Ok... this is thee only place at this moment I miss from Fullerton. I miss this establishment, the friendliness of the staff and customers here. It is a place for 7 days a week most definitely Monday nights build your own burger with awesome steak fries among all there other days. The staff is always on point fast and always making sure we have everything. This is a busy place that gets filled with college kids, families , the atmosphere is why I drive an hour away. The pool tables available pre covid19 they have many many bug creek tvs there is never a time when you cannot find your game its on somewhere. Heaters outside a few games to play plenty seating. Yesterday which was Monday drove out from la sat and waited an hour just to see if we could get take out and to our surprise they had patio dining open. We figured all was good being the first customers. We were cautious wore our mask always unless eating. We had the patio all to our selves for a tiny bit , but to see other folks who love bigs as I do makes me smile , we talked about nfl and the past games played on weekend. I ordered brussle sprouts with bacon and cranberries Classic cheeseburger Chocolate Martini Michildada Titan burger with egg, bacon, avocado ! There mac and cheese balls are made to perfection here I did not order these today. There portion sizes are more than enough. I never can finish my burger meal. My eats and drinks listed below were thee best so when you sit they have contactless menus just scan code and menu pops up. Went for St. Patty's last night. This was my first time going at night, usually we go during the day and it's not very busy. Honestly, what has made me love the place is the Buffalo chicken wings! The sauce is fire! But there's more to enjoy! Service is fast, they got a hustle! Potato skins, mac n cheese balls all good! Wide variety of beers and drinks! We were looking for a bar open past at least 10pm last night to celebrate a win. This seems to be a very popular spot as the parking lot was almost full all the way down. these so called "veteran bartenders" are assholes! the bartender basically threw the check down at me and my sister and gave us attitude when i asked why we had to get id TWICE! we ended up closing out with her and got a new server because she ALMOST ruined our night, and she only got an eighteen percent because i don't need that bad karma but she deserves NOTHINGG!! our new server has been nothing but nice to us so best believe she's get an excellent tip!! guess what "veteran bartenders" it pays to JUST BE NICE!! and our night was only saved by our very amazing server. i recommend sitting with a server rather than one of the bartender because it wasn't just tonight that the service was bad with the bartenders just fyi. read more

Came here to have lunch with a friend last Tuesday. We had the waitress split the bill with our cards and the next morning we both had to cancel our cards due to fraudulent charges (this is the only place we both went to and both used these cards). We were a party of 3 !! Never have i heard of this before. Crazy ! The server working on the left hand section at 10:30 pm on 10/10/22 was completely incompetent and aggressive. She refused to serve us drinks due to thinking there is a new law saying people with vertical ID's may not be served. I took this new training and that is not the case. Clearly she needs to be retrained or taught to read. She also proceeded to belittle one of the people in my party and the began screaming at us to leave. Mind you we never argued with her nor gave her any reason to treat us like this. Again maybe some customer service training could help. I'm not sure if I would consider Bigs a Sports Bar, a Dive Bar or somewhere in between. Drinks are fairly reasonable and the food portions are huge. Between splitting a Club Sandwich and an order of the Chips Trio we had plenty to nosh on. They have plenty of TVs but the place is fairly dark inside, even for a Sports Bar. Service isn't bad but don't expect a lot of social distancing if you sit inside. Tables were fairly close together and although the servers had on masks, the manager didn't seem to care. I've never written a bad review for a place, but one of there server was way out of line yelling at us. She thought my friend was going to order a drink for me. She started yelling at him that he shouldn't place an order for me, because I'm a "grown-ass women." We all looked at her like she was out of line, but she continue to scream at him. We got up from the table and started to leave, when my friend told her that she had an attitude problem. She started screeching like a bird at us on they way out. I understand the right to refuse service but businesses nowadays are going down the drain and bringing society as a whole down with them with their standards as people in general not to mention greed. I really can't wait to see how long they stay in business since they do charge the only people who come back outrageous amounts of money for drinks and such other unheard of before charges to cover any sort of loss of money/ business and such due to the terrible service and outrageous charges themselves. This review is not for their food... which is absolutely amazing. In fact, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. However, I cannot say the same about their shady business practices. As some reviewers already mentioned, this place will tack on all sorts of ridiculous charges. The most egregious ones being, (as some reviewers already mentioned) are the fee for using a credit card which is something like 3%, and the 18% gratuity. What's disappointing is that they didn't tell us ahead of time. It just showed up on our bill. Had we not looked over our bill carefully, we would have never caught it. My main concern here is that a tip is supposed to be something that a customer is willing to pay for good service at a rate of his/her choosing. But by charging 18% ahead of time, they are essentially forcing the customers to pay a tip... even if the service was subpar. And what was truly deceptive was the fact that after they tack on the 18% gratuity, they leave a blank line for tip. I'm sure there have been many customers who inadvertently double tipped because they saw that blank line for the tip and wrote in a tip... not realizing the business had already charged you a gratuity. It's not just the gratuity charge that is shady. They also charge you an additional 50¢ per sauce if you want an extra little cup of ranch or blue cheese. It would have been nice if they told us ahead of time. Had we known, we would have never asked for an extra cup of ranch. Once again, let me reiterate... the food is good and it is a great place to catch a game or a UFC fight. Just be warned! Do not get ripped off! read more
