His suggestion is well-taken but we still don't know what's in the 'crispy coating.' When we were ordering, one member in my group asked for the two meat plate with brisket and pork ribs. The menu says "pork ribs." The worker said "We don't have pork ribs. We have ribs." So ribs it was. Giving a little room for grace, he was a young man who seemed to be new.
