I usually don't complain but they had a long line on both side which I don't mind the wait. I was reading my book.A worker came to my car and asked for my order. I got to the window gave my number and card to pay. Got my coffee and left. My drink was heavy when I was drinking it and finished it down the road. I looked at my drink it was 90% ice. They didn't put enough milk and just dump ice in it. I would honestly want a refund or a free drink added to my number. This is one of the location I will not go anymore. I love Big Foot Java! I must admit I've probably spent way too much money here, but I love the gals that work here, Jade and all of them! Jade is so sweet! She calls me mama and all the gals know my drinks by heart and they are not simple drinks to remember as I am a pretty picky coffee drinker & I especially like my blended drinks a certain specific way. God bless their hearts. THEY ALL work so hard and also kinda weird hours, yet they are always so kind to me. ~I know a couple of them are kinda shy type personalities but Jade and the new blonde gal, (gosh I can't think of her name-she's new) ; She's went out of her way above & beyond to make me an awesome new drink recently!! This location is my family's go-to coffee shop. Bigfoot Java is a staple in the PNW and for good reason, most of their locations are open 24/7, the staff are always friendly, and the coffee is always good! One thing to note is that a lot of their drinks run on the sweeter side so if you like your drinks milder, I would recommend asking for half the flavoring. read more

Went in there and had several orders to fill, the daily run to a coffee stand for co-workers... I gave them my list and both girls worked on my order which made the wait under 10 minutes! AMAZING! I ordered for myself decided to be different today... found out not only do they have their own milk but also there own energy drink.... ON TAP! So I ordered the raspberry energy drink.... Omghee by far better than red bull or rockstar! And I love my rockstar! There was only one girl in the kiosk and she was friendly and sweet. Although we made the typical "How's your night going" chat, it didn't seem the fake kind most sales people make to take up time. This is for all locations. I really don't know what is the fascination with this brand. I don't drink coffee and I've been to a few of them and always thought they had something more to offer than other coffee stands like better food for example, but no, to my surprise their selection of pastries is limited and they look like they've been sitting there for a couple weeks. Eeek! The coffee machines and floor always looks dirty. I've never seen any of the ladies wash their hands after handling money or using globes... They really need to step up their game. read more

I do enjoy Bigfoot Java. They have instituted a loyalty program, which is pretty nice. Two downsides to Bigfoot Java...they tend to be a bit slow and their iced coffee is just hot drip coffee poured over ice. But the service is usually very friendly and most of their drink selections are delicious. read more

I have always had good drinks and service from many BFJ locations but last Sunday (8/4/13), my girlfriend and I stopped at Bigfoot Java in Auburn and got 2 blended mochas. After driving away and taking approx. 7 sips from the straw, I pulled small pieces of plastic out of my mouth from about 4 of the approx 7 sips. All were about 14" square but one piece maybe 2" long. I returned to ask for my $ back and the barista told me, "I can't give you your money back because that's company policy but I will make you another drink" to which I replied, "I don't want another drink, I want my money back." I went back and forth with her stating that I just want my $ back and her saying that she will make me a new one for a couple of minutes. Eventually, I just said, "If you can't give me my $ back because it's company policy, then give it to me out of your tip jar here", pointing at her half filled jar. Again, she told me that's also "against company policy." Finally, she told me to call corporate to get my $ back and I replied, "Okay, what is corporate's phone number" as I had my cell phone in hand and she said, "I don't know but you can go to their website and get it." At this point I was slightly past pissed and set my drink down and drove off. I went to another Bigfoot Java where the barista was very polite and gave me corporates phone number which I immediately called and left a specific VM as to what happened with a Regional Manager and then called back and left a VM with their customer service. I expected to get a phone call back by someone from Bigfoot Java by Monday (8/5) at the very latest to resolve a complaint about multiple pieces of plastic being in my drink that their inconsiderate barista made me and possibly get my $5.?? back. As of today, (Thur 8/08 at approx 1:35pm) no one from BFJ has called me. Now, I don't feel bad at all for reporting that location to the health department Monday evening which I might add, called me Tues evening saying that they had just inspected that location and it seems that the "caulking" on the inside of the ice machine was coming off and that they have been instructed to replace it. Nor do I feel bad about reporting them to the BBB a few minutes ago. All I wanted was my $5 back for a mocha that was full of plastic pieces. read more

I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past several months and have always had great service, until today that is (3/21/2014). I waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes then when we were finally at the window the barista didn't even great us right away. When she finally did acknowledge that I was there she said, "my bad, wt ran out of receipt paper and I'm covering a shift." I can understand that things are different when covering for someone, so I ordered my beverages. She not only took another 15-20 minutes making 3 drinks, one of which was a child's. And Todd me that I needed to keep reminding her what I was ordering because she won't remember. Needless to say the service today was horrible and I won't be ordering any beverages from her anymore, especially since the only correct beverage we got (even after reminding her several times) was the child's drink.
