I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

They have national, international and local brand options at Party Pak. Are you from out of town and like a beer from a local brewery from your home state? They might have it, so it's worth asking. You can even mix and match your own 6 pack, which is probably where their name comes from since it's like a variety/party 6 pack. I didn't talk to the employee much but they seemed willing to help us. They greeted us when we came in but that was all. I don't mind quiet employees, although it is always nice to have an employee recommendation. Hopefully I can get back to Indianapolis soon so I can stop by here again to try out some of their local selection.

I walked into this liquor store and was greeted right away from the guy working. He asked me if i was looking for something specific, and he was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for immediately. He was very accommodating and I was in and out in seconds. Store was clean, and there were lots of options to choose from. Store attendant was professional and kind. I also am a younger gal and sometimes am nervous being alone in liquor stores, esp late night. I felt safe and will definitely stop by here again.

Hence why I pop into 21st Amendment every now and again, it's located in the strip that has the old marsh. You have to remove your sunglasses or hoody when you come in, but I think that is a reasonable request. They usually have a great selection of alcohol. From wines, beer, the hard seltzer's that are oh so popular and spirits. I typically come in with a one track mind and only have to browse briefly to find what I need. Sometimes I will browse around just to see if they is anything new. They also run deals on featured items from week to week and make sure that it is marked clearly for a customer to see. My sisters and I got to experience their Spring Fine Wine tasting this past weekend. It was a free…read moreevent that included 30+ wine tastings and Hors d'oeurves. It was a great time. It was at the one downtown but I couldn't find their store on here. It was down in their wine cellar and we had a ball. There were 7 different stations. Each one with their own wine experts there to explain everything about what you are tasting and even gave advice on what to pair them with. Needless to say we had to uber home but enjoyed ourselves. I definitely recommend going to the next cause I will be there for sure.
