I don't know for sure whether the filets were fresh or frozen, but the fish itself tasted very tender and flaky while the batter had the perfect amount of crunch to it. As far as the dining room is concerned I can't remember if it always looked this way or if they made some changes. The fumes can be a bit overwhelming and take away from the experience.
