Super excited that they have a menu that is on the side that you can request which I posted in the photos with a whole ton of other drinks that we normally would not know to order. I give this place a five stars because they were super honest. My sandwich was made wrong just forgot the meat. The manager remade the entire order over. It was pleasant and quiet in the store. I recently had bagels from the Plymouth and Michigan Ave Biggbys that were burnt, my bagel at the Ford road location was perfect! This location has such friendly staff, the atmosphere is cheery and refreshing, and the store is very clean. My bagel and latte was made in less than 2 minutes. I LOVE the turkey and havarti bragels (bagel with cream cheese, turkey, and cheese) and iced coffee at BIGGBY. My little guy enjoys their "magic milk" here. The magic milk is milk, flavoring, and whipped cream. The milk flavors are chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. They offer many coffee drinks and they are available in hot, iced, and frozen. This is a great place to pick up a snack and/or breakfast. They offer beagles, muffins, donut holes, cookies, etc. They have plenty of seating inside to enjoy your coffee. This location does not have a drive thru but they have plenty of parking in their lot. This location can get very busy on the weekend but it's worth the wait! A small place but super friendly and attentive. Not bad at all for a chain. They keep things clean and the coffee never has the odd burnt taste you can get at some other chains *ahem - Starbuckets*. I second Laura H. anything caramel is the way to go if your blood sugar is such that you can opt that way. If not they have a terrific variety of sugar free offerings and damn nice teas. Hot or iced, everything has been very nice. I like that I am in and out fairly fast and there is an tasty option here for no matter what my mood is like. The baristas there are SO nice and considerate! They made sure to ask about allergies before adding whip cream to my orders with almond milk. Yesterday I went to Biggby Coffee and had a turkey and havarty on an everything bagel with a chair tea latte. The chai tea had different taste than the usual chai tea lattes that I drink and it was good. The sandwich really hit the spot for my hunger. It was something I could have made but since I am not from this area it was nice to have something easy and not too sweet or fried like a donut. read more

I hate to give negative reviews for places that have great customer service but the coffee here - particularly the espresso-based drinks -- are no good. The two times I came home to Michigan I tried Biggby as it was the cafe nearest where I was staying. Unfortunately despite the friendly staff, I tossed my latte into the trash both times. Its too bad for me because Biggby had a warm atmospehre and have free WiFi and outlets - perfect to get some work done. I LOVE the morning staff. I'm not happy morning person, but they always are!! They're always smiling & very friendly. They have a tendency to turn my mood around by the time I pay. I can be pretty indecisive before 9am. I walk in alot & say "I don't know what I want....HELP ME!!!" (Then they know I really need my coffee!!) They always walk me through the menu & somehow manage to find just what I'm looking for!! I am in here maybe once or twice a week....more if I have the time. But they still remember that it's ALWAYS reduced cal with soy (cause sometimes I forget)....and they rotate their morning staff I've noticed. Pros: Good service, a frequent customer card, and a GREAT caramel latte (they make their own caramel sauce). Also, they feature a hilarious line of greeting cards. You know how most greeting cards these days have a semi-humorous picture on the front and a lame sentiment on the inside? Well, these are ACTUALLY funny. Props. Cons: Not a great atmosphere for hanging out in or studying. Kind of like a starbucks interior in terms of seating types, but not as aesthetically pleasing. Has a fireplace, though, so there's that. My latte was $4.50, which I'm willing to pay at a nicer coffee shop when I'm also paying for environment and wifi, but when I'm just picking up coffee to go, I feel like it's too much. read more

I love this coffeeshop! The baristas are always nice, welcoming, and they're truly happy to see the customers. I only come here once every few weeks, but they still remember me (^_^) The restrooms are always clean, the atmosphere is inviting, the music is always on at a good volume (not too loud and not too quiet), and it's a great spot for studying and/or meeting up with friends I never feel rushed to place my order or leave. I go here everyday to get my coffee. I'm severely allergic to nuts, so I told them the first few times to remind them of my allergy. As time went on and I went everyday, I stopped saying anything because I order the same thing everytime and it isn't anything that could be contamined easily. Today, I was given hazelnut in my coffee and had an allergic reaction at school. Very disappointed and annoyed. read more

I love Biggby coffee. This location is well staffed, but the store itself is rather small. The coffee house atmosphere is somewhat lost due to its size. Cramped chairs and tables make it difficult to find a nice spot to sit and study/read. There are 2 comfy chairs in front of a fireplace, but unfortunately they're also right by the cash register. It's winter now and it gets cold when the door opens. Would be a great drive thru locale. read more

I'll choose Biggby any day over Starbucks. For one, it seems their employees are far more friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile at the Canton Biggby. Secondly, I love that they periodically send out BOGO or $1.00 off coupons if you are signed up for their e-newsletter. I've had other Biggby locations require that I print out the coupon, but this place understands that in this day and age, that is kinda ridiculous and they just take the info straight from my phone. The menu board doesn't even come close to the number of concoctions they can make for you. They've got a whole book of stuff. If you give them an idea of what you like, for example white chocolate and berries, they'll find a drink that suits you. read more

Some days I like to just get a cup of whatever special drink they have at the time and read my kindle in front of the fire.The staff are always friendly and helpful if I want to try something new. I'd support Biggby, a Michigan company, over Starbucks any day. This location is right by work so it's a great location for me. The staff is user-friendly and has a decent amount of seating. The only thing that detracts is the WiFi is horribly spotty and temperamental. It's not just this location either. Biggby in general seems to have this problem at all the locations I've been to. Not a deal breaker, but if I know I have some work to do that requires the Internet and I can't take a chance, I head to Starbucks which has never given me problems. read more
