Staff was very nice. The drinks are delicous. I liked my energy drink. Though a bit pricey it's worth it. Would come again.

Horrible experience in drive through in st John. After waiting a long time at the window I saw my drink on the counter and waived to the manager. He immediately came at me ver angry and shaking. He told me he wasn't talking to me and told me to leave. There was nothing written on the drink and I told him he didn't even know if it was mine that I had paid for. He shouted at me to leave. This location has notoriously bad service and poorly made drinks, I try to avoid coming here if I can. Most recently, the man who took my order helped the person in front of me, starting the conversation with how much he disliked his job and mentioned how he could not wait for his shift to end, a few other employees added to the conversation complaining as well. When the person in front of me was done, he took my order, before I even put my card in the machine to pay he walked away and took an order in the drive through on his headset, another employee walked over to let us know the transaction was complete. When I received my drink, it was made incorrectly. I had ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk and I was handed a cup filled with only plain milk. The barista who made the drink was very nice and re-made the drink for me the correct way. She informed me that she made what was on the slip, meaning my order was taken incorrectly. Unfortunately I did not receive the person who took my orders name, but he was extremely unprofessional and had horrible customer service. read more

My most recent visit, they couldn't be nicer. I ordered my normal, skinny French vanilla latte. Even though I was wavering on trying something new. The girl behind the counter, fixed me a sample of the valentines special, black Forrest latte(skinny). It was wonderful! Decent coffee. Appropriately priced ($1.99) for a cup of coffee (comparable in size to Starbucks "grande" medium). Most coffees are fair-trade and taste okay (not as strong as I would've liked). I had the Rwanda, it was fine. The café is spacious, bright colored, and has sufficient seating. read more

This location constantly puts sugar syrup in their hazelnut brewed coffee. If you don't have hazelnut coffee just be honest and say you are sorry for your error but we don't have it. Don't serve bigby best with hazelnut syrup it's nasty. read more

To be fair it can't be easy serving people their fancy expensive coffee drinks all day long. However, based on my experience here I would save your money and either not go or go to another Biggby. My ordered got messed up- which of course happens. But when I asked to fix it she first just put it into another smaller cup (not fixing the drink but fixing the siZe only) and then when I politely asked to fix again she said said she could redo it BUT there were a lot of people in line behind.... read more

Let me start off by saying that Biggby as a whole seems just fine. This is the only location that my family and I have had trouble with. We've had some problems here and there with this location, but we've always brushed it aside thinking it was a fluke. Before 2020 the lines were a bit slower than other locations and the coffee didn't quite taste the same. We figured it was because of new people, under staffing, and maybe a slight variation in the coffee recipe. No big deal, all companies have things like that every now and again. But then I got food poisoning from this location. Recently I went in to grab a coffee. It tasted a little odd, but I had never tried that kind of coffee before so it wasn't a huge deal. Maybe I just chose poorly. About an hour and half a mug later I start getting stomach aches and cramps. Okay, maybe it's just disagreeing with me. That's happened before. I'll just sleep it off. I'll save the details, but I certainly didn't sleep well, and unfortunately I didn't get better quickly. It took me over a week to fully feel normal again. I know it was the coffee because of the timing and my lack of eating anything else I was unfamiliar with. Nothing else tasted odd and I knew how it was prepared. The coffee was the only thing that had been suspicious. I tried calling this location to let them know that they may have a bad product like milk or maybe a syrup they used. I got the phone number and gave them a call, but their phone was down. I tried again, and the same thing. I looked on three different websites, all giving the same number, and some even saying that other people have had problems with the phones. I wouldn't write this review if either of these situations happened separately. If I got sick and the phones worked we could solve it easily. If the phones didn't work then maybe they were just down or being replaced. But the other reviews about the phones being down leaves me to think this is a recurring issue, and if someone has gotten sick and had no way of letting anyone know, then it's a very big problem. That has to change, and it's very disappointing that I have to write this now. read more

The only reason that I am giving this establishment even ONE star is because the employees were not rude. And there is no "MINUS" reviews to choose from (I'd have given a -2 rating). The employees were not rude but they also were not "friendly". That said, I will not be returning to this Biggby location any time soon. I arrived early mid-morning (around 9am-ish); there was a mom, her 2 young daughters and her own mother placing their order order ahead of me. The cashier, returning a couple different times to make sure she got their order straight, while still at the register. And then, once again, while she was making their drinks. I ordered my drink and it was simple enough: tall, skinny latte, no foam. I waited for the family of females to receive their drinks which, of course, took a while. But, quite honestly, should not have taken so long. It did. I stood around for over 8 minutes from the time their order was taken until they all received their drinks. And then I waited some more. I noticed that there were only 3 employees behind the counter so perhaps that's why the long wait? One was tending to the drive-thru window, one was cashier at the counter, the other was preparing drinks. I stood, waiting, another 3 solid minutes before I saw the cashier *begin* to make MY drink. I received no "apology" for the long wait or anything. My drink was slid down to me on the counter. And, when I finally received my drink, it had a 1/4 cup of FOAM at the top. Seriously!? If I'd wanted to pay almost $5.00 for 1/4 cup of FOAM, I would have ASKED for foam. But I was specific in NO FOAM. It's my drink. I've ordered it a thousand times over. I stood another minute or more just dumping foam out of my coffee, by the spoonful. I walked out almost 15 minutes later with my coffee drink. Un.Real. And they wonder why Starbucks is preferred by so many. How disappointing. As I mentioned, I will not be returning any time soon. read more

I came here this past Wednesday for the BOGO and ordered a 2 frozen White Lightning's that tasted great!! On the other hand, I also ordered 2 Green Tea Lattes frozen but I received 2 frozen Chai lattes!! I was in a rush and had to wait awhile for the drinks in the first place...so I had to leave with 2 Chai lattes in which I can't stand the taste of. This was the first time a Biggby has gotten my order wrong. Other than this mishap, and the prices being a little steep, Biggby isn't a bad place to go for coffee. read more

The staff at this Biggby is outstanding! They are very personable, seem to enjoy what they do, and remember your drink if you're a regular customer. This location is a good size if you need a "second office" for the day, and it's normally fairly quiet. I also like that it's always clean. I give a 3 star rating though due to the cost of drinks (more than Starbucks!), the lack of food options, and the drink quality. Like Starbucks they've got automatic espresso machines and the quality is mediocre. Plus, they put their brewed coffee into coffee carafes, which never keeps it as hot as a brewer. Add some cream and what you get is a luke warm coffee experience. Finally, food for thought: if your coffee business is doing well you don't have to resort to giving out coupons...with Biggby, you see coupons everywhere! Clear indication that their product is overpriced for the market. I like the convenience of going there, but I only order a simple coffee with 2 shots, and I make sure to ask that they be fresh...not sitting while they get the coffee. read more

It's pretty weird to me the reviews are so low, I really enjoy coffee (and to be fair I only drink black coffee) but I always find Biggby to be pretty great as far as chain coffee shops go! I'm not a fan of Starbucks (at all) and prefer to go here over them, easily! read more

I was very pleased when I visited biggby the other day. I had a green iced tea. The green tea was refreshing and just what I needed after going for a walk. My two dogs were with me and thirsty so I asked for waters for them. The drive-thru employees were very friendly and when they handed me the drinks they also gave me two dog biscuits. The dogs were thrilled. Thank you biggby for a great experience for me and my dogs. read more

Saw Biggby billboards on the Michigan highways promising delicious treats and resulting in a decision to seek a location out. In Muskegon, the service was sloppy at best, and the iced coffee is, believe it or not, worse than Starbucks'. Why these places haven't figured out that pouring hot drip coffee over ice is a bad idea is beyond me. There was a sad looking assortment of treats around. I guess this place is known for their Frappucino-esque concoctions, but I couldn't bring myself to try one. Guess I'll never know... read more

My mom and I visited this establishment for the first time today. The atmosphere was neat and clean and the workers were decently friendly. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 out of 5 stars is because the coffee was sub-par. My mom and I wanted to take advantage of the 1.99 any size iced coffee and found that it was watered down and just a little too sweet. read more

This place is hit and miss on service, be sure to sample your drink before leaving. They have a tendency to mess up orders. Be sure you leave plenty of time when waiting for your order too. When they do get your expensive coffee correct, it is delicious though. read more
