I've been with the Bigoski Agency since the beginning and I'm not going anywhere unless Tom kicks me out (and even then I'll just padlock myself to his office door). We have our home, auto, life, and business insurance with him. If you need to make a change to a policy (sold a car, bought a car, took up skydiving) there's no delay, there's no stupid phone tree, you just make a call or send an email and it's DONE. A couple years ago I screwed up big time and kept ignoring the envelopes from Erie, assuming they were just privacy policy updates or something.
