I had a blow out in Lodi while driving from LA to Sacramento where I grew up. I asked them to double check the undershield and screw down /zip tie anything that was loose down there.. I had my car towed to this shop since it was 1 mile from my parents house. They told me it would be $170 which I agreed but I did decided to just change both front tires for $320 (I got a deal apparently..). Tire change went well but when they tried to fix the undershield they claimed there was nothing they can do.. so they backed the car out the ramp to and it ripped off the front bumper. They tried to fix it but there was nothing they could do. So they screwed the bumper to the frame? Wtf.. youI asked them to zip tie it so I can drive back to LA.. but they screwed it in? I would never approve this on my BMW. They wanted to get me outta there. Don't let them touch your car... They don't care! read more

Very professional shop and good customer service. My tire has a nail in it and they were able to patch in roughly 10-15 mins. They even put air and evened out the psi on all three other tires which I'm happy about. It was $30.00 to patch but I'd rather have them do it because of convenience. After swapping out the axle on my 1992 Honda Accord my cars alignment was all messed up. It wouldn't stay straight on the dyno when I went to get it smogged so I bought two new tires from Tire Rack then came here to have them balanced and mounted and then a 4 wheel alignment performed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me sound advice about the difference between the tire sizes that I was installing versus what size I had originally mounted on the car. After mounting the tires they performed a quick, but thorough inspection on the suspension components and did some fine tuning to get ready for the laser 4 wheel alignment. While under the car they found an oil leak and recommended that I have it checked out. The whole procedure took less than an hour and the run feels amazing now! I was able to drive the car almost all the way to third gear before needing to grab the wheel and that's just because my car's suspension is tight and makes the car bounce. I did a pretty sweet burnout at the next light and the car pulled straight all the way to 75 before I left off the gas. Definitely recommend coming here for your tire, suspension, brake, and alignment needs. read more

My uncle referred me here because he got his tires installed and had a fantastic experience. So, I ended calling them to see if I can make an appointment to have my new tires installed too. Owner said he take walk ins and it'll only take roughly 30 mins to finish and a total of $70 (this price was for my car; prices may vary depending on the inches of your tires). I arrived there around 1pm. The owner was helping another customer order some rims so I sat on the lobby room's couch and waited until he was finished. I waited about 15 mins until he was done. I filled out some basic info and handed over my keys. It probably took about 20 mins for them to finish the job. I was fairly impressed with how fast they took to do it and was under the time of 30 mins as stated. read more

This place did not meet my expectations from all the reviews. If they don't do the job right they blame you. I will never return and I was going to buy new tires and wheels for my other car here. The owner didn't care that I wasn't satisfied and that I won't return. He's fine with that and made no attempt while I was there in person to make me a happy customer. He'd rather argue with you then try to make it right or even acknowledge that your not satisfied. Instead he questions you and argues with you. That's a horrible business practice. We took our car into to have tires/wheels installed. We decided to have them fix the tire sensors since the light was on. They did three of the four even though he said the fourth one was "dying." So now the light comes on and off constantly exactly like it did before. I took it in once but the light was off so he couldn't check anything. I said ok I'll bring it back when the light is on. Second time around the light was not on when I arrived but I decided to ask him about simply replacing the fourth sensor so that we can pinpoint the problem and eliminate a possible bad sensor. It's simple: I paid to have the sensor fixed - it's not fixed - let's do the logical next step and replace the "dying" sensor. I wasn't asking for it to be replaced for free, I WAS WILLING TO PAY for the additional sensor/installation. Instead, he insisted that I go to the dealership and have them check the module/ecu for issues. This is relevant but it's not the next logical step. This would be advisable if all new sensors are installed and programmed and the light is still triggered. He continued on this and argued with me that this is what I should do. Basically, he didn't want to even be PAID to fix a job that is incomplete. He kept asking "what do you want me to do?" I want you to try and fix it, not tell me to go to the dealer. I came HERE for the fix, not the dealership. I left at this point since it became clear he did not want to help me. Enjoy the $300+ because you won't get any more business from me. Hope you learn to argue less and listen more. They tried calling/texting after I left. You had your chance and ruined it. Maybe don't laugh at and blame your customer for something out of their control. The level of disrespect was unreal. Maybe I am an outlier since most folks have had a great experience. Sometimes people have bad days. Guess this was one of them. read more

Went in for a flat, drove on the flat for a mile. Someone examined it from the parking lot and deemed it non-drivable cuz I drove it flat. Went inside and said they only had new tires for my wheel and I had no used tires for my size, no used tires for my size for a new and used tire shop, cmon. Drove down the street, where they actually examined the tire and found the nail and was able to patch it. Would look for a second opinion if this is your first shop your looking at. read more
