Matcha Milk Tea Oreo Milk Tea

It was really good boba drinks, the person working there was very friendly and quite quick. (My friend and I ended up going back to get more the same day!)

It actually glows !! Awesome!!!

Second time around at this glow tea location and I still feel this place is on the pricey side for what you get but I had to give an updated review because this time I gave a milk tea a try and it was better than the regular tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea with chocolate added and the flavor was how I expected it to be... heavy milk and brown sugar flavor with just a little added sweetness from the chocolate sauce - it was pretty yummy ! I came today in the morning right when they opened and there was no line and it was very quiet in the mall. Great time to come by. Also, they gave me a FREE gift for checking in on Yelp !! I got a cool little light bulb keychain and well, WATT do ya know? It lights up !!! How about that ?! Check in on Yelp y'all, got to take advantage of the perks !!!

Came back for another try as one of my besties wanted to try the place out. I warned her about the charges when we arrived and she was not amused about it either. Originally I didnt know if they charged for a refill and they do. Whether if its a large or small lightbulb you keep, its $2.95 to refill. This time around my friend and I tried the taro. We decided not to get the lightbulb as we found the regular is a large drink at just about $5 and $0.50 for each topping. These regular drinks cannot be refilled. It would be another $5 charge. The taro tasted sweet, but not as sweet as the brown sugar i ordered last time. Staff continues to be nice and busy. The pay stations remain a pay for yourself station. One located in front of their store and one located right at the register. FYI - dont forget your card as this place tends to have a LOT of people forget their card after they swipe, tap, or insert. Overall, i still give the place 3-stars only because it feels ticky tacky with the prices. Although, i must say their drinks tasted better this time around.

Me and my son loved it.. Was hesitant about trying it because of the reviews but my son insisted. Honestly not sure why it's not 5 stars place. They were pretty quick and everything we tried was good and freshly made... Definitely recommend it!

I rate it 1 out of 5. I've made better tasting bona milk tea at home. This place taste like powdered sugar and milk AND the stand at the auburn outlet is a total SCAM. They have two huge banners that say $2.95 refill. I even asked the guy, AS I WAS ORDERING, if the refill was $2.95 for any drink and he said he it just depended on what drink I wanted refill (they have drinks at different prices). Nowhere did he mention anything that I had to buy the extra $4.99 light bulb glass for the refill. There's nothing that would indicate that I did.... So I order, thinking I'll come back for a refill on my way out. I come back to get the refill and the same guy tells me NO, you can't get a refill. So obviously, I ask why, and he says they only do refills on their light bulb cups, which cost and additional 4.99. So if I was to order one drink, it's 4.99+ 5.75 so almost 11 bucks for one drink?!? That's insane. So no, I didn't get the light bulb cup. So I said, well where does it say that? And he points to the big banner and says, see, refill for the light bulb. So I ask, where does it actually say that? He says, it doesn't, it's just a picture and actually, they should probably be more clear on that - his words, not mines. So I ask, I can't be the only one has asked about this, there can't be no way, and the guy says nah, I have to tell people all the time. So in other-words, they knowingly FALSE ADVERTISE. You should be sued for how much people come to actually support you only to scam your same supporters. I'd bet you'd legitimately lose assuming 100% of your customers think they can get a refill and ZERO of them don't.

Giving 3 stars cause even though the worker was rude ....the drink was good!! Been here before but forgot to check in. Waited for about 3 minutes for my order to be taken, (not a problem!) they were making the previous people's drinks. I order a taro smoothie. The order taker asks any toppings I say no thank you, she then asks me what size but I can't hear her cause we both have masks on. She then rolls her eyes and grabs the laminated sign and asks me what...size...do...you....want..... talking to me like I am stupid. I quickly say regular please.she quickly throws the sign back down and rings me up. If she didn't give me attitude ... I would have given 4-5 stars! Treat customers with respect and maybe they will come back and give good reviews!! This is not how you treat people. I get it sometimes we have bad days and maybe this was one of her bad days! I will give them another try but today, they only get 3 stars from me. I will review again the next time I go back.

Taro smoothie with tapioca

We got blended taro smoothies with tapioca. The ordering system was a little confusing. I tried to scan the QR code when I got up to the register, but I wasn't able to connect to anything. I quickly realized that there was a big self-order screen. The drinks were made quickly, the order was accurate, and they were tasty, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would go here again now that I know the process.

This Is the only place in the mall where I can get a bubble waffle. It may not be as good as the bubble waffles I get when I visit Canada at the Richmond Night Market, but this place hits the spot. I've had better boba drinks, but when I'm thirsty, I would rather go to this place and get a milk tea with boba, than a soda or lemonade from the food court nearby. I can't fault them because I'm a picky boba milk tea person. If they don't have the right tools to make the perfect boba, then it's not their fault. It's a mall kiosk. So I'm giving them a fair review. Since it's practically the only place in the mall, I'll for sure visit as much as I can, but it's not my first choice of places to get Boba drinks.

Super cute place to get bubble tea & treats! We loved the light up bulb cups. Wish someone would have told us they lit up, lol. Anyways, the workers were nice. I think it may have been the owner that gave me 3 bulb keychains for the kids. That was sweet. Just like the treats. They were yummy. Def stick around the mall a little & get a refill for a discounted price before you leave.

Great boba and great service! Coconut milk w/ lychee jelly and lava smoothie ( smoothie w/ ) & extra boba (tapioca).

Accidentally deleted the photo of my drink. Oops. But I got a small lightbulb of (I believe it was called) Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It was delicious, but EXTREMELY sweet. Still really enjoyed it. Was such a cute little place in the mall, a small stop my friends and I made while taking a break from Dave & Busters. Highly recommend for the lightbulb cups(:

Fruit Party

With the mixed reviews, we weren't sure what to expect, but my cousin and I were shopping in the mall, so we decided to give it a try. We both ordered the Fruit Party Fruit Tea, which is an additional $0.30 added to the price of $4.95 for a 24 oz. We added tapioca for $0.25, which is a very good price for a topping (besides free). The drinks do not come with a sealed lid or regular lid, but with an open dome lid. The drink was pretty good and fruity, sometimes you'll sip some chunks of mango. And tapioca wasn't too bad. If I'm in the mall again, maybe I'll try another one.

We got a hot white chocolate mocha, an iced caramel macchiato and an iced sugar free mocha. Each one was SO good. Perfect balance of espresso, not overly sweet and huge sizes when you need that boost! We also got a coffee cake which was delicious! The girls were so sweet and helpful. He insists that their cold brew with caramel is one of the best drinks out there so he got that as well as another for my boyfriend. I got one of their summer special: raspberry mango matcha which was so delicious and refreshing. The flavors of raspberry and mango paired very well with the creaminess of the matcha. I did take a sip of the cold brew and it is definitely better than some of the cold brews that I've had in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, and other areas. They also get pretty busy which shows that they are a great local choice for good coffee, other drinks, and treats! The coffee stand is a good size and the menu is kinda hard to see from far away but once you get closer, you can see better. I do wish they list their prices but I also understand why they don't. Service was also efficient and professional. Going to make a few spots here every now and then as I want to try out their other options! The energy drinks look good too.

They put a croissant in a waffle iron and top it with delicious toppings and serve it to you hot and scrumptious. It shouldn't be that amazing, but I wanted to be a glutton and get a second one. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #117…read more We visited Onit Cafe on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June, hoping to score an after lunch boba. Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time.
