    Chicken coleslaw beans

I now remember why I don't go to Big B's Texas barbecue that often. The food is offensively delicious if you don't want BBQ addiction , and eat barbecue weekly do not go to this place. The moment you walk in you can smell the delicious wood. It's a true Texas barbecue spot. I can't say enough about the food we had the chicken which was perfectly made juicy tender. The meats were succulent super soft and full of flavor. Do not try the beans you've been warned I tried to only have one spoonful and I ended up eating the whole thing. It's absolutely horribly delicious. I'm a big coleslaw fan and they do a fantastic job at it. Once again, do not go to Big B's Texas barbecue. Unless you want to have a barbecue addiction.

After a basketball game in Henderson we decided to try Big Bs. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was inviting to chow down on some BBQ. We had a party of 6 and ordered a large family pack with brisket, pulled pork, and rack of ribs... sides included corn on the cob and fries. The fries were good but next time we will probably go with mac n cheese. Food was outstanding and plentiful for the price. A definite repeat during our next Vegas visit!

Two brisket burgers both with coleslaw and potato salad. $18.99 as of August '26.

I always get the brisket burger when I come here. There are many side options to choose from, but I always end up with garlicky green beans, fried okra, potato salad or coleslaw. I love the consistency in taste and although the price of the brisket burger did go up, it's still not bad at $18.99.

been craving for tasty bbq and saw this restaurant on tiktok. staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu !! my biggest complaint was the burnt food we received tonight. my boyfriend and i were wondering "how do you f up fries" lol !! they tasted burnt and the beef rib had little meat on it, first bite felt like i was biting on an ash tray. brisket and chicken quarter were both dry. we both looked around the restaurant and saw other people enjoy their meal, their plate looked better than what we received. disappointed... i spent $43 on a beef rib, 2 plates, and drinks.

This is a solid barbecue joint. Service was great. Atmosphere is awesome. I had a two meat platter with an additional sausage link. I had the fatty brisket in the pulled pork. The sausage was a jalapeño cheddar sausage. For my side, I had mac & cheese and coleslaw. To start off, this is a great place. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would but I like to round up. Brisket is really good but a little dry in the mouth. Great Smoky flavor. The mouth-feel was just a little off. It was a little dry, but not bad. The pulled pork was wonderful. Nice Smoky flavor. Nice and tender and juicy. Felt great to chew in my mouth and did not feel dry. A+ for the Pork. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was amazing. Really well done. Flavor was great texture was great. Just a little kick, which was great. I always wish there was more kick, but I understand you got a cater to your customers. One thing I was kind of concerned about was the temperature of the coleslaw. It should be really cold, but it was just kind of a little bit of above lukewarm, but not really cold. Coleslaw should be cold. The mac & cheese was pretty good. Needs a little bit more liquid in it but the flavor was awesome. And it looks like they prepackage the Mac 'n cheese in containers and then sprinkle some cheese on top. That's a nice touch, but it makes the whole container of mac & cheese dry out. They only have one barbecue sauce. It was pretty good. But to me the best way to judge barbecue is if it doesn't eat barbecue sauce. And this did not need barbecue sauce. It was just a nice addition. Great ambience. Great music playing. Very clean and well kept area. I would definitely come back when I'm on this side of town.

Love a local Vegas place!! Let me start by saying the interior of this place is great! It feels like you're at an outdoor BBQ, while being inside! Loved that! You order at the counter and they bring you the food. The prices are so reasonable here! I love that!! The meat was so impeccably tender and the sides were so tasty! Used to love going to Lucile's for a good meat platter but this was unbeatable. Cannot wait to come back!

The service was great, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The place itself looks amazing, with a nice setup and good music playing in the background. It's definitely a very family-friendly restaurant. When you walk in, the smell of BBQ is incredible and really gets your expectations up. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't quite match the aroma for me. They only offer three sauce options, and none of them suited my taste since I personally prefer a sweeter BBQ sauce. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with great service, but the food didn't fully meet my expectations.

What a great place. Ran across this place by pure luck. So glad we did. You could smell the yummyness just driving by. Even more appetizing once inside. The staff was super friendly. Patient with us as we decided what to order. The dining area was large, beautiful tables, great welcoming vibe. The food was amazing. Best bbq we've had. The owner stopped to say hi and check on us. Great guy. We saw him talking to everyone, sweeping the floor, taking out the trash. You don't see that anymore. Only bad thing is that we live near Palm Springs and wish we could've eaten more at this restaurant while visiting.

This is my second review! I've been here twice this month and we came this time for my nephews birthday! The service so fantastic! Irma the cashier bless her! We had a huge party and she made everything amazing! I promised her I'd include her in my review. I also learned that this business was one at the Route 91 shooting and they almost had to close down because of that! So I really wanted to do this review more than ever because this business deserves it! The staff is outstanding! The food again was AMAZING! Thank you Big B's I'll definitely be back!

Really delicious BBQ! The moment you walk in, the amazing smell of smoked meat hits you and immediately makes you hungry. You can tell the food is going to be good just from the aroma. The meat was flavorful, smoky, and cooked perfectly. Great place, great food, and definitely worth checking out!

    Tri tip combo and corn.

The workers are always very nice here and also the food is really good. I've been to a lot of barbecue places lately and this one is still my favorite one. I really like their tri-tip brisket and their french fries

    Dinning area.

Went to Big B's Ordered the 2 meat dinner with 2 sides. Got some tri tip and some turkey. Also got the mac and cheese and corn on the cob. Mac and cheese wasnt the best. And the corn on the cob was just ok. As for the meats. The Turkey was good as was the tritip. But was so small of a portion. Service was great as the staff is always accommodating. And asking if you'd like a drink while you wait for your to go order is a nice add. Place is always clean and neat. I'll be back just wish it was a little more.

The fried okra keeps me coming back here over and over again! My boyfriend literally said let's go have barbecue in the first thing in my mouth is fried okra? And his response was Big B's? This place is always welcoming, and I love that the TVs always have some sort of sports replay game playing. There's also normally country music playing which we both enjoy. I got the two meat combo, which comes with two meats and two sides. Today I went with brisket, tri-tip, fried okra, and mac and cheese. This was probably the best mac and cheese I've had from there, sometimes it's a little older or dried out but today was absolutely amazing. I ended up taking some of my brisket and mixing it into my mac and cheese, with some spicy barbecue sauce. Make sure to ask for the spicy barbecue sauce at the counter. It's hot but good.

Tri tip sammich a bit dry

It's located off the Strip in a somewhat hidden, out-of-the-way plaza, which gives it more of a local, low-key feel. One thing I noticed right away was that the menu posted in the lobby didn't have prices, but the menu behind the register did. They have a huge selection of food, so there are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the burnt ends, brisket, mac and cheese, chicken sliders, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. The brisket was unfortunately overcooked, although the burnt ends were good. The meatloaf was okay but definitely not the best I've had. The mac and cheese was good, and the mashed potatoes were actually really good. The chicken sliders were just okay, and the cornbread didn't really stand out. Overall, I was a little disappointed because the reviews had me expecting something exceptional. Everything was decent, but honestly, the meal was pretty mediocre for me. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really blew me away either. I'd still give it four stars because there were several good items, the menu has a lot of variety, and our overall experience was fine. However, based on the ratings, I definitely expected more.

Definitely warm and inviting, lots of tables to sit at. I was greeted warmly when I came in. Told her it was my first time and she was very excited. I was there and gave me the complete rundown of the place as well as her favorites on the menu. I opted for the tri-tip eggs Benedict.. which comes on their signature. Biscuits. Started things off with a cup of coffee. I don't know what brand they use but it was nice and strong and very delicious. The Benedict itself was truly a work of art. The hash browns were cooked to perfection, and whatever Hollandaise sauce they put on that thing is wonderful. I definitely should have asked for extra. The meat was Smoky and perfectly cooked, and made for a very delightful meal. Added bonus, they have a fully stocked bourbon bar that looked very appetizing. It was only 8:30 in the morning so I really didn't feel right about doing an old fashioned, but I will definitely be coming back here on a Friday night for their rib special and I'll have an old fashioned bin and report back. Bottom line? Everything here is wonderful. I have no complaints and it was a absolutely perfect for star meal. If you are anywhere in the area I say go check it out.

Tasted pretty good overall aside from the smoke being mild, and went well with all the sauces and the chimichurri too. Pork Belly Chicharron: perhaps the actual intended recipient of the chimichurri. Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside. Goes well with any of the sauces. My 2nd favorite of the proteins. Pulled Pork: a serviceable, tender pulled pork. Just not that exciting. 3 St. Louis Ribs: perhaps actually my favorite since it was very tender and the most obviously smoked of any of the meats. Chicken Quarter: thigh and drum. Lots of Montreal steak seasoning, per my friend, which reminded me of lemon pepper. Juicy and tender. Not as inherently flavorful as my preferred pork proteins. Sides: pretty solid overall. Mac and cheese was solid, creamy coleslaw was refreshing but not strictly needed, collard greens were fine but not very intense, baked beans were sweet and tender. Ube Cornbread comes with the combo and is great. The ube flavor is prominent, and I enjoyed it both with and without butter. The pickles included in the combo were fine but not amazing. Sauces: they aren't amazing, but they do the job. The sweet mustard could have been developed more, and the hot BBQ wasn't that hot, but they all added enough flavor. The chimichurri in my combo didn't hit as intensely as I usually find it; maybe a different vinegar was subbed in? I got a cup for soda ($3.00) and tried to do an Arnold Palmer, but the unsweetened iced tea must have had peach flavor since the only other components were ice and lemonade. Not unwelcome, just different than I expected. The ceiling fans probably helped keep us cool enough, but they were also running a bit too strongly considering their thin paper towels. None of the TVs were tuned to the Stanley Cup Finals for some reason, just some old or offseason NFL coverage. Hog & Tradition is a fun spot that brings a few twists to a solid take on BBQ. It doesn't strike me as a Dominican-leading spot in its current form, and a lot of the smoke is subtle at best, but nothing which I tried today was unlikeable. This is a must-try for pork belly fans all over the valley or carnivores in general in Henderson.
