They brought my truck right in and installed the cover quickly. I was in and out inside of thirty minutes. Pricing was upfront and easy to understand. At first, I had my son bring the truck in to look at the cap, where, after inspecting it, they recommended I schedule a follow-up appointment to get it repaired. I later brought the truck back myself for that appointment, and after no more than eight minutes of looking at it- I was told the cover was completely unrepairable and considered "trash." Despite this, the shop was not even willing to take it off my hands, and I had to drive the truck home with the cap on it, broken. After the frustrations of my time being wasted just to be told the cover was trash, I prepared to throw it out. My son, however, refused to believe that it was truly broken, and recommended I try bringing it to another truck cap shop instead. I ended up visiting Cap World in Salem, New Hampshire; and their staff evaluated the truck right away, finding that only issue (literally, only one), was a cracked hinge. They recommended I order a new one from Leer and install it myself. Less than 20 minutes after the part had delivered, I had replaced the hinge myself, and the cap worked perfectly. I should also note I am not a mechanic or engineer, this was as simple as a task could get. Based on my experience with Yankee, one of two things happened: Their staff were either incompetent, or they simply did not want to do the repair. If it was the latter, I wish they'd been honest from the start instead of sending me on an extra hour of driving for an appointment that was completely useless. I'd recommend others save themselves the trouble, and visit another shop instead.

I have never experienced such blatant dishonesty, manipulation, and downright shady behavior from a…read morecar dealership as I did at Nashua Kia. If you're considering doing business here, turn around and run -- unless you enjoy being lied to, misled, and financially jerked around. We went in on May 3rd to trade in our damaged 2023 Kia Sportage and explore a new vehicle. We were 100% upfront about the accident. We provided photos and a detailed explanation, assuming -- foolishly -- that transparency would be met with honesty. The sales rep, Celine, consulted with the GM, Steve, and they came back with a $9,000 trade-in offer, knowing full well the vehicle hadn't been inspected yet. We explicitly asked, "What happens if you get the car and change your mind?" Their response: "This is our offer. We're taking the gamble." That was a lie. Based on their firm and direct assurance -- in front of me, my husband, and my parents -- we proceeded. We signed all the paperwork and handed over a $4,000 down payment. We were literally congratulated. The finance manager told us the deal was "99% done." We were told we'd be driving the new vehicle by Monday. Then, suddenly, the story changed. We were told the deal was contingent on an in-person inspection -- something they never once mentioned before we signed and paid. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. After locking us in financially, they reviewed the vehicle and slashed the trade-in value, forcing us into a worse deal. To make matters worse, we noticed they had tried to charge us Massachusetts sales tax, even though we are New Hampshire residents. We caught it ourselves -- not them. It almost felt like a deliberate attempt to sneak in extra profit under the radar. Whether it was incompetence or deception, either way it's unacceptable. And the final straw? The 10-year warranty coupon we were promised as part of the deal vanished. When we picked up the car, Jake (the finance manager) again reassured us that the warranty was coming and to keep an eye on our email. There was never any mention that it was conditional or at risk. Then, a few weeks later after still not receiving any email, we contacted Jake and we were told it was being revoked because the dealership was "losing too much money" on the deal. This wasn't just poor customer service -- it was a coordinated effort to mislead us from beginning to end. From false trade-in promises, to shady paperwork, to broken warranty commitments, to what felt like an attempted tax scam -- this entire experience was a disgrace. I would never trust this dealership again, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you're considering Nashua Kia, don't walk -- run the other way. This place operates with zero integrity, zero transparency, and zero respect for its customers.

I was there trading in my 2010 F 150 for a more fuel efficient car due to my job and because I have a son due in a couple of weeks. We quickly agreed upon my asking price for the trade in once informed them that I was offered 1,500 more up in MHT. Now comes the fun part. When Paul came back we ran the monthly payment to see what I would be financing, and the interest plus length of loan ended up being more than 2,500 more than the numbers we agreed upon.... I asked Paul to talk to his boss and see how this could of happened. Now the fun part..... "Carlos" came over all smiling and apologizing for running the numbers wrong, and I quote "Instead of using 4.9 percent I used 14.9 percent when coming up with the monthly payment" "No you didn't" I quickly replied I showed him the numbers and informed him either the calculator was lying or he was and numbers do not lie. The short story, Carlos "the finance manager" (Poor excuse for one) was trying to rip me off $2,500 in his favor..... Never do business with him unless you like being taken advantage of. Sorry Carlos, I'm not one of the suckers born every min. Better luck with your next unprepared customer.
