I stopped by this past Saturday, and it did not disappoint! First off, the decor was so warm and inviting; it immediately brought back memories of visiting my Grandma's house as a kid. A little slice of heaven. Secondly, the service was both friendly and fast! As for the food and drinks, I tried a cup of your black coffee, I haven't stopped thinking about that specialty blend since I finished my second cup. I also had a cup of the iced coffee (delicious!) and a bacon breakfast burrito. Everything was wonderful. I have to admit, I wouldn't mind the salsa having a bit more of a kick. I plan to visit again in a couple of weeks, and I'm hoping the black coffee blend will be available.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area. I drive about 25 minutes out of my way just to come here, because every visit feels exactly right. Apryl and Robb, the couple who own the shop, are genuinely so kind and welcoming, and their whole team carries that same warmth. I'm a bit of a wallflower in most places, usually letting social anxiety get the best of me, but I always feel like I have a safe spot at Four Corners. They've created a perfect "third space" just outside of Jackson - somewhere quiet, familiar, and cozy in all the best ways. There are plenty of spots to settle in: tables for small or large groups, comfy armchairs and couches, and a soft backdrop of music that makes it easy to meet with friends, get work done, or just relax with a book. I also love their "take, leave, or borrow" shelves stocked with books and even a few puzzles. It adds to the feeling that this place is meant to be lived in, not just visited :) And the coffee truly is the highlight. The rotating single-origin brews in your choice of fun ceramic mugs feel like something from my own kitchen, and their espresso drinks are the best in the county. Other shops in the area may use the same Hyperion coffee beans, but nothing compares to what Four Corners does with them. Every flavored latte tastes exactly like what you ordered without covering up the espresso. No burnt shots, no watered down iced drinks, no overly sweet syrups - just perfectly balanced every time. It's rare to find a place that gets every detail right on every visit, but Four Corners does. and that's why it's become such a special part of my routine

Amazing! I'd heard Four Corners was good and my daughter who is a college student was home for the weekend, so we went to try it. Everything is amazing, the service, food, drinks, ambiance, EVERYTHING. I had a cranberry orange scone and a decaf Chai latte with oat milk and she had a London Fog tea and a breakfast sandwich with egg, pesto mayo and havarti cheese. She said her sandwich and drink were both amazing and my drink and scone (which they warmed up for me) were amazing as well. They also have books you can read while you're their, and a sign that says read one, take one, leave one (or something like that). Also, they brought our drinks and food to us instead of calling our names out like most places. We will definitely be back!

That did not matter this time. Eagles Nest made up for it with a vastly improved menu over even a year ago when they had a pretty bare bones menu. Almost everyone at the table raved about the food. I got the Salmon Florentine special. The salmon was nicely seasoned and on rice and a tasty spinach soufflé base. My wife, a big crabcake fan. rated hers the best she's had in over three decades. My daughter's fish tacos looked amazing and she said my son-in rarely finishes his burger, but ate every bite. The service was a little spotty as our server abandoned us for a while, but when the co-owner found out (I went to the bar for a water), she came to our table to make sure everything was OK. All in all it was a great experience, lake or no lake. I hate to not give it five stars and next time we come it'll be in a smaller group on a not so busy day.

I ordered the basket of shrimp and fries it was good. My wife had the Mac and cheese chicken pasta and she said the cheese was bland it could been a bit sharp. The sweat potato's were overcooked. Service was attentive and we ordered the dessert Togo, strawberry shortcake came with biscuits instead of angel cake and the strawberries were jammed. Also the whipped cream the packed was so small it was not even enough for one biscuit, so that was disappointing.
