Mushroom Swiss Burger & Sweet Potato Fries
Racquel E.

My hubby and I had lunch at Aztec Burgers. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger--Angus beef topped with grilled mushrooms and onions--along with a side of sweet potato fries. My hubby had the Aztec burger, made with Angus beef, bacon, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and their Aztec house spread, served with fries. The burgers were well-cooked and flavorful, and the fries were just as good.

Best smash burger ever! Half n Half-chorizo and beef patty. To die for. Sonora Dog was also really good. Both come with really good fries! Not expensive for the amount of food you receive. Fast service. Give these guys a try!

Clean environment, straight forward menu. We got the Aztec burger and the 1/2 beef 1/2 chorizo smash burger with sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries were under seasoned and lacked flavored. The Aztec burger was enjoyable with the spicy cheddar sausage inside. Smash burger was acceptable, wish I would have got the western bbq smash! Grilled onions were the best part. The Diet Coke tasted off. However, good service from the employees! Coming from California, this was an affordable burger joint that I'd try again. This time, French fries and a regular burger!

WOW! This is a hidden gem, tucked away off Horizon Ridge and Arroyo Grande. Aztec Burgers is a new Henderson fast casual spot that took over what used to be another burger joint, Fat Boy. A perfect smash burger that hit all the right notes, ultra thin, crispy edged patties with that golden, savory meat lace. We had a couple of Smash burgers, fries, and the hotdog. Love that they use brioche buns for the burgers and the seasoned fries were so good ! Yummy These burgers are made fresh , juicy and cooked to perfection , AND they come with fries! The prices are very reasonable, too! The service was friendly and impressively quick, which really added to the overall experience. The ambiance is casual and bright. It is a counter service restaurant. It should be said ,this is the best smash burger in the valley. Overall, a shockingly great smash burger, and my favorite at this point. We highly recommend it!!! It is definitely worth the visit!!!

This certainly wasn't the lightest meal I've ever eaten, but it was pretty damn good. The ambiance is pretty standard, but the restaurant felt clean and expectations of ambiance are not usually on the menu for a local burger joint. I found the menu to be a creative mix of classic and international flavors. We all went with the half chorizo, half beef smash burger and while hefty, was unique and delicious. If you're sensitive to sodium, I'd probably skip this one. The onion rings were solid as well. Service was standard, but friendly. Overall, a nice little hole in the wall for a creative take on classic burgers.

Didn't have what I was looking for on the menu, however, I ordered the Western Smashburger and made it my own. Had them remove the BBQ sauce and add their classic sauce. Also upgraded to the sweet potato fries. Burger was delicious! My only recommendation would be to add this burger as a regular on the menu and give it an option for a fried egg

First time trying this restaurant , I ordered takeout and the onion rings and fries were warm and crispy! The wings were so nice and flavorful, I got the Aztec burger - talk about a party in your mouth with flavor! This was so good I can't wait to go and dine in to try their other foods. So delicious!

Good burger and good services. We made a quick stop for a burger and cheese fries and this place did not disappoint. We order led smash burgers and the flavor and patties had a greasy crisp on the edges. Fries are included with the burger, I added chili and cheese on my fries and they were generous with the chill, cheese and onions (just the way I like). The restaurant was clean and had a chill environment. I would go back if in the area.

I saw this place trending on TikTok and then passed them on the way home from work and kept saying I was going to give them a try and kept forgetting every time I was looking for food. This past weekend when one of our food choices fell Through I remembered them so we decided to give them a try. My first thought after giving them a try was why the heck didn't we try them before now. The staff were nice and friendly and patient since it was our first time there. The Sonora dog was really good. They found a way to balance everything that goes on it and all the different flavors really worked well together. We got the smash burger and I think they may have the best one in Vegas. The patties are cooked perfectly. They have the perfect cook and seasoning on it. They don't over do it on the toppings at all so the flavor of the burger shines. The burger and the hotdog both come with fries and they prices are affordable If you have not been you should

Choriburger w/ Sweet Potato Fries. 4.5/5.
Cat L.

The Choriburger revived my long-lost burger lust! I was never really a huge fan of burgers. Even with a ubiquitous In-n-Out on nearly every corner in my former life, I was not particularly moved to tears by a good burger... until now. If this place expanded their portions a bit, added Zucchini Fries to their menu, and bumped up their Chili Cheese Fry game, they would be unstoppable. Though, my hubbie thinks their Chili Cheese Fries are fine just as they are. Until then, I'll settle for their addictive thick-cut Sweet Potato Fries.

Old-school RTS fans, the burger scene finally finished teching. Aztec Burgers is a new Henderson fast casual spot that took over what used to be another burger joint, Fat Boy. Located in a strip mall off Horizon Ridge, they usually if not always have enough parking, and they weren't busy at all when I stopped in for Saturday lunch. I've been getting into the smashburger trend lately, and their menu displayed some "new product" options. I chose the Half & Half Smashed ($13.00), which is half and half chorizo and angus. Both patties were smashed and had decent crispiness. I was really impressed with the blend of grease, chipotle spread, and caramelized onions providing a rich but balanced flavor that never grew tiresome. The pepper jack and muenster cheeses were gooey and ooey, whatever that is. The sliced jalapeños were actually seeded or at least quite mild, so I got some bites of crunch and freshness without burning my palate at all. The potato bun was soft and held everything together the entire time. Overall, a shockingly great smash burger, and my favorite at this point. They included fries in the price. They were pretty good, and perhaps they're the same thing that Fat Boy served in their last year or so of operation here. They're moderately thick and mostly crispy, but they did run a tad salty today. At best they didn't really add much to my chosen burger, so I just snacked on it on the side with ketchup. This is a counter-service restaurant. You can get a cup for water for free, and the water is actually obtained from the tea dispenser. I am very interested in trying Aztec Burger's other smash burgers now. Maybe I'll try their regular burgers or even their hot dogs, wings, etc. I dare say that the chorizo and beef smash burger is a must-try for burger fans or any non-vegetarians.

Spotted this place when driving by and decided to stop to check it out. The burgers on the menu sounded delicious, but sadly, left a lot to be desired. I ordered the choriburger, and the chorizo and beef had absolutely no flavor. They can't possibly season their burgers! The fries were not good either! I had high hopes but the visit ended up being a waste. I won't be back and don't recommend, unfortunately.

OG Smashed Burger
Lai-Ling B.

The OG smash burger was delicious although I asked to add raw onion and for extra sauce, no mustard. The patties are super flavorful. The bread could be improved but still good overall. Onion rings were good but not amazing. The batter is a little thick and tough. I'd prefer the batter a bit lighter and crisp. It is pretty cool that fries come with every burger though or you can upgrade to onion rings etc. reasonably priced. Friendly service. Ok interior, but you're just grabbing a quick burger. I think I'll be back, especially since the line is faster than in n out lol

Plenty of parking in the shopping center, the signage is very prominent so there is no mistaking where you're going. Walking in the front door, you feel like you're home again. Lots of cool artwork on the walls, a very wood-based environment, has a country charm to it with a modern upscale feel. We went there for appetizers as we were on a time crunch, so we ordered the blueberry chicken sliders, the corn ribs, and the blueberry chicken wings. I had heard about these for the longest time, and everyone said they were amazing. Well I'm here to tell you that they 100% are! The corn ribs were wonderful with the cilantro dipping sauce. The only thing that would have made them better is if they would have put some Jalisco cheese on it and made it a little more like street corn. But hey who am I to complain about these corn ribs? I ate them all. The blueberry chicken sliders were absolutely off the charts! I had heard about these several times. People saying things like they are the absolute best to your taste. Buds will be stunned for days. Well, they weren't wrong, these sliders were absolutely wonderful. And we cannot forget the blueberry smoked chicken wings. These things were so well cooked and the seasoning was perfect and the blueberry softs on top took it to a whole other dimension. I would eat probably three or four more plates of these. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner, as they had plenty of options on the menu. Such as brisket, ribs and so forth. Definitely going back for round two. Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. Do yourself a favor, take some friends, and get all of the aforementioned appetizers. Your taste buds will. Thank you!

I was the only one eating but my family all ordered drinks. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was really freaking good. I'm obsessed with hot honey these days and it really hit the spot. I WANT to love this place. It is so close to being fantastic…read more I have eaten here about 10 - 15 times over the last year and a half. The Burger should be great. The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

There are probably only two reasons to come here: free weekly coupons from the players club mailers, or spending points earned via slots with the players card. Maybe a third, one-time reason, actually. I had a free entree from the first-time sign-up package. But I first got a salad with my choice of thousand island dressing. I only needed one cup of dressing for the salad, but I got two for some reason. The plant stuff was fresh and the generous amount of shredded cheese wasn't too bad. The entree was the Open Faced Hot Beef sandwich (usually $12.99). I was turned off immediately when I saw that they used average grocery store sliced white bread. Even worse, the beef wasn't tough and salty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine, but I ran out of it halfway through and could no longer mask the beef. I tried giving up on the meat and topped the limp bread with some of the jams available tableside. Then I stopped. On my second visit, I had a coupon for a Shrimp Louie Stuffed Avocado (normally $10.99). All of it was just way too bland. The dressing lacked any form of acidity or sweetness. I would have even welcomed something spicy even though I'm sensitive about that flavor. I stopped in again last night and opted for a special of the day, the Quesadilla Burger ($10.99). This was the most acceptable dish yet, but it still wasn't great. My patties were cooked beyond the requested medium, the cheese factor was minimal, and the generic mild salsa and sour cream felt like they were freshly removed from jars. As with other nearby casinos, checks are provided at the table but settled at the cash register near the exit. The most useful part may be their TVs with the internal ad loops, which often show you that you can actually use casino points at nearby restaurants which are consistently better. I will likely not return to Triple B much if at all since their sister casino Emerald Island's lone eatery is hit or miss, as opposed to this place which is just miss or miss.

After exchanging greetings with my friends, I stepped outside and was met with an unnecessary comment from a girl warning me not to slam the door or face her wrath... I decided to close the sliding door with a bit more force anyway, and she didn't bother to say another word. When I returned, I was ignored by the server, so I turned to the bartender for a drink recommendation. I tried a few craft beers based on his suggestion and found them enjoyable. I'd definitely return for more. While they do offer a food menu, the bustling crowd made me hesitant to dine there as I prefer not to be jostled while eating. My recommendation: visit at your own risk, while the beers were on point, some of the patrons were not as friendly.
