This place is great! The employees are on top of things and overly kind! My husband wanted Milk on the side and they were very cool about it. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 ham and cheese bagels and price was worth it to us. Clean location, reasonable prices and amazing Staff! Located in a convenient place as well. read more

Since I'm so attached to my local Biggby, I wanted to venture out to others to see if they're any good. Was able to stop in here one day in April while out. It was a warm day so we decided to try a Freeze. It's not my favorite thing being a tea/ coffee drinker, but I can see why people would like it. Was great for a hot day. Friendly employees, lots of seating if you choose to stay in, games to play also. Overall a good experience going inside just like my local one! I love the coffee and food items and have always enjoyed the my order. I would give more stars but unfortunately I'm asked if I want to tip every single time. I don't tip because all they are doing is handing me my food through a window. 90% of the time when I say I don't want to tip their attitude changes and I've gotten dirty looks for it, particularly from the girl with pink hair. Stop asking to leave a tip and people will be much happier! read more

I don't come to this location often but when I do, they always ask for a tip. Which is unacceptable in my opinion. A tip is given when you go above and beyond. Cold cheese and hardly any cream cheese does not deserve a tip. So please quit asking for tips. You're embarrassing yourselves. read more

So my friend and I were looking for a coffee shop nearby and I knew there was a Biggby in Madison Heights but I found the wrong one. This one was located at 11 mile Road and it was quite small. The inside looks clean and very vibrant with the color scheme. I thought the staff was nice and informed me about their new coffee drinks and what they tasted like. But the music was very loud and we couldn't study w the noise. When my friend asked them to turn down the music they said they couldn't because of corporate management. I also thought it was strange that they ask if you want to leave a tip when you insert your credit card. I don't think I've seen this at Starbucks or a few other coffee places. read more

I love this Biggby! They have the friendliest, kindest staff and great coffee. My husband, myself and my dog are frequent visitors here. My dog now knows that when we say "Biggby", he's getting a pup cup. We've never experienced a long wait, even if the drive thru is packed. They are extremely efficient. They have a small breakfast selection which is perfect when you're on the go. For those of us who are lactose intolerant, you can order a breakfast bragel sandwich dairy free (which is a huge win!). read more

Very nice crew and good Chia tea. I wanted to do some work in the store, but the volume of their music made it hard for me to concentrate even with my earbuds in and volume up on blast. My fiancé and I have come here almost daily for a year now. We have no complaints at all. I can't believe I didn't write a review sooner. There are seriously some of the sweetest girls that work here. I work as a waitress, am in school full time, and have a new born baby so a lot of days aren't easy and require caffeine and positive vibes. They're always making hard days better just by being so friendly and positive. They get my drinks perfect every time (but even if they didn't) I'd come back just because of the awesome service they provide. Keep it up ladies! Love the coffee and the staff is friendly and quick, but the wifi is terrible. It drops out after less than two minutes, so unfortunately if you need to study or get work done, this isn't the place to do it. I've had this happen every time that I've got inside since they reopened. The solution is to use my hotspot or go somewhere else. read more

My friend and I went this past Sunday and ordered two iced matcha lattes and they tasted like straight milk. We reached the payment window and the barista asked how much I wanted to tip. I've never been asked that through a drive thru and while I support the acting of tipping when appropriate, it's not an obligation and asking someone in such a direct manner is very awkward and aggressive. I was excited about having a Biggby with a drive thru so close to my home, but now I might just end up going to the one near downtown Ferndale. Always great coffee and the baristas are super friendly! However, they really need to work on their speed, especially when going through the drive through. I typically find myself waiting 10 or more minutes for one coffee. Sometimes longer. And usually there's only one car ahead of me. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. read more
