I called the General manager and he was given misinformation and after several follow ups never returned my calls. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Do waste your time being lied to and having your time wasted. Suzuki should really pull their name off this place. This place is what gives sales people a bad name. Wow!!

I have had nothing but problems with the scooter I bought from these people. I brought it back a couple days after purchasing it, because it wouldn't start and died out. The mechanic (Josh) is about as bright as a lightbulb that doesn't work. I brought my scooter back to these folks, earlier today (June 6, 2019) because I had yet another issue with the scooter. He didn't fix the issue and instead made things worse and potentially created another issue. I now have to send the bike off to a actual mechanic who knows what he is doing. The bike is inoperable at this present time. These people have inconvenienced me too many times in the month and a half that I have owned my scooter. The "mechanic" (Josh) cops an attitude every time I go there for him to correct the errors with the scooter, I purchased from them. These people sell JUNK and are a joke! I wouldn't spend another dime there! I would also recommend that potential customers, take their business to a reputable dealership, where they won't end up with GARBAGE!

The parts girl, Carlie, cut me a great deal on the jacket, as they were (at the time) discontinuing the RevIt line. Happily, they're stocking Rev'It again now. Four years later, I paid full price for an Arai helmet. I thought it was fair, given the expert help in fitting, and their previous willingness to bargain. Overall, Second Wind seems like a well-run business. The employees I've worked with are real motorcycling enthusiasts, competent, and friendly. The gear they carry, Shoei, Arai, Rev'It, and BMW is generally considered top notch stuff, and does its job well. They may not have the cheapest gear, but riding gear isn't necessarily the place to pinch pennies.

Hudson Cycle has the worst customer service and quality of work I've ever done business with…read more I dismounted and delivered the wheels and tires from my Kawasaki Vulcan, to be mounted and balanced at Hudson Cycle . I placed wire ties through the inner races to retain the bearings and spacers. First, because I didn't buy the tires from Hudson Cycle they charged me double the normal rate ($45 each) to mount and balance the tires. Secondly, when I got the tires back from Hudson Cycle, the wire ties were not replaced after balancing and Hudson Cycle lost the rear spacer. Thirdly, when I went to remount the front wheel the weights fell off the rim, literally! I called Hudson Cycle and talked to Brian, about the missing spacer. He was completely unsympathetic to my issue, said they didn't have the spacer and I was on my own to find a replacement. This is not the first time I've had horrible service at Hudson cycle, but it will most definitely be the last time I do business with Hudson Cycle.

I am a DIY type of owner but there are just some special equipment that I don't own. Shopped around…read morefor a motorcycle shop that would mount and balance a new pair of tires for me. The owner quoted me two price: one for the entire job and one for bringing in just the wheels and new tires. $65 was the cost quoted to me and it would take a couple days. Other local shops were all $90 but could do it right away. I wanted to save a few bucks so I brought my stuff to Wizard/Streetwise cycles. When picking up the finished equipment today, the bill was double! $65 per tire being balanced. The shop owner was not accessible to speak with on this matter but I needed to pick up the finished job immediately. I was reminded that since I did not buy the tires from this shop, the mounting was not included as a zero cost. This hardly constitutes the rational for price gouging a customer on labor because the parts were bought elsewhere. I'd take my business elsewhere if I were you but needless to say BEWARE what this shop quotes you to perform a task. -unsatisfied customer

I have been taking my bike to EVO for several years now. I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.
