They sized me and set it all up and had me test out the gears and test ride so that when we were shuttled to the trailhead we were ready to go with no adjustments. The staff at the store were cheerful, helpful, and really went beyond in my opinion. Wally, our shuttle driver was great and I'd request him in the future. We ran into him on the trail and we all stopped and he took cute pictures of us. Thanks Wally. The bikes were so great that we both want to get one. Sigh, some day. They also have bike clothes. I buy most of mine online and that can be disappointing. I got a great jersey top there. It fits! Yay! They also recommended where to get great sandwiches (Deep Creek Coffee, a block away) and wow was that a perfect recommendation. As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives. Yeah, that was a ride. Beautiful, challenging, and glorious.

The pick-up time was flexible, and they open early too (7am)! We were helped by Anthony, he explained everything in detail yet efficiently so we could go on our adventure! The bikes we had were Rad Runner, riders range from 4'11 to 5'11. They fit great and were in good condition. Plus the provided helmets were clean and in good condition (especially the inner liners/protection foam).

We did the morning Half Day Family Slot Canyon Tour at Lambs Knoll, and our guide Forrest made the…read moretrip. While some of us had rappelled before, none of us had been canyoneering. Forrest struck the perfect balance -- fun, knowledgeable, and great with kids -- so everyone felt completely safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Our 9- and 11-year-olds crushed 50-foot rappels and were so proud of themselves. Highly recommend, and we'd book with Forrest and Zion Adventures again without hesitation. We also rented our Narrows gear through them, using the new Virgin location instead of Springdale. It was more convenient for us since we were staying in Hurricane, making it easy to pick up gear the night before. Easy process, and Maile made sure we had everything we needed plus all the info necessary to stay safe on the hike. One tip: if you're not staying in Springdale and are booking a canyoneering tour, book the Virgin location. It's right by Kolob Canyon Road where Lambs Knoll is, so it saves you the drive into Springdale.

Seeing crowds of tourists in identical boots carrying the same poles felt like classic herd behavior and an unnecessary upsell. I was wrong. The rocks in The Narrows are uneven, slippery, and constantly changing. The boots provided great traction, and the pole was invaluable for both balance and gauging water depth. Could you buy cheaper gear for about the same price? Probably. But it likely wouldn't be as good, and you'd have to carry it around. Sometimes there's a good reason to follow the herd. This was one of those times.

Little that I know we really need it the whole outfit to get in the water so rent it ! Is worth it if you visit from Oct -Feb I promise you need it ! They offer Rad power bikes so if you're familiar with that brand, it's basically exactly the same (just no throttle on the smaller Rad bike; the throttle is still on the Rad wagon). E-biking was hands down our favorite way to see Zion - it's just so gorgeous and when they're running shuttles, it feels almost empty on the road. I loved it and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Outta here had some eBike tour shots available so we booked - very easy and very friendly. We started in Springdale and took backroads and bike paths up into Zion with short stops along the way. Ina & Lillian were our guide and the made sure the 6 of us on tour were all safe and comfortable throughout the entire 3 hour tour. We rode all the way up to Temple of Sinewava and made several educational stops along the way. Ebikes are a great way to see the entire park if you're not necessarily interested in hiking but want to experience Zion.

We used them and while hiking The Narrows a squirrel (or more) got into one of them and they replaced it without hesitation. Such a wonderful experience.

Their team members really helped us have a good time, and their customer service was great. They are very nice, helpful and they explained everything we needed to know to ride the bike. The bikes were all working properly when we got them! We spent some time exploring Zion with the E-Bikes. Using E-Bikes helped us explore at Zion the area at a lot faster pace than if we had been using traditional bicycles. One big advantage is being able to see the beautiful Zion views without having to worry about where you will be able to park your car too!
