If I could leave a 0 I would. We got in the drive thru line at 11:10 with 4 cars ahead of us. At 11:50 we finally got our coffee. Service was not only extremely slow, there was no apology for the wait. Not a thank you or have a nice day. Every time we have gone through this Bigby it's like this. Ordered a Mocha Mocha.. it did NOT taste like a mocha. Had zero whip cream. Will not return. 40 mins for mediocre service and coffee is ridiculous. read more

Strange set up in my eyes. This whole building is not the coffee shop. Upon entering, the space to the left was set up for leased space, which was unoccupied. Hey, if you don't need the whole space, cool - lease it out! I get that. Although I think it would be much cooler to turn the whole interior of the building into a coffee shop, I can see where this may not be feasible in this area. Once inside, it's the standard, "Order here - pick up there" set up. It's inviting in that they have a pseudo-fireplace set up, complete with real, contained, gas-fed flame, and a couple of soft chairs. The rest of the tables and chairs are diner style, which is less than inviting. The staff, who was clearly teaching a new member, were less than enthusiastic, to the point of mumbling barely intelligible words to the customers. It wasn't just me either. They seemed more interested in checking their phones than working. Our simple order took quite a while, and that was without anyone ahead of us. Now, this may have had more to do with the teaching atmosphere of the new hire, so I'll forgive this transgression. The product was good. We didn't get coffee, but chai and chocolate. I find some shops' chai to be far too sweet. Biggby's seemed pretty spot on with the sweetness. I'd definitely be back if I were in the area and needed a sit-down caffeine boost. I know this is a local brand, and I appreciate it. I kind of grinned when I entered, I had flashbacks to reruns of Saved by the Bell vivid colors and designs of the 90's. As a new transplant to Michigan from my home state of Southern California, immitation is the sincerest form of flattery...just a fun tongue-in-cheek decade or so late. I feel this place has a younger target in mind, so that doesn't bother me. I wasn't initially impressed, but given some afterthought, I will try them again, as I discovered after I ordered, that they offer Tea Lattes. I don't consider myself a complicated coffee consumer (read: snob), however, the temp of the coffee offered was lukewarm at best...which mind you, doesn't bother me, because I'm a water-it-down-with-creamer kinda guy. I really can't subject a place to a bad review based off of one visit with just coffee. I did like that touch of having a drivethrough window, and repurposing what only looked like it was once a Fastfood restaurant. Hey, Repurpose, Recycle, Reuse, right? 10 stars for that! The kids behind the counter were okay, not as brightly eyed and cream cheese sculpted as others I've come across that early in the morning, but they were nice. Thank goodness. :) I'll give them big plusses for franchising. read more

Biggby is my favorite chain coffee shop, but it's even better in a city that has little to offer. The staff is pleasant and really does go above and beyond what they need to do. There are enough plugs and tables for computers, but in my opinion could use some additional space. It's right down the road from Tim Horton's and I'm happy to say I've never been tempted to head over there. The internet is FAST. Go! NOW! :) read more

Okay, so Biggby doesn't have quite the atmosphere of Jackson Coffee Company (or even Starbucks). The Wisner store has a feel I can only equate to a candy store. However, they consistently make good drinks and the staff is friendly. I used the drive-through recently and had to wait a bit long due to some system issues they were having (couldn't ring people up). The manager was at the window, very apologetic. I offered to just pay cash for the drink (I usually leave the change as a tip) and they could ring it up later, but the manager insisted on giving me the drink for free with her apologies. She also gave me a card for a free drink at a future date. That kind of customer service is very rare and much appreciated. read more

Small and shares its space with another business, but the place is anyways clean and staff is friendly. Biggby has coffee that's pretty on par with Starbucks, and is a Michigan company if you like to support locate businesses. read more

I'm sitting here when a blonde with dreads walks in. She spends several minutes scratching her scalp and flipping the dreads around. After watching this nauseating display she goes behind the counter and starts preparing drinks. How can management allow such disgusting behavior? Wouldn't the health department love to see this? Waited way to long just to get a cup of coffee. Place didn't seem busy to me with just 2 cars ahead of me. But 20 minutes was just too long to wait. Got the coffee and it had cream in it. Tried to drink it but it was crap. Just want a decent cup of coffee, but this chain seems to let me down more often than not. read more

Biggby has the BEST coffee around!! Their baristas always have a smile on their face and willing to help you decide whether you want to try something new or just aren't an avid coffee drinker. My favorite, suggested by Aaron, is the Tan Line. Won't even think of going to a different coffee shop!! read more

I have always had wonderful service, something must have changed recently at the Copper location. My usual order of the last year has now increased by $2.00. I asked the cashier if prices had gone and she said no "they" must have been ringing it up wrong. So I took my beverage and bagel and went on my way to work. The bagel was wrong and the drink was also. I chucked it up to someone different in the location I had never seen. so I went back again today. When the price was the same I had no problem with paying the higher amount but the drink again looked wrong so I questioned it prior to taking it. She then went on to tell me she has to ring it up as a half and half which I now understand is the reason for the price change. So I encourage you to at least get the drink right as I again drove off with a half and half not a super unsweet ice tea with a splash of lemonade. Higher price acceptable incorrect drink two days in a row is not. read more
