Sarah does an excellent job communicating in a friendly and professional manner. She always returns my calls and does everything she can to work you into their busy schedule. They are busy because they are Honest and very good at what they do. If you have to wait a day or two, it's worth it!!!

All the value of what they do is so much better than the dealership because they're actually looking at the car each individual car. At the dealership, you don't have a choice they don't speak to you. They don't listen to your concerns about your vehicle they treat every car the same at the dealer. I'm so glad I found Ultimate Motors. I've been twice for an oil change a tuneup and a battery change all the service was done well. I appreciate it so much.

Second, I took my 2013 jeep wrangler with 82,000 miles to this shop for the dreaded lifter tick. I dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon ahead of my appointment that coming Monday. By Friday late morning, they called to tell me what needed to be done and the cost. By late Tuesday morning it was finished. It was there almost a week but it was completed in 2 days.. not counting the weekend. It wasn't cheap but they fixed what I needed. Btw... the cost was on par for what I had expected Great! I had originally taken to another local shop a couple weeks prior which they claimed they don't have the tools To fix the tick. But they had no peoblem taking 1500 to fix another issue. Highly recommended Ultimate motors!

They were able to help me right away, and the price wasn't too bad either. My car ended up having worse issues that caused the radiator hose to bust. But I do appreciate the fact that they helped me the way they did. They replaced the hose and had me on my way. Also helped me understand the issues my car was having. They made it easier for me to let the dealership know exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Thank God for warranties! Overall I was very satisfied with the services they offered. Customer service was also great. Will definitely be going back whenever I have any issues with my cars.

Instead, their repair technician offered to come in on his day off so I could have a new tire the very next day and stay on schedule for our move. To top it off, the tire was covered under warranty, so I only paid $25. Their honesty, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is rare these days. Jimmy came out (from miles away) in his fully equipped work truck, with not one but TWO starters (nobody knew which one would fit my old vehicle until he took it off and matched it). He fixed it outside, in the dark, as tumbleweeds swirled in a vortex (possibly caused by space aliens) around the Bonifmobile. Also he had to modify the heat shield bracket thing, for the new starter to fit. Packs of hungry coyotes howled in the distance as some type of Skinwalkers observed from a distance. Jimmy threw a rock at them and expertly finished the job. Also he charged less than the local garage would have, but they were closed all weekend anyway. (Did I mention that this was during a holiday weekend? It was during a holiday weekend...) I was able to escape Skinwalkers, Aliens, rabid coyotes, AND being overcharged for repairs - Thanks to Jimmy.

i took my van to big o tires,because it was shaking. i called for an estimate and said it was gonna cost me $1400.00 to get it to stop shaking. the manager "john" told me that my van was gonna run smoothly..so i agreed.then they called me later that day and said my van was done. i showed up around closing time and paid. as soon as i went outside they closed up in a hurry. i got in my van and as i started driving and it started to shake like it did when i dropped it off!!! i went back the next day for a refund or fix and he told me to take him to small claims.now i call them big o scammers! since then i got my van fixed and the problem was just a loose pipe on muffler.(paid $40.00 to fix weld) they prey on people who dont have any experiance in cars and charge you an arm and a leg. dont let them take advantage of you. i called corporate offices and all they do is hang up on me. never ever again will i go back...i'd rather walk.I have NEVER worked for Big O tires,and I never will.Even when i came in to talked to the "owner Tom"..He sat on his desk quitely..Letting "John"tell me take us to small claims".this is an HONEST REVIEW..Im just telling the truth. went to yucca valley big o and talked to sandy on the phone she told me they were busy but she would get me in. my tire kept giving me trouble all day and I had a leak in another one . when I arrived sandy greeted me and was very cordial and professional. she wrote my vehicle up a repair order and within ten minutes she had the verdict ... I needed tires three of the four were separated and had metal showing and the other was bald on the inside . she recommended four tires and an alignment and I agreed . she told me it would take one and half hours and I went to starbucks a very short walk from the store and after about and hour sandy called me telling me my car was completed . she explained everything in a very professional manner and I was on my way. I found the place to go up here in the Morongo valley this big o store is amazing and the crew was very happy and more than one thanked me for my business I can see why they won the best of the best in the local area for tire shops ...kudos Big O read more

Boyfriend and I were traveling the scenic route back from Palm Springs to Vegas. Topped of the…read moretank in 29 Palms and immediately the car's low tire pressure warning went off. Topped the Porsche with air but immediately pressure started to drop, and drop fast. We hit two local tire shops and Jr from fast tire and auto pointed us in the direction of Em's. Seems we did a good job of running over a nail on the inner sidewall that could not be patched and we needed a whole new tire. 21 inch is not an easy find - but Andrew, Jr, and Jim's had a couple in the back to get us on our way There is something to be said about good customer service. We had to drives 18 miles to get to Em's and were concerned we wouldn't make it. Andrew kindly ensured they would stay open for us as we were dangerously close to arriving after 5 when the shop was slated to close Plus we had to top off with air twice along the way Not only were they able to get us on our way. Jim showed me around the shop and walked me through the process. They took extra care pooping off the old tire of the wheel to not scratch the rims and Jr bagged up the old tire so it wouldn't get the inside of the car dirty. Never in my life have I seen that. They even sent us on our way with some bottled water Right now I will attest no matter what type of car you have if you get stuck anywhere near Joshua Tree Em's will get you fixed and on your way. Hopefully we don't need them again but if we ever find ourselves in that situation we know where to go

Daniel helped me with the issue of the suspected tire BUT also found another tire had a huge nail in it and he took care of that tire too. Both could be patched and that saved me a tremendous amount of money! He also checked the pressure on all my tires and adjusted everything perfectly. I expected the worst and truly left in the best mood! Everyone was very nice and the employees really seemed to take pride in what they do. It was a nice environment to be around. Highly recommend!!
