BIGGIES Sandwiches is a fantastic new family-owned sandwich shop tucked behind AutoZone and Dutch Bros. in Henderson. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by one of the owners, who shared the story behind bringing Eastern Ohio/Pittsburgh-style sandwiches to the Las Vegas Valley. It's clear they're passionate about doing things the old-school way, with fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. We ordered the Wiseguy, Christie, BIGGIES Fries, and the Classic Burger, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. The thick-cut Italian bread, baked fresh daily by Great Buns Bakery, was outstanding, while the crispy fries, tangy vinegar slaw, and quality meats made every bite delicious. Their hand-cut fries, which are double-fried for extra crispiness, are tucked right into the sandwiches for that authentic Eastern Ohio/Pittsburgh-style experience. The portions are so generous, and so filling, we only had a half of the sandwich and we were so full. Another thing we appreciated is that you can customize your sandwich or even build your own, making it easy to create exactly what you're craving. The restaurant was spotless, had plenty of seating, and offered genuinely friendly service. It's refreshing to find a local business that puts so much care into its food and customers. If you're in Henderson and looking for an outstanding sandwich, this place absolutely deserves a spot on your list. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving BIGGIES Sandwiches a try!

Joe and Christie opened this little spot of deliciousness in Henderson 3 months ago. Joe, born and raised in Cleveland, brought the tastes of his childhood along and combined it with a Vegas flair. Everything is fresh. Everything. And you can taste it in every bite. The bread is key. Thick cut slices of Italian bread - agrees with my preference of Italian over French. The bread is baked fresh daily from the Great Bun here in town and the fries are cut nearly to order and double fried - nothing is kept in the fridge. The standout feature of the Biggie burger are that they come with homemade slaw and fries in the sandwich. You can order how you want and even create your own version of the Biggie. The burgers are huge - not in the over-the-top tradition of other big sandwiches but they do require a wooden skewer to keep it all together. It's a simple sandwich made the old way with an exacting eye to detail that invite your tastebuds to come again. We'll be back!
This spot has amazing sandwiches. I bought the BUGAWK and CHRISTIE sandwiches both were fresh and tasted great. The fries that come with it were so good as well and made fresh. Probably the best fries I've had to be honest. The sandwiches are definitely a good sized I was full with half but it was so good had to finish the other half. Thank you to both employees working there. Great customer service from the cashier, she was really helpful. The spot was very clean. Definitely more people need to give it a try. I don't think I want to go to another sandwich spot. Biggies will definitely be my go to. Definitely gonna encourage and bring friends here so they can try it. You guys deserve more business. You definitely have my business moving forward.

Well this is an interesting newer restaurant. I really would like this place to succeed and for all of you to try it. The guy who greeted us from behind the counter, I would imagine would be the owner with the way he described everything with such passion. He definitely reminded me of my very first boss in Southern California, who was from Philly and was opening a cheesesteak place in a small beach town and had to convince everybody to try it. This owner reminded me of that how he was all in describing what lies ahead. I had one of their signature sandwiches, I went with the breakfast sandwich, which was really good. We also got a do it yourself pastrami sandwich. Their fries seem to be hand / freshly cut, and are very good. So if you're familiar with Primanti Brothers, you'll understand the concept real quick with fries in the sandwich and if that is something you do not want to try you ask for it naked and the fries will come on the side. I will say this, and if this is a family owned business, I hope this adjustment can be made and rather quickly. The acoustics are let's just say not wonderful which could be an easy fix with some thick cork-board to absorb the sound along the wall. I really plan to come back sooner than later, but the way the acoustics were I am sorry to say that I would probably take it to go. Definitely not dinging them on the score for that but something I hope they look into and improve on in the future. Definitely a lot of great choices to be had here. Also I need to mention that the restaurant was extremely clean too. Hope you do well!
It might be no biggie elsewhere, but I'll take what I can get in Henderson. BIGGIES Sandwiches is a new sandwich shop that's been open for about a month. It's in a sprawling Stephanie plaza behind Meraki and Dutch Bros, and it's open 10 until 10 so that's easy to remember and also convenient to partake in. Although you can customize the sandwiches easily here, we went to the preset combos, aka Big Biggies. They are actually a little bit of a better value if you add up the individual topping costs, and they're restaurant-approved presumably. I went with the Dippity Doo ($17.50), which comes with steak, grilled onion, provolone, and horsey sauce. The fillings are really great, especially with the steak being cooked with more care than any "Philly" spot I've tried around here. They also tend to spill out. I tasted the creamy horseradish strongly when I dipped one of the fries (also part of the filling) into it, but it blended well and didn't overpower the steak, the slaw, or the caramelized onions. I needed fork assistance after a few bites. I also tried some of my friends' sandwiches' fillings. The "Ruebenator" ($17.50) was superior, with delicious corned beef, Swiss, and Russian dressing carrying the day and really putting the Togo's version to shame. The Havana Heaven ($17.50), their take on a Cuban, didn't quite impress as much. I've had better Cubans in Henderson, one of which is from a business that hasn't called it quits yet. Biggies is clean, has decent music, and offers both Coca-Cola and the nearby tea unit (which also means complimentary cups of water). The thick bread actually came in a proper ratio to the fillings, but the sandwich construction resulted in such a mess that I wonder if using something closer to a sub roll kinda bread would have helped with that issue. At least I don't have to go to Pittsburgh anymore for fries inside sandwiches. Come to Biggies if you're in Henderson and want a semi-sloppy but hearty and tasty sandwich. I actually do wanna come back and try more of their sammies.
I was in the area and decided to try this place. I was greeted by a very friendly employee that started to talk about the menu. The prices are pretty high for sandwiches to be honest. Mine was $17.50 and that didn't come with chips or anything. I ordered the Havana heaven. I didn't realize it was going to be almost 4 inches thick. It was very hard to eat because everything was trying to slide out when I took a bite. The taste was okay. I just wasn't blown away.

Yesssssss! Finally a great sandwich spot. We had to order our sandwiches naked because they are massive. And i mean ...massive. each one has a cute theme name and packed with fresh ingredients, lots of meat, made to order. And each sandwich has its own label so nothing gets confused. The service was super friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with this sandwich shop. Joe (the owner) was so cool & I loved hearing the story of his journey and all the experience he has in food service. He took the time to explain the menu to everyone who came in. The sandwiches are great portions and a REAL Turkey sandwich was what my life had been missing . For under $20 for a BIG sandwich is a great price point to me, everything was fresh and I cannot wait to revisit to try something new.

So I was craving a sandwich and my husband got a half day at work, so we decided to come in and grab some sandwiches for lunch. I had called around 10:05AM to make sure they were open (it was a holiday) and the person on the phone was super helpful and friendly. Walking in, it's clean and very nice looking inside. I would definitely choose to actually dine-in one day given the chance. The person at the counter (who I think answered the phone earlier was super friendly and helpful, especially explaining how things worked (we had never eaten here before.) Thankfully we perused the menu before coming in because everything sounded good and we could not decided what to get. I do think we made great choices and found the sandwiches really delicious and hearty. There wasn't anyone else in store so our order was made very quickly and we were able to head home and try them out. SO GOOD! Seen a few foodie reviews of this place and had to check it out. Guy at the counter was friendly helpful and super cool, the restaurant was cute. We really enjoyed our Biggies experience! The sandwiches were HUGE, in size and flavor. The girls shared the classic burger, while I devoured the #38 and my husband enjoyed the Wiseguy. We all ordered our sandwiches Biggie's way, which included a delicious mix of fries and slaw added to the tops of our sandwiches, adding just the right amount of tang and texture! We also tried the Biggie's fries, which was a side order of fries that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with bacon, grilled onion, cheese and house-made ranch - these were dangerously delicious too! The service was friendly and attentive, and the interior of the restaurant was stylish and clean. Overall, would absolutely recommend! read more

Very welcoming when I walked in. I wanted to grab a sandwich for myself and dad. When I got the story and how they put fries and the coleslaw ON THE SANDWICH, it reminded me of a sandwich shop on the east coast. The sandwiches were amazing and yummy! So much flavor. My husband and I love going to Biggies!! All the sandwiches are so fresh and so BIG. It's a meal in itself. Our favorites are the M O S burger and the Christie, so yummy! 10/10 experience! Biggies definitely lives up to the name, the sandwiches are massive, loaded with ingredients, and full of flavor. We headed over to Henderson to try this place out after seeing it on Instagram. We were not disappointed, everything was delicious! We were greeted upon entry by Joe who was very friendly and went over the menu with us. We went with the #38 (sliced turkey), the Wise guy (Italian) and the Biggie fries. They offer Coke products, Iced tea both sweet and unsweet and powerade. Restaurant was clean and offered tables as well as a small bar-top style seating. Kudos to whoever chose the music it was a vibe! The sandwiches were both really good they come piled with thick cut juicy tomatoes, fries, an out of this world Vinegar slaw (which I wanted to take home by the gallon, it was crisp and perfectly refreshing) in addition to your meat and cheese. The biggie fries were amazing with an ooey gooey combination of cheese, grilled onion, real bacon and a 10/10 ranch smothered on their perfectly cooked fries. Yum! I just ate here for lunch and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and explained the menu to us. My friend and I split the Christie and it was perfect. The flavors paired together really well and the ranch was incredible. The sandwich lives up to its name-it's BIG but the ratios were on point and it wasn't overwhelming. For lunch, half was perfect. The restaurant was clean and cute. They had seating both inside and outside which was nice variety. Happy to see they have a vegetarian option (and you can also build your own sandwich), so I will definitely be back with my vegetarian husband. Highly recommend! read more

So glad we tried this place for lunch today!! Absolutely delicious and we are so happy to support a local business, not another chain! We were greeted with a friendly smile and the menu/sandwich style was explained when we said it was our first time in. So many options sounded good, but I picked the MOS Burger and my spouse picked the Ruebenator. I had mine naked because I knew I was probably only going to eat half and I didn't want the fries to get soggy for later. The bread is soft, not seeded, and not too much (in spite of the thick cut slices!). Both sandwiches were well sauced, great flavor but not soggy. The Ruebenator was just as messy as expected, but still passed the one napkin challenge! IYKYK ;) Great music, too. A super fun place, we WILL be back!! read more

Always looking for a new place, so we were excited to try this place out. 1st of all, the place is very clean, cashier was nice and informative. However, the sandwiches are just over priced for what you get. ($17.50)This was suppose to be a steak sandwich and what came out looked like a bunch of chopped up beef that didnt resemble steak. The meat was very minimal, but the bread is huge.guessing thats what makes the sandwich very misleading. The cole slaw was not good. It wasnt cold, more like room temperature. Tasted weird. Fries were probably the best .when food came so did about 8 very young kids who decided to be way too loud but seemed to be friends of manager so of course the screaming of kids didnt stop Was happy they moved away from our table.. By this time, we decidedid to just pitch the meal into trash. We left. Won't be back. read more
