The beer pour isn't just a glass, it's larger-sized schooner. Specialty beers on tap are an extra $2. The burger doesn't come with a side, but a tasty burger and a large beer for under $11 is a great deal. The following week, I came back for the Tuesday night BBQ special. Their BBQ chicken and ribs dinners are 30% off, and come with two sides and a fresh dinner roll. I got the full slab of ribs which was only $21 after discount. They definitely do not skimp on the ribs, as the plate came with two large half slabs stacked on top of each other. The ribs were cooked well, and the BBQ sauce had a good mix of tang and sweetness. I had coleslaw and fries for my sides. The other options for sides are Beckett's beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, and pasta salad. A half slab and the fries filled me up, and I took the other half and the coleslaw home. This is also a great deal for only $21. Other special days include Wednesday $3.50 schooner night from 5pm to 7pm, Friday night $10.95 fish taco plate, and Saturday and Sunday breakfast specials from 10am to noon. They have a pool table, darts, and many TVs with various sports playing. Service was timely and friendly.

We go to bigs all the time & and usually get jessica :) I'm not one to Yelp or say anything but I found out a friend of mine came on here recently and wrote a review about a server we recently had when we were here and what she said and how she said it is not true and not OK so I'm here to state some facts. It's embarrassing to know that we go all the time and love being there and to have someone come on here and lie We went in last Sunday all hung over not knowing it was buffet our waitress Jessica explained how it works and since it came with a drink we figured why not we were with a group of friends that already know her and are friends with her . We did order a sampler platter and invited her to share it with us she did not just come up and take a zucchini stick off that girls plate that's not true . & for my friend saying that she kept sitting down eating and taking shots that's not true for her also saying that she had to get up and go order a drink that's not true the only thing she paid for that day was her Buffay along with her friends that she came in with the rest of my table and group of friends were buying her her drinks if you pull up Wes and Dez his tab from that day you'll see it. Truth always comes out and having the receipts don't lie, I still don't understand why she came on here lying about everything Jessica was super nice & very knowledgeable of the beer list even when we asked her what do they serve at the buffet she was able to pretty much name it all . I'm sorry that my friend was hung over and being a cheap ass .! ( came on here and lied ) and the taking a picture is creepy ! Jessica is a good server , she's fun to be around and made our visit there exciting , we will be back and hope To have her again . We've been going to bigs for years now and Jessica's new but I've noticed she's the only girl Who pretty much buses her on tables, she's always in a good mood never rude and she's constantly walking around asking her tables if they are OK and if they need anything else this girl knows what she's doing and you can tell she enjoys her job . :) read more

I only went because a friend said that they had a DJ that played on Fridays and the crowd was not to big or small. I would never go to this bar by just driving by the place. The food was okay and the service was good. I really liked the DJ. It was fun to see a small crowd dance. Its a chill place. After, I thought about it and it could be a nice place to have a b-day cause you would most likely have only your crowd in the place. I called and I guess they don't have the DJ anymore that was playing the nite I went. I'm not much of a band girl I would not go back. I searched for the DJ through some friends and I guess the owners wife got crazy with the DJ and demanded he play I WILL SURVIVE. SO LAME! The owner needs to check his wife. Being a Cal State Fullerton Alumni, I have to say one of my most missed things from Fullerton is Big's! My teammates and I would head to Big's almost every Sunday Brunch and football. I believe its $20 for all you can eat all you can drink mimosas all day! And if you're a football fan, meaning you like to watch all the teams play not just yours, you will love it here! They have over 15 TV's with all the games playing throughout the day. The food it GREAT and the mimosas are always strong, the service is awesome, but it does get quite crowded so if you have a big group you should head over there at least 45 minutes before the first game. I still plan on driving up to Big's on Sundays every now and then just to catch the games! read more

There was a total whinning assh@@@ at bigs on friday evening, being totally disrespectful to the staff. He wanted the Dodger game on in front of his fat ass, so he didn't have to move where they were actually showing the game. The manager that night politely explained to him and his party there was an empty table where the game was on, but he throw a tantrum and was being an aggressive little bitch towards all employee's working, yelling in their faces. No waitresses, bartender or restaurant managers deserve this kind of treatment. BZ to Big's bartenders and manager that night. You handled this Ass@@@ well. Great place for food and drinks. Big's Sports Bar is a great place to watch a game with a crowd. The vibe is electric, the seating is plentiful, and the menu is extensive. I went there on Super Bowl Sunday, and even though it was crowded, the service was still excellent. Our server was attentive, quick, and beautiful (they all are). We ordered the sampler platter, which was a must-try. It was amazing! The beer on draft was cold every time, and the atmosphere was perfect for cheering on our team. BIGS Fullerton is hands down my favorite sports bar in town! From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a good time. The portion sizes are huge--you never leave hungry, and the drinks are strong and affordable. I love the loud, high-energy atmosphere, especially when there's a game on. I have gong to Bigs for the Kid Ramos annual birthday bash, for many years. They have always put on a great show and packed the house with appreciative vans. NO MORE!! What was done to Dave "Kid" Ramos was so disrespectful. He has always been a money maker show! To go against a previous agreement that he could charge at the door to pay the outstanding talent is outrageous. Kid is a respected muscian man of his word. He ran into someone not a man of his word. My favorite local spot to go to when I'm with the boys. Great big screens everywhere to watch any and all of the games or fights, tons of great beer on tap, amazing waitresses that actually care about the time you're having (Especially Alex--my buddies, my wife and I all love when she takes our table). It can get pretty busy in there, but it just makes it that much better! It's a very social place where good friends meet up after work. Had a few friends coming from the IE so I told them let's try this bar restaurant called Bigs in Fullerton. I live in Fullerton but have never been, wanted to try something besides downtown Fullerton. We were greeted by a server named Beth and she made us feel very comfortable and answered our questions regarding beers on tap, food selections etc. Atmosphere was great!! I came here earlier this evening with some girlfriends to watch Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The multiple big screen TVs were wonderful for watching the game, and Jennifer B and her co-bartender provided great service. The draft Lagunitas IPA was frosty and tasty, but the Super Chicken Sandwich was just O.K. I recommend coming here for drinks, not dinner. I have been looking all around for Laker Games and I have finally found a great place. BIGS Fullerton is a great sports bar that has a lot of televisions to watch the Laker games along with many other sports. BIGS Fullerton has a great selection of beer too! 30 taps of domestic, imports and craft beers. Great drink specials through the week. Great staff and food. Racist staff , I used to love this place until I experienced a security white gentleman letting a white guy (who wasn't a customer he just walked in)to use the restroom after closing hours and as an actual customer and as a as lady I was inside and asked to use the restroom (race doesn't matter ) but it was 1 minute later and he didn't let me use it . The staff didn't bother coming by to clear up the table at any point through the night which was really weird. It's spacious without feeling overwhelming, with tons of pool tables, a small stage for live entertainment, private booth seating, and a large bar area that actually gives you room to breathe. You can walk around comfortably without bumping elbows every five seconds. I've been here more than a handful of times, and it's officially my go to spot when I need to unwind after a long day at Disneyland. The drinks are affordable, which we love, and the bartenders are chill, easy to talk to, and never make you feel rushed. It's the kind of place where you come for a drink and end up staying because the energy is right. I've even made a few friends here, and that alone says a lot. Although we may not have initially been heading to Macallans Public House, my husband ended up enjoying the experience, food, and service! We came in on a warm and beautiful day, so we opted to stay outside in their patio area. Macallans Public House is located in Downtown Brea. They offer a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and their food menu offers several options for various palettes. Our order consisted of - Bruschetta - Pear and Prosciutto Flatbread - Bacon and Brie Burger Everything was tasty.The bruschetta had amazing flavor and the Pear and Prosciutto flatbread was unique in all of the best ways. To be honest, the Bacon and Brie burger was also really good. I love Brie, so putting it on a burger was heavenly. The only thing that left a bad impression was my napkin; it smelled of the stench of wet dog. The whole napkin and every inch of it. I noticed immediately wiping my mouth with it! I thought I may be crazy, but my husband gave it a sniff all around and agreed. It smelled awful and made me question the cleanliness of the spot.
