So, I just had one of my favorite yoga classes ever! I'm talking all different studios, cities, styles. Very glad I pounded water today because it allowed me to completely sweat through my clothes ("Gross" you will say if you haven't taken a hot yoga class before, but try it! It's such a rewarding practice!) Kiley, the instructor, was encouraging, helped students in poses, and had a positive attitude and message for the class which is so needed during one of those intense classes. I also liked that there was no mirror in the room like many yoga studios - I always end up darting my eyes across the mirror, so losing that helped my focus personally. The studio is clean, and lovely and I can't wait to go back! read more

If anyone walks out of a yoga session with something to complain about then they should go right back inside and try again because they missed the point. I came here on a whim thanks to google, just looking for a happy sore and a good sweat; I got both of those things and more. I ended up buying a membership and coming back for more. Every teacher so far, every time of day; they take the quality of their product seriously and do a great job. So glad they're within biking distance but if I ever move I'll probably still drive back. I took the Power Flow class with Dave via Classpass. I was able to find parking right out front of the studio, and was greeted immediately and warmly upon walking in. Check-in was a breeze and the entire space is bright and clean. The class itself was wonderful; a challenging but accessible heated vinyasa. I found that there was a lot of space to go where you needed to go within the flow (whether challenging yourself with a more advanced pose or scaling back with a modification) and Dave gave great instruction and encouragement throughout. I was hesitant at first, I'll be honest. This was my first studio in Denver when I moved. I was attracted by the powerful flow jams class, since my previous yoga studio was a vinyasa style with contemporary music. This was my first time practicing baptiste yoga, and I was a little thrown off at the repetitive nature of the classes. Generally they follow the same sequencing and I was used to a varied flow. After practicing here for about a month, I have found a lot of freedom in the repetitive nature. I'm not guessing what is next or trying to keep up with a flow. The classes are hard - even for someone who practices all of the time, there is space to find your edge. I am learning more about the postures and new variations with every class, and I'm so appreciative for the adjustments and challenges. It truly is a great community as well. After moving here from Indianapolis, I was on the hunt for a new hot yoga studio. I was like Goldielocks trying out different hot yoga studios all downtown near my office until I found this place. Unfortunately, they aren't very close to my office and are closed right now, but I am still able to take classes over zoom. The studio classes are really hot and challenging and leave you feeling great afterward. It's a nice studio that friendly vibe and is not overly corporate or pretentious. I have gone several times with different teachers each time. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, experienced and motivating. The classes tend to follow a basic pattern but each is different and I am always finding myself trying new things and being challenged. Unlike other studios, none of the classes play I have been to play music during class; I'm not sure why but maybe it's to focus on your breath and the instructions. I have never gone to class that was too crowded (not having enough space is stressful). They always seem to have a very diverse group of students, so I feel it is a place that is truly welcoming for everyone. I think they only have hot classes though, so I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who has never been to a yoga class, but if you love hot yoga this is the best place I have found so far. read more

The Sunday class here is great, I didn't know it was hot yoga when I went but they were great about getting me set up and offered a towel for my first time (highly recommend, it's HOT in there and you will sweat a lot) the class was a bit fast paced for my liking but I'm not in the worlds greatest shape so that might be a personal problem lol. That being said, I felt empowered to modify poses without feeling like a slacker and the cool towel soaked with lavender at the end was a very nice treat! read more

I'm convinced this is the best yoga ever! The teachers are fantastic and push you the perfect amount. Have adjusters in many classes. And I surprisingly love the lack of mirrors - it really helps you focus on your body and where you should be. I hope they have the following to eventually open another location in Denver. read more

Love this yoga studio. It's extremely challenging and the community is so supportive. I actually started yoga in 2013 at the original Big Houston and still feel the extreme love from this community. This location has less classes but also just opened up a little over a year ago. Any way, just get here and take a class! They have an unlimited month of yoga for only $40 as opposed to $20 for a drop in class. What could you really lose? :) maybe some weight and your ego hehe. ;) read more
