Stopped there yesterday to buy some coffee beans! The gal at the counter pointed to the coffee on the bottom shelf ! Didn't want those , since they were pre ground beans! She went in the back to locate the scale, it didn't work! I noticed the scale gross and dirty! She proceeded to fill up the bag and estimate that it was a pound of beans! Took my money for a pound of beans ! I weighed it when I came home and it weighed 14.8 ounces! This has happened several times when I need to buy coffee beans at Biggby's! read more

I stopped in here on a whim with friends after a bridal shower. The place was nice and clean with staff that greeted us as soon as we walked in. My order was pretty simple- a medium iced coffee with sugar-free caramel even though I really wanted to try something more fun. I was glad to see the SF option, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to order. My friends tried a few different drinks as all and everyone was happy with their order. It wasn't the fastest service for the mixed drinks, considering they weren't serving anyone else. But we gathered from the talk amongst the employees that one of them was new so maybe she was still learning all the recipes. Overall, I would stop here again, especially if I could try one of the other fun drinks. read more

I think this place is great, partly because the baristas are always super nice and friendly (Grace and Megan were there today!). Great service. I was waiting for my car that was at a nearby auto shop, so I spent most of the afternoon working from here, and it was very pleasant. I also tried a chocolate chip cookie because why not?? The food is very good but the only thing that made me put a bad review is that they lady did not change her gloves after grabbing the change and she also used her bare hands to make our bragles. Love these guys! I first visited the Biggby chain in suburban Detroit MI where they originated! I was so excited to see a location open up nearby in Loveland! I came recently during the take out only phase and the lovely ladies working here were taking it in stride. There are signs on the door requiring safety and the floors inside are marked for 6ft. Everything was very clean and there was hand sanitizer on the counter. I was interested in trying a few new things and they were happy to help with suggestions. Unlike some coffee places, you could tell these ladies love their job and playing around with flavors is fun to them! They let me know any drinks listed on the website can be made at any time of year if they have the syrups. I went with a Blueberry latte, and wanted to try their unique tea latte. While I am a die hard coffee fan, the tea latte was my favorite and I am already craving another one! Beyond the standard coffee and tea drinks they also have smoothies, frappes, and baked goods including sandwiches. Make sure to sign up for their rewards as I receive frequent email coupons, earn points, and get a free birthday reward. They also give you heads up on new products! Cute much needed addition to the area. They have some food items and lots of caffeinated beverages. They have seating for about 20 people. I still prefer unique cafes for lattes like May Cafe in Milford but I am thankful we now have a decent coffee spot closeby. read more

Fantastic people and a great product. You can get brewed coffee, lattes (iced frozen hot), tea, smoothies, and lots of coffee shop food items. They have a rewards program too! Whenever I'm needing a cup of coffee, I go to Biggby. It's right by my house and puts Starbies to shame. Although I do like saying Starbies a lot. Anyway, friendly staff, they remember my name which is kinda cool. Good products. Their turkey havarti on Asiago bagel is a staple. Their brown sugar bourbon coffee is just a miracle of modern science. Also a rewards program that gets me a free drink once and a while. read more

Biggby coffee is really good and it is very kid friendly. All the staff are very nice. They have very good food and they even have a kids menu unlike Starbucks. The food and drinks doesn't take long and there's many places to sit down. read more

A few weeks ago we decided to drive the distance to Biggbys to grab a quick bite and a coffee. The food is ok, nothing special, the coffee was great. HOWEVER, we will not be back. We had just received our coffees and food when they began setting up for some type of kids party. Literally they set each table around us with party plates and items to decorate a cookie with. Within 5 minutes we were surrounded by moms and little girls - while adorable- being surrounded by little kids is not relaxing nor condusive to conversation. Clearly, Biggbys does not have a party room - it is a small space. Paying customers, unless they are bringing a child to the party- do not want to be surrounded by a childrens party. We ate as fast as we could and left. Either advertise that the store will be closed for a private childrens party - something - Space is not large enough to conduct parties.
