To the owner of Diamond Pure water who refuses to acknowledge my request for an apology from his employee who was so abusive to me. He completely misses the point. "No thank you for the gesture of a refund for the couple of gallons of water "offered as a gesture of ""good faith". Perhaps if it happened to your wife, it would be clear to you why it was insulting and you would understand the principle here, which is rudimentary. A sincere gesture on your part would have been to have your employee write me an apology so that I could at least get a sense that he regretted his actions. Your counseling policy should be routine for all your employees periodically, but does not satisfy the matter at hand involving Jacob's actions who was the only one involved. Again, counseling everyone does not clear the matter up because it did not involve"action" on the part of anyone in charge of him, or action on his part. You have given me no reason to feel appeased or to feel that your company is at all interested in customer satisfaction. I was introduced to Diamond Pure Water at my previous company in 2016. I started purchasing for myself in 2017/2018. They are far less expensive that other water companies/deliveries. The water always tastes clean, no weird after taste. One of those "you have to try it to understand it" things. I go every week to refill, as my tap is cruddy, and I use it for cooking when the water is staying in the food. The employees have ALWAYS been kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am always offered help to the car (which my mom appreciates since she now gets her water from here too). I've been filling up my water jugs here for about two and half years, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The kind of welcome that makes you feel seen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I enjoy that they play an eclectic array of music. They also offer to load my water for me, which I appreciate as a smaller female. My family and I have been getting water at this place for what probably is decades and honestly, most of the workers here don't really care about the customers and are just there for a check. I thought I had left a review before but I guess it got deleted or something but on days where I cannot pick up the water, my elderly, 5'1, like 100 pound mother goes to get it. Whenever she'd come home she'd always complain about how the workers see her struggling and choose not to help her despite the store not being busy at all. However, upon coming in today, I was pleasantly surprised. The (male presenting) associate who was working the register just exuded a warm, welcoming, and radiant personality and made it seem like you actually mattered and that he cared about what you needed help with. They also were very knowledgeable about their job and things related thereof, as they knew answers to my questions about bottle recycling and also some construction issues I had overheard another customer talking to them about. Before I left, I got his name because i wanted to make sure that recognition is given where it is deserved and honestly Matthew you are such an icon and a vibe and you yourself not only deserve 5/5 stars but also a raise!!! someone run this mans some more money!!! with that being said, Matthew is practically the only reason that I didn't rank this store lower, and i am glad that people like them still exist in this world/the customer service industry it was a surprisingly pleasant experience and all in the name of not drinking tap water read more

Great water and service. If you need help loading bottles into your vehicle, the staff will be more than happy to help - just ask! My husband and I didn't need help 20 years ago, but now we do, and they will make time to help you. This place is in a big shopping center and there's always front row parking. This is probably the best water you can get in the area. We purchased 4 gallons and a water dispenser. The price was pretty reasonable. The customer service is also really good here. They take the time to explain everything. Overall very satisfied! I have bought all kinds of fancy waters. From PH type, to Voss, you name it and chances are I've tried it. If I am being honest most of the time I can not (If at all) tell any difference between the water tastes. This place is something else. Their water is so clear, wet, hydrating, and refreshing. I know they use a very high filtration system. Because I was so amazed at the clarity and taste that they told me they have very expensive filters to clean the water. Anyways best tasting water I have ever tasted period. So good that I hope they never go out of business. The water still tastes great! It's been a long time since my last review and I figured it was time for an update. There's a new owner in town. Well, probably not that new (years, not months), but I haven't had an odd / off conversation in there since the last time I talked to the original owner (no more politics, disparaging comments about my car, pontification, or WTH did he just say?!!). I digress. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They've made changes to their hours due to the Covid pandemic, but they're transparent about it and they're just doing what they need to do. Miss the old owners very much. John and Jim had great customer service. They almost always would take the cart out and load bottles. Even if someone was ready to ring up. They'd tell them 'be right back'. I can hardly think of a time they didnt. Always a friendly greeting and some chit chat. New kids just take your money. I don't recall them ever helping with loading bottles or filling them. You're in your own. Sad to see older women to lift those jugs full of water. C'mon guys! You're young and strong. Put something into it besides taking money. Owners should train and supervise. May as well try to figure out how to make this self serve. read more

I'm really content with the service at Diamond Pure Water. I'm new to the area and I've been looking for a place to purchase water and water supplies. I purchased a ceramic water dispenser, a wood stand, a water container and water. After about a week I noticed the water dispenser started to leak, I didn't have my receipt and didn't think they would refund me or exchange it. I went to store anyway and i was surprised they gladly exchanged the product, gave me a refund and I also got free water. They helped me carry my water to my car without me asking - I was glad because they didn't know but I was ill at the time and I couldn't lift heavy things. Will be returning in the future. read more

A great place to get the highest quality, highest filtered water in the market. Unfortunately, like anything else these days, people are hording water just like toilet paper, (even though some people use their water because of its purity level for medical reasons) and they've had to limit the amount of gallons per fill so their filtration system doesn't run out. It's a bummer for those coming from a distance and can't drink tap water. But it also speaks highly of what you're getting too and you're not throwing away plastic bottles all the time either. Don't know any place that sells this kind of water anywhere within a 100 mile radius. read more

This place has THE BEST WATER around!!! I'm VERY particular about my water and have tried everything on the market from Dasani to Arrowheard to Crystal Geyser. The water here is very clean tasting. I've known a few people who were undergoing kidney dialysis and a few other medical conditions who were referred specifically to this place by their doctors. After months of drinking the water, their kidneys were in good shape. I was also suffering from a lot of kidney problems and drinking the water here has definitely helped! Since I've been drinking the water, I haven't had any problems and haven't had to go to the doctors. One of the owners who works there is a hardworking, serious guy.
