First, they tried charging my friend separately for chips with their wrap even though chips are supposed to come with it. Then when I added a smoothie to my meal, they charged me full price for the smoothie instead of applying the meal deal where any smoothie is supposed to be $4.79 with a meal. Unfortunately, the food situation got even worse. When I finally got my food, it tasted strange and had a noticeable bleach-like odor. I politely asked if I could get something different, and they said yes. But after waiting at the counter for 35 minutes with no update, I finally asked what was going on -- and they had completely forgotten about my order. To make matters worse, they made two other orders before remaking mine. When I finally opened the replacement wrap, it looked more like a Taco Bell supreme wrap than anything you'd expect from Tropical Smoothie. Bad service, incorrect charges, long waits, and questionable food quality. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

That alone should've been enough to make me walk out, but what really made it worse was witnessing the manager mistreating one of the staff members--a young girl who was just trying to fix a machine. Instead of helping her or showing any kind of support, he was rude, aggressive, and kept talking down to her in front of everyone. She ended up crying and had to walk away while the manager just stood there like it was normal. The place is filthy, and the management clearly doesn't know how to lead or respect their team. Never coming back. Health department should probably take a look too.
