I went to this location 2 days ago for a breakfast sandwich bagel I found a dead fly in the sandwich halfway through. I called and informed the store they said I could come back for a refund or a remake. I arrived today for a refund and was told they only do remakes. I ordered the new sandwich of course I'm nervous about eating there so o inspect the sandwich and find a hair in the sandwich. I go back into the store to inform them and just get my money back because at this point I'm disgusted. I was not able to get a refund because the general manager has to approve refund which is a big inconvenience. INSPECT YOUR FOOD!! read more

I absolutely love this place. The boston cream muffin and the chai tea latte with skim milk is delicious. Also, the apple cinnamon bagel with the apple cinnamon cream cheese hits the spot every time. The people who work here are the friendliest and are amazing at customer service. This is the best cafe around the Muskegon area. read more

After ordering our food at Brooklyn's, a worker threw our food on the table in front of us and said, "I don't know which bagel is yours" in a very rude manner. My friend and I both have the same name, so the orders had the the same name on them. Either way, we were sitting together and the only people in the restaurant at the time. She then walked away rolling her eyes at us for no reason. We both just kind of stared at each other trying to figure out what just happened. read more

Very nice place with a great selection of bagels, sandwiches and muffins. The Rocky Road Frappe was awesome, very sweet. The bagel and lox were huge and very good as well for a bagel shop lox. If you want super fresh, go to a fish market. The place was super clean and the staff were very pleasant. Service was quick and the selection of food is great. This will be a regular stop when I travel down 46 through Muskegon. I've been a loyal Biggby customer for a long time, they just ran into some serious competition. read more

I love Brooklyn Bagels their bagels are the best! But they have decided to only operate morning hours. Brooklyn bagel is a 5 all day star rating but they got a 3 star from me. You have to be open to be the best. IMO they are killing their name being closed. read more

Normally I don't give a mediocre review but after going to this BBC the last few times I must. Service is slow at drive thru. No one in restaurant, only me at drive thru , I watched while two people talk and do other things. Literally took 5 minutes at pay window. Secondly, they do not use real butter but a substitute. They put a lot of cream cheese on a bagel but hardly any so called butter on one. Price 2dollars and change for one buttered bagel. BABagel nearby is 1 dollar and change. Nice location, new, up to date, clean....but when I got lunch here, it was somewhat amusing. It wasn't busy at all and the drink-making person behind the counter was just standing back by the blender on her phone. So I stared at her for a solid 30 seconds before she got off her phone and realized there were drinks to be made. I kept watching and she'd make a drink and then pull her phone out again and play on it while the drinks were going....the drinks would finish and it was like a super delay of her noticing that the drinks were done. She finished those, and then hopped right back on her phone. Other than that, the front cashier looked like she hated her job, and made no effort to up-sell, ask us about our day or even smile or talk much. It was just a weird vibe, and I didn't feel welcomed. Needless to say, I got the peach smoothie and that was good, and a blueberry bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was pretty toasted and had burnt spots on it. Yum. (not). Consistently good food and drink. There are a couple staff members whose happiness is contagious and I enjoy the atmosphere they create here. I wish there was a loyalty club of sorts, but other than that - it's the best Machiatto in town and the sandwiches are far better than those found similarly down the road. read more

The place is really nice and brand new. However, some of the staff are really rude! I asked the guy in the drive thru what kind of fruity bagels they had that day, (since they often have bagels available that are not listed on the menu) and the guy told me to read the menu. So I asked if they had a strawberry cheesecake bagel and he said yes. Then I let him know that the strawberry cheesecake bagel was not listed, and that he should've just told me what they had. The bagels are usually good, but my fruity bagels always have a little onion cream cheese on it, as if they used the same thing to spread all the cream cheeses. I like to go to the bagel place down the road if I have the time to go in. read more

Conveniently located and a wide selection of options. I also appreciate the daily deals. My biggest complaint is that they up charge for everything. My husband only got barely a scratch of cream cheese on his bagel and when he asked for more, they wanted to charge him more than it would cost to buy a package of cream cheese in the store. They charge a significant amount to have a dairy free milk instead of regular milk if you cannot have dairy. I find that I often spend way more on a drink than I would at Starbucks for something that doesn't taste as good and takes way longer to get. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. At first appearances, the establishment is neat and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. Although, the part I have mixed feelings is about how they made my "mango tango" smoothie. The person who made it, they put like a strawberry syrup and sprinkles in it. Inconsistent lattes and rude staff. I almost always order a caramel macchiato sometimes it is extremely sweet (gross) but today it tastes like dirt milk (double gross). What's going on? I love this place and its right on my way to work, I stop and get coffee 4 days a week. Please do better. Also when I say thank you to the drive thru employee and they say nothing not even a smile.
