They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

Nancy did the homework to identify an alternative pilot assembly replacement for the discontinued one. Corey (clearly an experienced and skilled technician) came out to do the repair, worked around some problem issues, communicated well, and fixed it--all for a fair price. He was meticulous about cleanup leaving the fireplace and immediate surroundings cleaner than before. While their service backlog was a month, the knowledgeable, efficient service was well worth the wait.

They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Hired Alpha & Omega to install a fireplace insert…read more They recommended which inserts would fit, we selected one, and when they installed it 1) it clearly did not fit the hole in the fireplace and 2) protruded from the wall. Then they tried to "fix" this by ordering a pricey piece of metal to cover it up. That also did not fit. Then they tried to "frabricate" their own piece of metal to do the same. That looked terrible. When we asked them to please remove the insert and forget about the entire thing, they told us they could not refund us. Then they said they could only address the problem by replacing the (wrong/ill-fitting) unit (that they had selected/recommended) with a new more expensive one that we would have to pay for. When all was said and done, they refused to offer any discount on their services. And since the install, every time it rains water leaks into the unit. The entire process took amost a year to complete, and the end result is a broken fireplace. I genuinely do not understand how this company is in business.
