The drinks are a little more expensive here than most shops but I think it's because you seem to get a real artisanal tea and coffee experience. This coffee shop is just delightful. Tried it for the first time today. The cafe is clean & welcoming. A good amount of seating both inside and outside. The staff is what set this shop apart ! The staff was friendly and treated their guests with gratitude. I tipped at the register and the clerk said "thank you". You don't get that kind of appreciation everywhere. I loved that they had glassware for coffee if you were dining in. They served my latte in this large mug with a beautiful presentation. The barista even carried the latte to my table for me! NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE. The coffee was delicious. I didn't try any of their baked goods but they looked delicious and the barista said that they make them in house! Forager is the best thing to happen to Milford (yes I said it). Forager just kicked the beautiful, walkable streets of old Milford up a notch! QUALITY coffee grinds. Like, high quality, best in milesssss. Solid if you like true coffee. Treats are usually tasty... I'm more of a salty girl and they lean sweet which is sweet. I was in town for work and decided to pop into Forager Coffee & Tea to get some things done. The ambiance was cozy and the staff was very friendly. Clearly a lot of people in the neighborhood frequent there as I heard many excited greetings and catch ups. I ordered a turmeric matcha latte; it was good, but one of the most expensive I've ever had at $9 for a regular mug size. It also wasn't the most robust, but I did still enjoy it. A five in product quality. Service attitude is through the roof and the place is clean and neat. What stinks though is how unnecessarily long that the line so often takes because there is such a poor management process around, 1. taking an order, 2. paying for the order, 3. and then fulfilling the order, whereas almost any other coffee store, knows how to "Just-in-time" each step in a way that saves literally minutes if not 10 minutes for those in line. read more

Very cute coffee shop in Milford! I came here to meet a friend and I had ordered their Matcha Latte and it was absolutely delicious. They even asked if I would like it sweeten and if yes, with what? Sugar, Honey etc - which was nice and I chose honey. It was tasty and the latte art was very beautiful. I ordered a cheese Danish and it was good, but was a bit steep in pricing for such a tiny Danish. I get it, times are tough, but those are just my thoughts. One of my favorite places to sit and do work in cincy area, they always have great music and the clientele when I've been there has been mostly younger students or professionals getting work done. Great espresso (but they don't roast their own (supplied from upstate)), but the menu is nice and short/targeted to coffee drinkers w more refined taste. They use the A2 milk from swallow farms so all milk based espresso drinks have great steamed milk. They also make their own syrups, would recommend the honey cinnamon. My friend and I visited yesterday for coffee, food and conversation. The only seats available were 2 chairs and a bench by the fireplace. ALL OTHERS WERE TAKEN UP BY PEOPLE ON COMPUTERS! Most tables were 2-4 persons taken up by one person. My friend and I were forced to put our drinks and food on the "hearth" of the fireplace. There were 2 other patrons who came and experienced the same. They physically moved the bench to a different spot. They almost left because of the seating situation. Perhaps Forager could reconfigure the seating to accommodate people other than computer users? Maybe have designated seating areas? Just a thought... This is easily top 5 coffee shops in the entire Cincy area and if you're a tea lover - this is going to be your number one. Super modern, open, and bright interior with lots of natural lighting that sets up for a comfortable environment. The staff could not have been nicer and the barista helped me decide on the matcha fizz. This is absolutely going to be my summer drink - perfect for the taste of matcha with the lightness of sparkling water instead of milk weighing it down. My fiancé was excited to see their extensive iced tea selection (beyond just the boring black tea) and he got an absolutely delicious iced mint tea. Both of our drinks were phenomenal - well-balanced, flavorful, and they clearly care about their product. And they also have some yummy snacks that they home make in house! With lots of places outsourcing their food to other locations (nothing wrong with that!) - I'm always going to give bonus points to places that put the effort in. We split an apple shortbread bar and the staff even went ahead and split it in half for us and put it on two plates which was very kind. Forager is everything I've been looking for in a coffee shop. Delicious coffee, they get beans specially roasted for them from Proud Hound. House-made syrups; I believe they make vanilla Carmel and lavender in house. Great ambiance; they have an indoor/outdoor feel with big windows that open for nice weather, an awesome fireplace and an overall cheery feel! Had a lavender oat milk latte at the barista's recommendation. It was fantastic. The lavender syrup they made in house and you could tell. I'm not a huge Oat milk fan, but she specifically mentioned them together and I was feeling adventurous and I'm happy I did. Coffee is ok, but be careful. They apparently have unpublished health and safety guidelines. They monitor what you order and are more strict than a bar during happy hour. For example, they will not allow patrons to order more than 6 shots of espresso in a 24 hour period. Fun fact, 6 shots of espresso has the same caffeine loading as 2.25 12 ounce coffees. Not sure what the other secret rules are. read more

This place is exactly what Old Milford needed! Cozy environment, friendly staff, and excellent coffee, tea, and pastries. I've tried many drinks here, like the cortado, cappuccino, latte, mocha, and matcha, and all of them have been great. You can really tell they pay attention to quality here with the coffee, and the flavor shines through in every drink. The pastry offerings are good and varied, with gluten free and vegan options which I really appreciate. It's a great place to come to get some work done, read a book, or hang out with friends.
