What a great shop!  I was on a cross country trip with friends on our bikes.  We were looking for a shop that had a rear tire for my friends Versys1000, could do an oil and filter change on my friends MV Augusta and would supply oil and a pan for me to do a service on my Versys650. First up was the Versys1000.  The rear tire was in stock and was swapped in quickly.  All went well without a hiccup.  There was a hubbub when the front tire was swapped out.  It seeemed that my friend had a local shop do his tires.  When they did his tires they didn't replace his front axle spacers.  The front wheel did have some issue but never did we think it would be the spacers. This is where Seth of the Bike Shack went above and beyond what was needed.  He was able to pull up the micro fiche for the front spacers and found their dimensions.  He went and loaded a pair that were in the shop that were close in size in his lathe where he cut them down to size.  This was unexpected and appreciated.  Most shops would give a part number and maybe help chase the part down.  We were a long way from home and Seth set us straight. The MV Augusta went way smoother oil and filter swapped out with no problem. I was able to purchase my oil.  I borrowed a pan and funnel and was done quickly. All of the pricing was well within reason given the rush service we all got. So wether passing thru or looking for a local shop.  Give Seth and the guys at the Bike Shack a shot.  You will be happy. I'd give BikeShack 10 stars if I could. We're on a long road trip and needed a new rear tire and oil change. Seth got us in first thing and we were done and out in less than hour. Thanks Bike Shack for coming to our rescue! We were traveling on I-90 from Idaho to Billings but had a back tire blow on the bike about 15 miles from Bozeman! Thankfully I called the right repair shop! They were scheduled to close at 6 but said he would wait for us. Not sure what time we actually got there, closer to 7 I think (via tow truck). He stayed way late and replaced the tire, checked out the front as well, all with a smile and a great attitude!!! We are incredibly grateful for your service and going the extra mile to help us out!! I got a flat tire in Belgrade and given the age of the tire I needed to replace it and probably the front tire as well. I called Bike Shack at about 8:30AM asking if they would be able to put a new tire on my Suzuki Bandit. Not only were they able to fit me in that same day (in busy late summer) but he said he was running some errands during the day and offered to pick up the bike on his trailer, 15 miles away. For sure way better service than I'd expect. I had roadside assistance so I had the bike dropped off in the morning. They replaced both tires and had by bike ready by 5PM. Stop looking right now! This is it! Seth Hazuga is the owner and went way over and above any one could ever ask for! My Clutch cable broke on my Triumph Sprint RS 955i and after talking to Seth over the phone he told me that even though he did not have a Triumph clutch cable I should bring my bike in and he was sure he could make one of the other cables he had work. I am currently on a 5 thousand mile bike trip and was in a bind. Not only was Seth able to help me immediately, we came to find out a Kawasaki Motocross Bike clutch cable fits perfectly. The help and advice did not stop there, because of the absolute down pour he said that he would load my bike up on his truck and drive me back to where I was staying. We ended up going out for lunch with him and Nathan, a good friend of Seth's working at the shop.This bike shop is simple no frills, nothing to prove, with a friendly down to earth attitude. Unlike the Yellowstone Powersports Shop I had stopped in at earlier to see if they could help me, but unfortunately the kid at the parts counter only knows to sell you a part in stock and was never taught anything about customer service or helping fellow bikers out. Which is so common when it come to "Dealer bike shops!" Unless you buying a new bike, they really don't give a damn. So if you are still reading this, Trust me! I was on a cross country trip from NY and put my bike down leaving Yellowstone, some gravel in the road I didn't see. I'm completely fine but my bike was a little thrashed. This morning I brought it to Bike Shack in Bozeman, MT. Seth, the owner and sole employee not only fixed everything, in 2 hours he had put new tires on, changed the oil, checked the brakes, and lent me his car to use while he was working on it. I wish he was based in NY so he could be my regular mechanic. Once I got back on the bike, everything worked even better than before it had gone down. Excellent customer service,very knowledgable,best repair shop in the valley

Just picked up my son's 2001 YZ250f which is now running better than it did when new. This is after it was in another shop for several months with an issue they could not figure out. Seth had it diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. Then played with the jetting until it was starting and running incredibly well for a bike of that age. They have also worked on my KTM 990 with the same excellent results. They are the best mechanics I have ever dealt with in 40+ years of motorcycling. I've had quite a bit of service done at the Bike Shack and will always have my bikes serviced there. I could go on and on about the great things but I will just give this little story. The first time I had my oil changed with Nate I picked my bike up and paid for the service. Very good price. What I wasn't expecting was how the owner, Nate, went on and on about all the things he checked and did that wasn't written down on the receipt. He had tightened my chain, lubed it, checked tire pressure, washed it and countless other little things that I really didn't expect him to do.
