I would do anything to get that boat in the water this week. The summer is flying by, kids are coming to visit, my sister is disabled and cannot get out on the water any other way. Please please, how can we make this happen? I'll gladly delete this review or update it if I can only get the boat delivered. I would do anything to make it happen. I've tried calling and I only get voicemails from November on every extension and a full mailbox. We just want our boat in the water.

Last year I had some problems with said tractor. I called Trailside for help but found it a bit expensive to get the tractor to them. I was able to fix these issues. Long story short I ordered a service manual though trailside I was not able to get there so had them mail it. Here is the issue they charged me 30 dollars shipping fee to send a 1 pound book 25 miles. WTF!!

First he denied that we even had an appointment, and when I reminded him I spoke to him twice in advance to confirm the arrangement, he then informed me they don't work on RV trailers (only cargo trailers), which left us in a lurch. With just a few hours to spare before our flight, we had to scramble around and find an RV storage lot. Not good.

SR1 said that UPS lost the first title, The request a second title, I got a message July 31st at 8:17 on Tuesday August 4th at 12:49 UPS still didn't have the package, this after it was said that it would be sent overnight. I even spoke with Mike Page the manager but my guess is he is as good as the employee that keep fumbling the ball at the one yard line after the defense keeps holding on and giving them de chance to win the super bowl. So here is my two cent in all of this, SR1 makes money selling, the finance makes money on interest, the UPS makes money delivering, and who gets the worst, me THE PAYING COSTUMER, No paying costumer means no selling, no financing, no delivering, no jobs. And while this happened I was stupid by sending my buddy to buy a $6.700 dollar trailer. So don't make the same mistake as I did. If you learn with your mistake that makes you smart, now if learn with my mistake and don't buy at SR! that makes you WISE.

Hoping that we we made the right choice buying from a local dealer we went to them for options, warranty, insurance, dealer support. We are on our own. This dealer doesn't even seem to be willing to find out the true problem or source of the damage we have experienced. Buyer beware, drive it off their lot and you are on your own! Update- We exhausted all attempts to request assistance from J&M Camper and Heartland RV, they both turned us away. So we cut into the floor and wall where the damage occurred. The photo shows the extent of the damage. Zoom in on the wall supports, constructed with junk spruce. The water entered in the area where the awning bracket is attached to the outside wall of the camper, photos show the entry point. We will fix the camper ourselves and pay for materials.
