Five of my six children are new patients here. As much as my oldest would love it here, she's 20,…read moreso she sees another dentist :-). The kids & I enjoyed the experience from start to finish. To walk in and see their names in a sign was such a delight. Front desk staff is friendly, quick, & professional. After signing some things on a tablet, the kids were brought right in. It was five children, so they took up all five seats in the room . The dental hygienists were sweet & did a great job making the kids feel comfortable; even my 3 year old. The dentist was just as great. I totally thought we would be there for at least two hours between sign-in, five X-rays, five cleaning, five exams, & check-out, but they are so efficient and with their work "flow", we were in and out within an hour and five minutes. The place is clean and decorated nicely. My girls loved the sparkly wall up front & my toddler was LOVING the painted teeth on the walls. Super cute. Highly recommend.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my 4-year-old son's…read moredental cap appointment on Tuesday, August 4, because, despite multiple attempts to contact your office directly since the visit, I have been unable to get a response. My son is 4 years old. He was given the Benadryl/diazepam oral sedation mixture but spit it out because he did not like the taste. Rather than allowing additional time to work with him, we were repeatedly told that we were running out of time, including being told that we only had 15 minutes remaining. The interaction felt very rushed and pressured. When he would not take the medication, staff then suggested that my husband hold our 4-year-old son down while they squirted the medication into his mouth. My husband declined because we were not comfortable with that approach to administering medication to our child. We ultimately left without the sedation being successfully completed and without the dental procedure being performed. There was also a concerning medication communication issue during the visit. We were initially told that our son would be receiving Demerol, and only after I questioned this were we told that staff meant diazepam. I am a nurse, and I was particularly concerned to hear that an opioid medication was being referenced as the intended medication for my 4-year-old. Demerol is a medication I am very familiar with through my work in oncology, so hearing one medication and then being told that a different medication was actually intended was concerning, regardless of whether this was a verbal mistake. What is particularly frustrating is that we are now being charged $475 for this visit -- a $100 deposit that was retained, plus an additional $375 charge. My understanding is that the additional $375 charge was because my son spit out the oral sedation. The dental procedure itself was never performed. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want a clear, itemized breakdown of the $475 we have been charged. I would like to know exactly what each charge represents and what services were actually provided for those charges, including whether they are for medication, staff time, a facility fee, or something else. I would also like copies of all paperwork signed during the visit, including consent forms, treatment forms, and financial/payment agreements, as we were not provided copies at the time. Please also clarify how the $475 already paid/charged will be handled given that my son's dental caps still need to be placed. At this point, based on our experience, we do not feel comfortable returning to the practice for his future dental care, so I would also like clarification regarding any amount that should be refunded or otherwise applied. I have now called the office twice and left two voicemails, and I have also submitted two inquiries requesting a response. I have received no call back or other response, and I have not been provided with an email address through which I can communicate with the office. I am therefore contacting you through Yelp as a last resort simply because I have been unable to get anyone from the office to respond. I would appreciate a written response addressing the $475 charge, the requested itemized breakdown, the paperwork from the August 4 visit, and how the amount already paid will be handled. Thank you, Stephanie

Dr. Jenny and her assistants were gentle, reassuring, and very thorough. It honestly felt like my daughter was the only patient being cared for. By the end of the visit she was loving all of the attention and didn't want to leave It was nice to be in an office where the staff interacted with my daughter, but they also focused on the importance of speaking to me directly and making sure I understood and was comfortable. Genius! I was able to relax which allowed me to help my daughter understand, participate, and cope. All of our options were explained in detail and I left feeling comfortable and confident about my 2 year old daughter's situation, and was able to make an informed decision. This was our first visit which was for an unfortunate tooth injury, but Dr. Jenny and her staff made the search for the perfect pediatric dentist for routine care a no-brainer! Upon arrival,…read moreyou park at a designated parking spot and let the front desk know so you can fill out paperwork in car due to covid or if you're comfortable coming in, entering with mask to fill out in the waiting room. It is such a great environment for pediatric care and littles with teeth. Our baby has teeth still erupting but he was able to get his check up, cleaning, flossing, and fluoride administered. Dr. Gregerson was so kind and so was our dental assistant and the front desk folks who helped us every step of the way and calmed mom and dad's nerves. While baby did not like it, they walked us through how to get squirmy baby in and out and did the cleaning with such finess and speed both my husband and I were stunned with how quickly that went, we were both in awe at how he was able to floss baby's tiny teeth. Everything is looking great on his development of teeth, and we look forward to setting these healthy habits so our little one looks forward to a great bill of health. The fact that they are so happy to provide positive reinforcement for anxious kids is so appreciative for us as first time parents. Even more fun was seeing they help play movies like Cars for our baby and there were even video games that my husband indulged in. We can't wait to return in 6 months when our baby goes back so we can keep up making sure his teeth and mouth are in top shape.
