I would do anything to get that boat in the water this week. The summer is flying by, kids are coming to visit, my sister is disabled and cannot get out on the water any other way. Please please, how can we make this happen? I'll gladly delete this review or update it if I can only get the boat delivered. I would do anything to make it happen. Last year I had some problems with said tractor. I called Trailside for help but found it a bit expensive to get the tractor to them. I was able to fix these issues. Long story short I ordered a service manual though trailside I was not able to get there so had them mail it. Here is the issue they charged me 30 dollars shipping fee to send a 1 pound book 25 miles. WTF!!

First he denied that we even had an appointment, and when I reminded him I spoke to him twice in advance to confirm the arrangement, he then informed me they don't work on RV trailers (only cargo trailers), which left us in a lurch. With just a few hours to spare before our flight, we had to scramble around and find an RV storage lot. Not good.

Hoping that we we made the right choice buying from a local dealer we went to them for options, warranty, insurance, dealer support. We are on our own. This dealer doesn't even seem to be willing to find out the true problem or source of the damage we have experienced. Buyer beware, drive it off their lot and you are on your own! Update- We exhausted all attempts to request assistance from J&M Camper and Heartland RV, they both turned us away. So we cut into the floor and wall where the damage occurred. The photo shows the extent of the damage. Zoom in on the wall supports, constructed with junk spruce. The water entered in the area where the awning bracket is attached to the outside wall of the camper, photos show the entry point. We will fix the camper ourselves and pay for materials. I started my search at a dealer located in nearby North Conway who sells orange tractors. I heard good things about Scott's Recreation from a friend in Turner just over an hour away from home who sells TYM tractors. He bought his tractor from them last year and loves it. I didn't know much about TYM, but after some research I quickly learned that they have been around for over 70 years, and have built tractors for other companies and have been sold under other various tractor brands. Scott's Recreation lists no haggle pricing and availability on their website. After looking at their large inventory online, I took a trip to Scott's. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, and awesome Labrador Retriever at the front desk, and was quickly introduced to Matthew Massey. He is fairly new to the sales team, but has been working at Scott's in the shop prepping and putting together tractors. He was awesome to work with and I was impressed with his knowledge of tractors. He was great about letting me take several models out for a test spin. I am very happy with my T574HC, and my experience with Matt and Scott's recreation was enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new tractor, trailer or recreational vehicle that you can think of, I highly recommend checking them out.
