The only place that is approved that sells Pennzoil isn't that close to my home and is inconvenient. If I'm 100% honest, I get tired of receiving nasty emails when I go to a place that is on an unapproved list just to get Pennzoil. With that being said, this location may have sealed the deal. VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC. At least in my fleet vehicle, I will keep coming back.

The manager wasn't even there the second time I took it back because he was at someone's house fixing their car. Stay away from Valvoline altogether. Just getting your money back is an act of God and getting your car fixed is impossible.

Specifically, Celeste from the finance department personally assured me that she would call me to handle my temporary license plate, but she never did. To make matters worse, once my temporary tag expired, I called them to demand a solution, and they actually told me to just drive with the expired tag, which is completely illegal. It is highly irresponsible of them to put a customer at risk of getting ticketed or facing legal trouble with law enforcement. It is unacceptable that once the sale is finalized, they completely ignore you and give this kind of "advice." I absolutely do not recommend this place.
