The coffee is good, service was good until they ran my credit card twice and charged me at the window. I left town shortly after there after for my first grand baby's birth. I came home and reconciled my accounts. I found the multiple transactions within minutes of each other. I brought the app information to the store. They were extremely rude. It could have been a simple fix. Your coffee is free today and tomorrow because you prepaid! They told me to call HR. And said because it was over a month ago it was too old. We get our statement after 30 days. So that's an insane argument. I find them to be ridiculous. Wont go back!! Fox hollow is lovely down the street they use freshly roasted dillanos beans. Service was terrible. The drive thru had 6 cars at the back of the line with 3 cars in front. The person that was a in front of me had stopped to tell her order, but instead the employee and the person in the car ahead of just started chatting as if NO ONE was in line behind her waiting to place their orders. They were talking about 3 minutes. When I finally got to place my order, I said something and I was pretty much told oh, not even an I'm sorry. Then when that customer got to the window, an employee came out and started talking to her like no one else was waiting. Another employee also came out to give her hugs and to talk to her. When I got to the window to get my drink, I said something to the person handing out drinks and all she said was oh. Very unprofessional. This was my second visit to a Dutch Bros and will be my last. I ordered a Golden Eagle and was hoping for something other than sugar. Vanilla and caramel flavors did not come through. It was just a sugary drink with no character. At least in Merced, the lavender latte had the scent of lavender, but not the flavor. I blamed Merced, but apparently, this is a company problem. I love sugar a lot! But I'm not this hungry for it like that. I want a coffee/latte drink that has the flavor of the coffee somewhere. The second part is that the store wasn't very busy, but it took forever for my order to come. Now two people came to get phone/app orders, but I waited over 20 minutes which was weird. And it got quite dark during my wait which was a touch creepy. It's located at the edge of a mall parking lot, so it's a place I wouldn't advise going to at night. The person working there was nice and it looked like there were other employees working in the back. It looked nice and clean inside. But between the wait and the disappointing drink, I know this is a place I will actively avoid. It's also a fine litmus test to see how much I trust another person's taste. If they love this place, then I have to question their judgment when it comes to food. read more

Staff is super friendly. Been here a handful of times and dealt with a bunch of different people and all are welcoming and give you service with a smile. Lines are super long so sometimes they have people with their iPads taking orders. You must know your order in advance! lol the first time I was not prepared so I ordered an Americano (my go to coffee). But they have a fun extensive menu and it's worth trying their custom drinks! We went on Veterans Day and I asked if they had any deals for my dad and they said no but the lady working comped him a drink and thanked him for him for his service! Nice touch! I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee, Mila, at this location on Saturday, 9/13. She demonstrated incredible professionalism and grace under pressure. During my visit, a customer in front of me (in the car line) became irate (due to the merging policy) and began using vulgar language toward the staff and the adjacent customer. Mila noticed the customer getting agitated and immediately addressed the situation while remaining calm, respectful, and composed throughout the interaction. Mila de-escalated the situation and navigated such a tense moment very impressively! She also helped the upset customer exit the situation without further conflict or added disruption to other customers. This kind of composure, emotional intelligence and professionalism deserves to be celebrated. It's clear that this employee is a tremendous asset to the team, and her actions reflect the values of the establishment. I can't believe I've been to Dutch Bros like 100 times since this location opened and being one of many an influencer and adventurer here in this wild community that allows the public to voice their opinions I've yet to leave a review for them... I guess it just slipped my mind ! I come by fairly regularly. The lines are usually long unless I go kind of late in the evening closer to when they close up shop for the night. Overall though I'd say they're worth waiting in line for. Sometimes the coffee isn't that great, other times it's amazing... it just depends on what you order and who makes it like with most coffee stands. Lately I've been coming in for the flavored lemonades mostly though which are always good if you're craving something sweet to drink. This time I got two small flavored lemonades as I couldn't decide on which one I'd want more lol I went with Strawberry Lavender and Peach Ring. They don't always have the Lavender flavor, it kind of comes and goes I've noticed so if you're interested in trying that one I suggest stopping by really soon before they run out again! They also make a white chocolate lavender cold brew which is one of the specials right now and it's pretty good if you're into lavender like me... i swear it's not like drinking floral perfume - it's a really nice balance of coffee, white chocolate and lavender. Peach Ring is pretty dang good as a lemonade and it really tastes like peach ring gummies ! Most people get Peach Ring flavor with the Rebel energy drink but I am not an energy drink fan as they make me panic in sheer mortal terror but that's just me. Guess I just ain't rebellious enough for a rebel. The BRO-RISTAS here are very chill cool peeps ! They always greet me with a smile and ask about my day so I guess you can say customer service here is pretty dope ! :P read more

I first heard of Dutch Bros because my boss is unhealthily obsessed with their entire menu, so she brought us some to work. I ordered one of their speciality lattes. All I could taste was sugar and sweetener. It wasn't even a caramel taste or a chocolate taste, it was just...sugar. Sweetness. Fast forward to when the Puyallup one opens and I try to go again for days, just to say I have given it a second chance. The lines are ridiculous so I figured coming at night would be best. I convinced my husband to go with me. He ordered a white coffee horchata drink. I ordered their black and white mocha. His was a huge cup of cinnamon white water and mine was a hot sugar drink. I've never had white coffee, horchata, and/or any drink combo that legitimately tasted like sugar water with cinnamon, but here we are. My boss has poor taste in drinks. read more

Drive through line was 20 cars deep so we walked up, ordered 2 iced drinks and WAITED for 15 minutes with no one in front of us- the barista seemed irritated that I authorized a 10% tip rather than the suggested 15,20 or 25%. She never checked back, never said sorry for the wait and handed me an iced tea that was so syrupy sweet I could not drink half of it. Ehhhh.... I remember loving Dutch brothers. In Oregon when the first dutch brothers locations went into business I felt like the drinks were amazeballs. As the chain has grown in size and gone to other states I feel like the quality has decreased. This dutch brothers is fairly new and honestly... not much of a fan anymore. The drinks are never made that well (they taste funky) and watered down. The customer service is usually friendly but generally i find that they are confused. Sorry dutch bros ! This area has been busy since they opened, they have two or three employees taking orders way before you go up to the window. Doesn't seem to take too long but this evening I decided to try the walk up window. There's plenty of parking available. It was my first time ever trying it. If its your first time visiting Dutch Bros know that if you go online to their website they have tons of different drinks to choose from. It was pretty late but wanted something comforting and coffee usually does it for me. I got a small white chocolate mocha with almond milk, delicious! Dutch Bros customer service has always been great, and this place also has great staff, the girls were very friendly. The walk up service was faster than I expected. Had my first Dutch Bros in Eugene Oregon. It was good. I like the stamp card idea to earn a free drink. Went through the drive through at their south hill Puyallup location this week & they refused to stamp my card. No reason was given when I asked why. I won't be back. Starbucks has a great app & I earn points & the employees there are friendly & helpful. Maybe DB can get some interpersonal skills coaching & help from SB. read more

We had a gift card to use and they opened this place up by us recently so we gave it a try. It can be very busy with long lines or sometimes you can luck out and we did this visit so that helped. It's ok to in and out of but when busy could or may be a pain. The service was spectacular and very nice as this was our first ever to this franchise. The short line moved well and lots of cars came after we arrived so a worker walked behind us and started taking their orders. Our drinks tasted awesome! I had a Mocha and my wife a Latte. I sence went back for a second time, using the remaining of the gift card, and got a coconut Mocha. Inhadnthe exact same experience. I love dutch bro's but after going to this location, I saw that an employee was restocking the straws but she was also cash handling, didn't wash her hands or anything and proceeded to touch all the straws. Touching dirty money & then restocking the straws that do not have a protective cover on it is very unsanitary and disgusting. With Washington being a hot spot for the flu and Coronavirus, this company should be taking extra precautions in making sure they are protecting themselves and ESPECIALLY customers. They could change their straws for the time being, and make sure their employees are constantly washing their hands (every 30 mins) to prevent the spread of the virus. read more

Price's are good. The coffee is is good. It's not quite as strong or bitter as some other local corporate coffee venues. You have the ability to make it stronger if you wish. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Four stars because the coffee didn't rock my world. With some experimentation I think I could find an excellent choice to suite me. read more

I have gone back twice, and still wasn't impressed. The original Dutch Brothers I went to was in Oregon, and my god, it was the absolute best coffee I have ever had. We get the kids not so hot and it comes in the cutest little Christmas cups, a lot of them have never heard about whip on the lids for kids and they always make it work.
