The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly with a large choice of different styles of drinks that they are able to make for you using the Silver, Gold and Dark Rums that they distill. They also have some really delicious Whisky; A White Dog Whiskey and a Single Malt Whiskey which my wife and I really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and service was good. I enjoyed everything I tried. The best thing I had was a straight pour of the cask strength rye whiskey. I recommend you taste the spirits straight up to get more flavor and I thought the cocktail flavors were okay, need a bit more depth imo. I love the open space of the tasting room/bar area, the lighting is nice and there's good ambiance. The outdoor back patio is nice as well with a good view of downtown.
