Our 18 month old baby had his first dentist appointment today and it was so great! Upon arrival, you park at a designated parking spot and let the front desk know so you can fill out paperwork in car due to covid or if you're comfortable coming in, entering with mask to fill out in the waiting room. It is such a great environment for pediatric care and littles with teeth. Our baby has teeth still erupting but he was able to get his check up, cleaning, flossing, and fluoride administered. Dr. Gregerson was so kind and so was our dental assistant and the front desk folks who helped us every step of the way and calmed mom and dad's nerves. While baby did not like it, they walked us through how to get squirmy baby in and out and did the cleaning with such finess and speed both my husband and I were stunned with how quickly that went, we were both in awe at how he was able to floss baby's tiny teeth. Everything is looking great on his development of teeth, and we look forward to setting these healthy habits so our little one looks forward to a great bill of health. The fact that they are so happy to provide positive reinforcement for anxious kids is so appreciative for us as first time parents. Even more fun was seeing they help play movies like Cars for our baby and there were even video games that my husband indulged in. We can't wait to return in 6 months when our baby goes back so we can keep up making sure his teeth and mouth are in top shape. read more

We have been seeing Dr Singletary from past 6year, she is awesome, and so the hygienists and Dr. Singletary s assistant. They make so comfortable for kids and they are so patient. We extracted our sons tooth, and in the evening Dr. Singletary called and checked how he was doing. My sons permanent tooth was bit loose after his MMA class, dentist office was closed, so I called Dr. Singletary and left a message, she called me back and asked me send pictures of the tooth and again called me back to say nothing to worry, and told me I can bring him next working day, she had already left a note at the front desk about my sons trauma, so got an appointment for the next day and she made sure everything is ok with him. She is super busy, but when you really need her, she will make sure, she will be there, I haven't met or seen such a wonderful doctor, she is the best. read more

I absolutely LOVE this dentist office. We have been patients here since the office opened and had been with Dr. Singletary even before she started here - so close to 17 years! They have been through 2 dental emergencies with us, random teeth problems, and 2 check ups each year for each child. I wouldn't take my kids any where else. I was here on 2/13/24 with my 16 year old daughter and I was thinking back to her very first visit. She was such an uncooperative and frightened 2 year old. But, Dr. Singletary so gently and sweetly calmed her down, counted her teeth and turned it into the best experience. Ever since then, going to the dentist has been one of those things she is super relaxed about. I think that set the tone for good dental care for a lifetime. Lots of dentists can perform the necessary tasks, but this whole office has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to build a relationship and to make it a great experience. Moreover, the front office has always taken such good care of us, making scheduling easy and always making the insurance and payments super quick and simple! I wish all my doctors and dentist offices were run the same way. read more

I am so impressed with Dr. Singletary! Referred by a dear friend who said her little kids love going to the dentist and we needed one desperately because our son was in pain and our current pediatric dentist isn't as kid-friendly or patient as he used to be and their front office staff is sorta rude. So I did a shout-out to my friends and many recommended Dr. Watts but several referred her saying she used to work with him. We did a check with Dr. Watts and his rates for self pay was sky high. Dr. Singletary's rates were reasonable and they even squeezed us in knowing he was in pain. Plus they gave us a 10% self pay discount. Plus future notice, they take our IBM insurance so that's good. First check up she did multiple x-rays and gave us one for free because she wanted to get a better look at a tooth. Who does that? They squeezed him in again couple days later to do the procedures. I got there at 11:30 thinking I will have to wait all day because she squeezed us in but they were so good. I waited about 30 minutes and was out of there in an hour and half. My child ended not needing a crown or spacer and she was honest enough to not charge that and forgo the cost of that for us. She was so kind throughout too. Talking to him, reassuring and praising him for being brave. I came home recommending her to ALL my friends. She's amazing. To top it off, look at my pictures of her clinic. How cute is that? Her clinic is so kid-friendly and there are fun games to play while you wait. The whole clinic is just so darn cute. Loved everything about this place. He got 2 extractions, 2 fillings braved it without gas all the while watching a movie. He was that comfortable there! I can't say enough good things about her She even called to check up on my son as promised! Yes I heard only downfall is that she's so well liked that cleanings schedule out 6-9months. I can handle that plus a drive to see her. But if there's an issue she schedules you in. Gotta love her! read more

This review is in no way connected with the services offered, however the inability to even get an appointment. We are new to the area, and they came highly recommended. When I tried to call and make an appointment (also mentioning it was a recommendation), the receptionist was just like "The next appointment we have is in May of next year" - what???!! It was almost like she didn't even want to deal with it. So sad because they don't even have the opportunity to earn new business when they immediately turn people away over the phone. Maybe offering a waitlist option might at least make people feel like they aren't getting shot down right off the bat. read more

First of all, let me just say Dr. Singletary is GREAT! Her office staffs are always sweet and welcoming. Then, why the low review? Preferred time slots are always FULL for regular cleaning every 6 months. Dr. Singletary is so GREAT and she sees a LOT of patients that when booking for next 6 months visit, there are never openings. Since 2013, my kids' regular visits are delayed on average 1 month every year. As any mom probably would do, I setup reminders to call ahead and book my kids' next next appointments. However, this time, the staff told me this practice is no longer allowed. WHAT? WHY? After negotiating with the staff on the phone for a while, where she contradicted herself, telling me there is always openings for 6 months, then changed her tone saying, well if you want the popular time slot, of course they are not going to be available. BUT, yes, I am not ALLOWING you to book ahead. After discussing with my husband, we decide to move on. Sorry Dr. Singletary, surly there is reason why booking ahead is not allow in your office. As I called around looking for new pediatric dentist, asking them if booking ahead is OK, everyone was surprised at my question. After my explanation, every office was fine with book two regular checkups ahead. Because we know how busy and hard is to book a good slot with Dr. Singletary, we NEVER miss her appointment. I am willing to work with Dr. Singletary's busy practice, why can't the management team work with busy parents. *sigh* For parents that love Dr. Singletary, willing to work with her busy patient schedule, and your own busy family schedule, here are your best bets: 1. Take kids out of school, (as I was told) those time slots are always available (for my honor kids, missing lecture is NEVER the best option and parents also misses work) 2. Delay their regular check-up. Not sure if Dr. Singletary agrees to this or maybe some parents are OK with this option, but we are not. First, one of our kid teeth loves to get cavity, we did 3 months visit out of pocket for her. Two, we pay premium for dental coverage, why pay if you are not going to use the coverage. Dr. Singletary is wonderful!!! My son has autism, and my husband and I were worried how he would handle getting work done on his teeth. But with Dr. Singletary, he did a great job. She was very patient with him when he was anxious, and did the parts he didn't like as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was a great experience and we absolutely love Dr. Singletary. read more

Not only is this the most beautiful dental office EVER, they are all so friendly and genuine, not patronizingly so like others. Next time, we are going to arrive even earlier so we can watch movies in the movie room or play x-box and the skateboarding game in the next room. The only thing a mom is missing is cocktail hour and sugar daddy to pay the bill. Im only sad my youngest is already 15 and they don't do adults. They hopped straight into referrals for surgical work needed so I can get to it right away, unlike other dentists that merely suggested and never wrote anything down for us. I wish the job I was looking for was in the dental field, because I would beg for a job there. read more

So nervous and apprehensive to have my daughter's baby tooth extracted. I originally went to a family DDS but was not convinced this was the experience I wanted my daughter to have. The dentist was straight up apathetic to why I was weary or concerned about pulling out her tooth and seemingly didn't show interest in explains why either. Then I searched for a pediatric DDS. Pamela was light years more educational to why we needed to and showed me that my daughter would be in quality hands. So grateful to find her! Her happy staff is A+ to Boot. read more

We absolutely loved Texas Tooth Fairies. Dr. Gregerson was wonderful with my son and explained the treatment plan in detail to me, which I truly appreciated. All of the staff engaged with my son in such a positive manner that he was able to comply with his exam without any hesitation. A plus was that they have a tv in the ceiling that my son could watch during his cam to take his mind off of the fact that he as at the dentist. read more

Dr Singletary and her staff are amazing! The office is beautiful and the quality of service is top-notch. It seems to be the trend lately for pediatric dentists to say that kids have lots and lots of cavities in order to make more money. That will NOT happen at this office. Being told my kids (girls ages 2 and 5) have lots of cavities was what I was dreading for their first visit, but they both came out cavity free. Today was my daughter's first visit at Texas Tooth Fairies and I don't even know where to begin with all of the great things about this office. Monica took my initial call inquiring about an appointment and was the most pleasant person to talk to. She listened to all of my questions, was so polite, and really made me happy before even visiting the office. We arrived today and the office was so welcoming, the staff was very friendly and my daughter thought the Text Tooth Fairies blinged jackets were amazing....they really were cool! Katie came out to greet us and her personality was simply amazing. She automatically put a smile on our faces. My daughter is almost 12 years old and has always been very anxious/nervous at the dentist, and even cries. Not today! Katie and Dr. Singletary both spoke to my daughter with such a positive outlook on everything. They even made getting a baby tooth pulled and a cavity sound like absolutely no big deal at all. They praised my daughter for doing great with her teeth and were also hilarious which again made us smile. I have been bragging to my friends and family since we left the office and cannot wait to continue seeing them from now on. I honestly cannot believe we did not come here sooner! I have two special needs children and historically they have had very difficult times at the dentist. I have been taking them to Dr. Singletary for 4 years where they have had checkups, cleaning and restorations. She laughed with them, told little stories, took her time - never rushed them if they were uncomfortable and explained everything to them in terms they could understand before she did it. We visited Dr. Singletary for my 3 year old's first dental appointment. There is not a single thing that I can say except, "We LOVE her!" Dr. Singletary and her staff were wonderful. I appreciate the waiting room not being overrun with toys and the decor is soothing and comforting. Since our appointment was before Thanksgiving we had a night time routine of naming 5 things we were thankful for that day. My daughter said she was thankful for Dr. Singletary. My 3 boys (6, 13, & 16) have been seeing Dr. Singletary for over 5 years now and she is wonderful! My youngest had his first visit just before turning 2 when he fractured a center top tooth. The whole injury was very scary for my son; but she handled the extraction very quickly and effectively. I thought he'd never want to go to the dentist again after that; but Dr. Singletary has continued to make his visits as pleasant as can be time after time. He even just recently told me "I never thought I'd say this; but I miss my dentist. You know the one with the video games & the "flavors"." She has a very positive spirit, always speaks sweetly (and with silly dental terms), and completes great work very quickly! On top of that, the new office is beautiful and relaxing on the inside with separate video game & movie areas for the kids. Her staff is always stellar, too! We had our first visit today, I was pleased at how quickly they were able to fit what we thought was an emergency. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The reception area is a child's dream. There is something to keep children of all ages occupied. It helped ease the anxiety my son was having prior to our arrival. We were seen within minutes of our appointment by a dental tech that was both friendly and understanding to my concern as well as my sons anxiety. He was able to watch a movie while she examined his teeth. She explained things as she examine him as well as provided reassurance that the issue he was having was common for patients with braces and his overbite. We had such a great experience that I booked my older sons cleaning for the following week.
