I was looking for a specific tequilla... and they had it! Not only that they had several tequilas open for tasting so I was able to find a new tequila that is good tasting and very smooth. The sales associates on the floor are very knowledgeable; they don't just work there, they actually know what they are talking about which is very helpful. The have wine tasting on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They also offer classes to learn about wine.

I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

The wine and spirits were labeled in a way that made everything easy to locate what you were looking for. The one cashier told us how they do wine tastings on Fridays! After we purchased our items, one of the guys from the opposite side of the store tried to claim that she stole a TWISTED TEA when she HAS NO POCKETS ON HER PANTS. Go check your cameras. You're horrible at you're job. If you're gonna be a pig, come up with a better excuse. Worst service ever. Won't be returning.

It's an easy, convenient walk from anywhere downtown or the Massachusetts Avenue (Mass Ave) corridor. Historical Tidbit: The building itself is a fascinating piece of Indianapolis history. It was built in 1894 to function as a more permanent home for the Indiana Dental College (IDC). For a couple of decades, this was the spot where the city's dentists trained before the school was acquired by Indiana University and moved to its current location several blocks west to the campus of IU Indianapolis. The structure was officially added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Coldcock Whiskey retails for 19.99 every where and here it is 26.99 and then I look around and everything is like 5.00 more then any where else. So I ask the lady at the register why cause their sign says Payless 3x like it is super cheap and she goes cause the area like it is a nice area.....haha.... It is a ghetto trashy store with rude service.
