We got half Cajun dry rub, half gochujang sauce - both flavors were great. We both ordered entrees from the specials menu - the spicy chicken rigatoni was *actually* spicy and flavorful, and the fiesta chicken salad was fresh and crisp. The drinks were also strong & tasty. Prior to this dinner visit, I've been here once before, sitting at the bar for lunch - I had a house salad with chicken - also great! The atmosphere is cool and somewhat sporty, but still feels like a standard sit-down restaurant. The three of us visited your establishment to enjoy a meal. One of my friends ordered the calamari; however, it was excessively salty to the point that it was inedible. After tasting it myself, I found the level of salt overwhelming so much so that I needed to drink water immediately to alleviate the taste. When our server, Diego, checked on our table, my friend politely explained the issue. He responded that he would speak with the manager. Upon returning, he informed us that the manager stated there was nothing that could be done. We were surprised and disappointed that the manager did not come to the table personally at that point. We then requested to speak with the manager directly. When she arrived, she did not introduce herself by name or title. We respectfully directed her to the side of the table where the concern originated, rather than speaking across our food. She appeared visibly annoyed by this request. As my friend explained the issue, noting she had never experienced calamari prepared in such an overly salted manner, the manager repeatedly stated that there was nothing she could do even after being told the dish was inedible. At no point did she initially offer a replacement or alternative. When another friend asked whether there was a policy displayed on the menu regarding such situations, the manager responded by accusing us of being rude and stated, "I'm not supposed to give you a credit, but I will." This was the first mention of any form of resolution, and it was delivered in a dismissive and unprofessional tone. She also used air quotes while speaking, which further escalated the situation. At that point, one of my friends asked to speak with the manager, as Michelle had not identified herself and did not appear to be acting in a managerial capacity. She responded defensively, stating, "I don't appreciate you asking for the manager when I am the manager," and accused us of being disrespectful. Attempting to de-escalate the situation, I thanked her for the credit and asked my friend to remain quiet. However, when another friend reacted with a laugh clearly out of disbelief the manager confronted her, asking, "What are you laughing at?" This further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and appropriate customer service conduct. My friend responded appropriately, expressing surprise at the manager's demeanor and explaining that we are all professionals who expected to be treated with respect. The manager's attitude from the moment she approached the table was unnecessarily hostile. For context, I have personal experience in the service industry, having worked as a server in the past and as a supervisor for over 10 years. Based on that experience, I believe this situation reflects a clear need for additional training in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution. Just had some delicious burgers! Nice brioche bun, cooked perfectly. French fries were great. Started with mozzarella sticks that were yummy too! And they weren't so hot that they burned our mouths. This place has become a regular for me. Great vibes on karaoke night and that's probably the only time I go. The Dj is DH and he plays a variety of music which is great. The service is okay usually, sometimes it could be a little slow. The food is decent I mean it's not giving Michelin star but it does the job. Ordered a steak asked for medium, they gave me medium well but the flavor was amazing so I let it rock. Definitely come check this place out. I had a very disappointing experience at Gabrielle's Sunday (09/08/25) on their patio. When I asked for my bill, I was presented with two credit card slips to sign, but not the actual itemized bill showing my full order. When I asked the bartender for the detail, he ignored me. After asking again, he told me the manager had to pull it, I said I would wait. Only then did he bring me the detail, which showed that an 18% gratuity had already been added, along with a $3.50 credit card fee. Here's the problem: if I had not asked for the detail and had left my usual 20% tip, the bartender would have ended up with a 38% tip. I had paid cash, would he have pocketed the $3.50 credit card fee? His actions were dishonest and predatory. Plenty of parking as the place is in a shopping center with a large lot. Large bar with a decent size dining room. The place is nicely decorated with plenty of TVs. As usual we sat at the bar. They have about a dozen taps. I ordered a Sam October which was cold and fresh. Food was decent. We ordered mahi tacos and chicken pot stickers. We arrived a Gabrielle's at lunchtime with only one other table seated. Our group had eight diners and we put two tables together with two additional chairs. There are several flat-screen televisions playing sports or giving sports updates. Our server seemed like she was the bartender, cook, and bottle-opener as she was very hurried throughout our experience. Gabriele's offers flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. They do offer a Beyond Burger and with some modifications, it can be made vegan. The two salads I saw delivered to our dining group looked good. One was a Caesar salad without the Caesar dressing but instead the house vinaigrette and I don't remember the second salad. My colleague's French dip sandwich had quite a few fatty pieces that had to be removed and the Au Jus was severely lacking. It was like my ketchup which appeared in a plastic 1-ounce container with a plastic lid. In either case, the lack of ketchup and the lack of Aus Just seemed like veiled attempts at portion control which was disappointing. I thought the plate presentation was above average and almost on par with Yard House. The guacamole that I ordered with my beyond burger was average and needed a little more garlic and spice. Many in our dining group were not able to get refills on their drinks as our server had vanished. While my lunch was good, I kept thinking about why the restaurant was so slow. The front door was wide open yet that still did not attract any customers. Perhaps it's different when the Yankees are playing at night or on the weekends. I came here for a engagement party. The private room had a bar in it. It was very spacious. There was a table set up for buffet style food; sweet chili wings, mashed potatoes, broccoli, penne noodles, Cesar salad, beef and more. The food was good, especially liked the wings. I have been to this location for a few day parties but its about time I made a review on this manager Dana. My friend ordered a shrimp dish she didn't like and only had a couple bites. Most restaurants would try to accommodate the customer but not here. I asked the very nice waiter about it and he told me the manager would not take off or try to exchange food even if the customer is unhappy. I asked to see the manager Dana which is not such a friendly person. She came over with attitude so I matched her energy. She said what the policy was and I said to her that makes no sense and most restaurants would try to make the customer happy even if they had replace the meal with something else. She said with a nasty attitude we'll do it this one time but made sure she left with "the next time you come here this won't happen again!" And walked away with a nasty attitude. When we got the bill the item was still there and I was upset for my friend. My freind found another manager and he made it right. We had a 50 person luncheon at Gabriele's after a funeral yesterday and had such a great experience. The private room was a perfect size for the group and they had TV's all over the room which allowed us to do a picture montage in memory of the deceased. The Gabriele's team was so easy to work with on the menu and specifics, and everything turned out great. The buffet of chicken francese, beef w broccoli, salad, red potatoes, and mixed vegetables was perfect for the occasion and all of the food was very tasty. I've passed this place many times over the years and never stopped because it's next to a Motel 6. Don't let that deter you like it did me. This is now one of my go to bars. They have a large bar area and the appetizers are great. The staff is knowledgeable about mixing drinks. They have special nights such as karaoke. The only con is that their drinks are too expensive. A mojito is $14. It could be because the location is near several hotels so they are expecting travelers; however most people there seem to be from the area. Beer is priced competitively. read more

I went to see the ppv boxing fight (Crawford vs Spencer) $20 entrance fee ( you cannot re-enter) once we got past the door I spotted a large sign at the door 3.5% increase on the bill if you use credit/debit. Ugh not for $15 + 18% gratuity + 3.5% upcharge for using my card!!! I sent it back and received hesitation from the waitress about whether the manager would take it off the menu. Thankfully they did and I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls which were delicious! The red sangria is bottled Carlo Rossi or Sutter homes (skip) the white sangria tastes like Papi or Carlo Rossi (skip)... beer and egg rolls. That's it! Bring cash. The food was good. It was football Sunday so the place was packed and loud. We managed to squeeze in a spot below the tv's on the wall. When the bill arrived it showed two prices one for cash and another with a $10-20 charge for using a credit card. I'm assuming this is due to inflation. Unfortunately our trip to Gabriele's was a terrible one. We had come in for happy hour last Wednesday, which we had missed because it was after 6. That was totally fine. We had been wanting to come for awhile and we decided to stay to give it a shot. We sat at the bar, where we waited 10 minutes to be even greeted by the two female bartenders. The bar was NOT packed which is what you would assume after waiting that long - but the two females kept ignoring us, paying attention to the corner of gentlemen sitting at the bar. I wasn't drinking that night, so once my boyfriend was finally approached by the bartender - he ordered a Seasonal Blue Moon and of course, she didn't pay attention and was given a regular blue moon. I had to ask the BUS BOY for the water I waited in total 20 minutes for. After not even being told the specials, what's good to eat, or actually even being spoken to at all- we had asked the employee who was sitting at the bar eating her recommendations (THANK YOU NIKKI). She recommended the chef's special (which we didn't even know they had!) which we then ordered as our meal. Once it was dropped off, both bartenders still had not checked on us once until we were finished and then asked if we anything else. Of course the answer was no. We had been there for almost 2 hours and was only spoken to a handful of times. It literally felt like they were sexist among their own gender! Or they only wanted the men's money! The only good thing about this place was that Chef's Lasagna special. The service was horrible. If I could, I would give zero stars. I ordered the short rib entree and it had absolutely no flavor. I let the nice waitress, Sabrina know that I was not pleased, she apologized and took the plate. Two minutes later the owner Dana came out with an attitude and explained that it would not be removed from the bill because they get all the food from US foods and can't control how it tastes. They could only only comp if it was burnt!!!! The quesadilla that my daughter ordered was dripping with oil and Dana said they add oil to the grill but it looks good to me. She then told me she'd bring me boxes and the check. Her lack of customer service and care is why I will never be back. came here for my friends who were dj-ing that night. the space is pretty big and the parking isn't horrendous, but the thing that got me was the bar service. the bartenders are very good and sweet but when i checked my check at the end of the night, i was upset. at first, i thought i'd only get one drink so i closed out my check after getting a drink for me and my friend, it said it was $12 each and then she proceeded to place a mandatory 18% tip. it was definitely my fault for not reading it carefully and adding extra tip, but i just never had a place that tipped themselves for bar service. anyways, i only caught this because the next time i ordered, i ordered two more drinks and a shot and this time, i saw that she only charged me $10 and didn't place the mandatory tip and it ended up being the same amount which made me look back at the past receipt. super sketch. no consistency in charging and whether or not they tip themselves or not. overall, i didn't spend too much money so i'm not overly upset, but enough to want to give you all a heads up so you don't get extra charged. read more

The decor is terrible between the wood and the 20+ TV's from 1992 but the food and service were good. My friend and I ordered burgers which were tasty and cooked to perfection. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to this time, just to do this place justice. The latest reviews of the bar were pretty negative and I wasn't excited to go to Gabriele's. But it was a pleasant surprise. The place was clean, the waitresses were very nice and attentive. The food did not disappoint either, we had flatbread pizza, a ribeye and a green salad with seared tuna. Went last night with a friend to unwind and had the best time. The food and drinks were deliciously and the music playing was from the 90s/2000s and some of today and my friend and I had the best time reminiscing on songs that were being played and that reminded us of our childhood. This place is RACIST! and the bartenders are THIEVES ! On Friday ,January 26 2024 I went to Gabriel's for happy hour after work for some appetizers and drinks to decompress and unwind. Before taking my order the bartender stated that she needed my card to open my tab. I then gave her my chase card , when it was time to pay she said I can either pay cash or with the card that I used to open my tab .I decided to pay her cash instead ;she gave me my change back ,without my returning my chase card . I said excuse me you forgot to return my debit card , she said oh I'm sorry and then gives me another customer's credit card named Deborah. I said I'm sorry miss you gave me the wrong card My name is Natalie not Deborah. She had a lost and confused look on her face and then asked me " you are not Deborah ?" I said no! My name is Natalie I gave you a blue chase debit card . After looking through the cards that she had in her possession she said I do not have your card and then claimed that I never gave her my card . I demanded to speak to her manager, her manager was very dismissive and spoke to me in a very aggressive and hostile tone stating we do not have your card. I said my name is not Deborah she gave me the wrong customers card , your employee is either running a scam on or she accidentally gave a customer my card . Guess what happened next ! One of the women at the bar over hears the conversation and yells " I'm Deborah and I have a gold debit card" I said see you staff is incompetent the bartender accidentally gave me another customer's card! The manager yells demanding that I leave the establishment and then proceeds to call the cops on me ! Within 2 minutes around 6 officers arrive for me I'm one black woman! Why 6 officers? The officers were all white and was totally dismissive to what I had to say and stated the manager doesn't want me back claiming that I was loud and causing a scene ( which was a LIE) and stated if I returned i will be arrested for Trespassing. I couldn't believe the manager had the audacity to make such an erroneous claim . Long story short the officers said they couldn't find my card and for me to just call my bank and cancel the card . The whole experience was embarrassing and humiliating!!! Please stay away from this disgusting establishment! Especially if you are a person on color! read more

While not regulars, we have dined at Gabriele's several times through the years. The food and service has never let us down. It's a good all purpose local restaurant and bar for families, friends or date night. In our most recent visit I enjoyed one of the large juicy 10 oz burgers. My wife had a roast beef wrap, 2 sons had the steak fajitas and my little princess had the kids pasta. Portions were generous as usual and everything was well prepared.
