I went there this morning and brought my own cup with my own syrup and got a 24oz americano with sugar free chocolate and white coffee and it was $11.75. Yes I typed that correct! $11.75 That is the most absurd price I have ever paid for a coffee anywhere. I am so disgusted that the company thinks it's ok in this day and age to charge that kind of money. That's almost equivalent to minimum wage. CRAZY!! Working delivery. Per instructions I was told to walk up to the window when there are long lines. So I did. After nearly getting in a car accident the person working the window told me to go wait in my car and she would bring the order out to me. When she came out she told me they don't care about delivery orders when they are really busy...I would recommend not accepting orders from this location. Sat there for 5 minutes no one came out then boom another car pulls on the other side and the girl takes her order right away when I came first, then there Apple Pay is down on one side so I had to drive over to the other side. Frst time at this big foot java. I prefer starbucks but my husband liked the extreme chocolate blended drink. So I went there. The gal at the front window was not friendly at all. I was asking her about the drinks and her responses were very short and cold, and acted as if I should know. I ordered my "iced americano" and was then asked if I'd like that hot or cold. ‍‍ I ordered my husbands extreme chocolate , she asked if he wanted whip....I say sure. She makes my drink then again asks me if he wants whip. :/ she then forgets the dark chocolate, which was the whole point of the extreme chocolate. I used to be a repeat customer at this location but it's gone horribly downhill! Tonight was the last straw. I ordered an iced americano and asked that she use a little more heavy cream than usual. Go earlier in the day you'll have no problem! the issue is the graveyard baristas. I had an experience where my black and white hot chocolate got made wrong 3 times and when I finally left, my drink was the wrong size and she obviously over charged me I could tell she was frustrated and she was just going to keep blaming it on "the way I ordered" so I just left to save her some agony. Bigfoot Java has a pretty high turn over rate, especially for graveyard so just hope for the best when coming after 10 pm! read more

Horrible service had a gentleman doing our order , we usually get asked if we want our drink hot , iced or blended didn't get asked that he automatically thought we wanted hot when ALL our other drinks were blended. It would've been different had he asked us about thst didn't. read more

Today we stopped by to get our usual 24oz americanos and the barista told us about their recent price increase on americanos. Previously we were paying $8.24 for two drinks and today we paid $11.65. Americanos are made of espresso and WATER...We love the coffee and the service but any company that is going to gauge their customers with a 33% price increase will not be receiving our business. read more

Stopped by this Bigfoot on a cold early morning, so obviously there was a line. I waited in line for a couple of minutes before I got to pull my car up to the window, the girl at the window apologized for the wait and asked what I'd like. I appreciated that she apologized for the wait even though she and the other girl were moving with purpose and quickly to get through all their customers. I asked for my drink at a kids drinking temperature since I didn't have far to drive and needed the coffee boost, as soon as she handed me the drink I could tell it was the right temperature so I tipped them and after being able to test my drink temperature, it was perfect. I come here often and leave tips EVERYTIME I go cause like I said I come here often and I like my coffee made right. Okay so I come again recently and for some odd reason my card was declined, the other lady not making my coffee snickers and laughs, as I didn't have cash on me either. So rude, they're not personable AT ALL. I've been coming here consistently and they don't even bother to even remember your order, not kidding, McDonald's staff is more personable. Everytime I come to this specific location, it's kinda awkward, you pull up, they don't even ask what you want lol, I order, they ask if I want iced or hot coffee twice even three times, whip cream and straws like three times, like is the staff paid with medical marijuana or something? Harsh I know. But truthfully speaking, I'd rather make instant cofffee at home then to pay and tip that AWFUL staff. read more
