I always receive quick friendly service and hot coffee. I really enjoy this new location.

Citrus snow latte had a dirt after taste. Coffee was Luke warm. Over priced and over rated. Two medium lattes and a small smoothie $19.50. Won't make that mistake again. read more

Typically, I love Biggby Coffee. This was my first time at this location since it opened a while ago, as I was in town visiting family for the holidays. The coffee itself tasted great after we finally got it, almost 30 minutes later. My wife got the latte of the day, Snow Bear, and I tried the sweet potato pie season latte they were promoting. Both were pretty sugary, who definitely not something you'd want every day. The staff was nice and friendly, and did apologize to everyone for the wait. I just don't understand how it took them so long to make the drinks. There was only 2 staff, so I'm hoping that someone called off & that isn't their normal rate of operation. Based on reviews, I'm afraid it might be. If that is the case, they better shape it up since there is a Tim Horton's & Starbucks walking distance away. read more

I really wish I had a zero star option. I have no idea why I even bother giving them "one more chance" because each "chance" I'm woefully reminded of just how awful this place is. I love BIGGBY coffee/espresso. If I pay 6$ for a coffee it should at the very least be what I ordered, and hopefully it will be FRESH and delicious. Nope, nope, and nope! I ordered an ICED latte this morning, extra ice and after waiting nearly 10 minutes (at the drive thru) with no one in front of me or behind me I'm handed a "hot" drink. The barista- and I use that term loosely offered to remake it, but after already waiting 10 minutes I didn't have an extra 10 to spare so off I went hot or rather Luke warm "latte" in hand. No offer to refund it or give a "free drink voucher, not even an apology. Worst of all, It was weak, like someone forgot to add the extra shot I paid dearly for, and it tasted old and bitter. Not strong coffee delicious espresso bitter but like old reheated coffee or maybe the machines need a good cleaning??? I really don't understand how this ONE BIGGBY always manages to get my simple order screwed up each and every time. Not sure why so many people gave this place one star, I didn't find one thing wrong with it. Friendly staff greet you right when you walk in, coffee tastes good and wait time is very minimal. I was not there during a busy time so I can't speak for that, but I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here. AND they have a drive thru which is always an added bonus! read more

Sat at the drive through for ten minutes then pulled up to window to see if we would get service, the girl looked the other way. There were three girls standing behind the counter. No customers inside. We went back to the drive through after sitting at the window for another five minutes finally got some help after 15 minutes of waiting. Also there was no line. read more

Biggby Coffee - This is how long I waited to get my coffee this morning from the Oregon Biggby location.... - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Oregon, Ohio

Sat in line for a total of 13 minutes with only one car ahead of me. 5-6 min through the wait, I get to the window. I see one customer talking - drink in hand- with the two female staff workers. The one nearest the window never looks at or acknowledged me for the next 4-5 minutes, while sorting through espresso beans or something that likely could've waited 30 seconds so should greet and ring me up. But no. Then the other staff person hands her my drink and she says hi that's 5.59. No sorry about the wait or anything. I reach for the drink and it's a tall not a grande like I ordered and what they were charging me for. I said that's not a grande is it? Oh, hmm- she looks at the screen then indicates to the other staff person and says this was supposed to be a grande. Then asks would you like us to remake that? I said no just pay me back the difference, I already waited 10 min for this tiny thing. They proceed to take another 2 minutes to figure out how to pay me back 80 cents and say "here you go, sorry about that" in a very nonchalant manner. Every time I go in there I am greeted with a "Hello" and a smile even when they're busy. One thing I love is a person that appreciates their job and loves their craft. It's a lot different than walking into a Starbucks and no one is smiling and they're all robotic in their routine to the point where if you ask for extra shots they go into a panic. That actually happened to me a couple of days beforehand. They both actually started to panic when I asked for 2 extra shots in my cappuccino because with theirs, if it's flavored chocolate it tastes like a hot chocolate and you can't taste any coffee at all in it. You HAVE to get at least two extra shots to get some kind of coffee flavor in it. At Bigby's I don't have to do that unless I want an extra kick of caffeine in my drink. I also don't get a bad taste in my mouth after drinking Bigby's coffee either and I love just having their brewed coffee. I got a free drink coming up at the end of this month for my birthday and this gives me a chance to try something new. Some people have their favorites and I know this. I was surprised when I went to post a review that they only had 1 star. Must have been some bad experiences at different stores. I never have a problem at the Oregon store. Those ladies are gems! And they take pride in their job. Maybe the people that gave the 1 star should try the Oregon store, unless you're a Starbucks fan then I would suggest add some extra shots until it's just raunchy enough for you. Although Bigby's coffee is a much better quality than theirs so you would probably have to use some burned up- day old-reheated coffee and that might satisfy your tastes. I use to go to the Oregon Ohio Biggby location very often because of the convenience of location and some of the employees are very rude. The manager Amber and the owners are so very rude and if you do not like the way your drink is made and ask to have it remade then you get even worse service. If you complain about employees being rude to you then you will be told off and lies told about you so severe that you could file a law suit. The owners of this location do not deserve to be part of the Biggby franchise because I have been to several other Biggby locations and the employees are so friendly and would never treat you the way that the Oregon Ohio location treats you. Please do not give these owners your money by going to this location...it would be such a better experience if you went to another Biggby location or another coffee place all together. read more

My husband and I love Biggby coffee but we had to start going to the downtown location because the manager Amber on Navarre is so rude and very nasty. The other employees are ok but get mad if you want your drink remade because it doesn't taste good or is wrong all together. We will stick with downtown. They are much more professional and very nice always. read more

Navarre avenue store never had bagels to make the sandwiches on the menu and each time it's a different excuse the last excuse was that the new girl forgot to take them out of the freezer, well it was 6:30 pm when I tried to order soI guess no one working that entire day thought to take them out either. No bagels available every time I have went there in a three week period. Not a very good excuse. Also when you go in the store to purchase something they usually tell you Um well we only have two left and that will deplete our stock, REALLY!! They discourage you from purchasing items from the Oregon Oh store. It's insane this has happened twice to us. Bad bad management. I think they don't order stock so they can work less by not selling in store items and making food items requested. Get it together. Excellent service at other locations but the Oregon store gets a thumbs down. read more

I visited this Biggby today at 3:36 pm, order #98 (10098). I am not one to write yelp reviews and I am someone who does not get offended often, but today crossed the line. I really love Biggby and rave about their products. Today, I had a girl wait on me that was completely awful and rude. I found my favorite Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea and bought two boxes up to purchase them and order something. She acted like I was doing something wrong and asked if there was more boxes because "they need extra boxes of tea in case they run out behind the counter." The boxes were on display along with MANY others for purchase and last time I checked, you don't tell a customer not to buy something when the goal should be to promote the business! She then took all of the drive thru orders ahead of me even though I was there first! I had to wait over 10 mins for a tea and a bagel sandwich. I asked politely for a bag to hold the two boxes of tea I purchased and she literally threw the empty bag at me. I have never been so disrespected. This employee is a disgrace to Biggby and should not be representing them. read more
