I was using my son's truck and noticed the windshield "low" warning on the screen of the control panel. It was raining and the left windshield wiper was as shredded and worthless. So I decided to help the young man out. I was immediately greeted on coming in by Dillion. Gave me excellent advice on below temp RainX brand windshield wiper fluid and a great set of Bosch wiper blades. The store is clean and organized and is well stocked. That would be a solid 4 Star review in my book, but while I was in the parking lot, trying to put on the wiper blades, I was having difficulty. Dillon happen to be leaving the store and look to be heading home. It was raining. Dillion walked right up and said can I help? He quickly popped off the old blades and helped me slide on the new ones. This is an excellent employee for AutoZone. I hope they know what they have because that earn them a 5 star from me. She used a diagnostic tool to find the problem and we headed back into the store to 'read' the findings - low tire pressure. Sarah didn't just send me on my way. After showing me where to find the tire pressure in the door of my car, she checked the pressure of each tire. For only working there a few months, and learning on the job, she was well-versed and explained everything clearly and patiently. Impressive!

The 3 dollar seal and 20 min of work has fixed it for almost a year now. They are also big on telling people they are overdue for maintenance. But when asked what is overdue they will give you a list of things that "could" be overdue.... overall just a shitty business that won't stand behind their work and has shady practices

I called bike shack they said come in the next morning at 9 and had both tires mounted, balanced and I was on my way and the price was way cheaper than if I had stopped at a dealership. Yesterday Seth once again squeezed me on on short notice for an oil change as well as final drive fluid. Seth works quickly and efficiently and had me done within an hour so which meant I had plenty of time to ride the rest of the day. Today, we got a call that due to supply chain issues at Audi in Germany, they wouldn't be able to build our car. That bad news was balanced by the fact that they actually had a very similar car on the lot. It wasn't exactly what we ordered but it was close and they made a very fair equitable adjustment for the trouble. So this evening, we have a new Audi in the driveway and it was as pleasant as any car buying experience ever. Max was great, as were the delivery folks, and we think that the replacement car is actually better than the one we ordered (mostly due to paint and interior colors).
