Chris was extremely patient with all my questions and informative as to cost, how it would function and where he would place the components on my rare bike. Picked it up last night. He wanted me to enjoy it and be safe. I LOVE IT!!! Works even better than I hoped. Better than an actual e-bike I've ridden. He did a phenomenal job. I did the unspeakable and asked if it was possible to get the bike by the end of the following day and although a bit busy in general this season, they take bike-tourers under their wings whenever possible. For a shop that only had one review on Yelp, I was seriously worried - but no reason to be! This is a REAL BIKE SHOP!!!! Hahaha! They have all the goodies that you may need. Be prepared if you need 26" you're gonna need to call ahead to order. A basic tune costs $65 bucks and they'll call you if you need anything additional. I took the only skinny pair of 26" tires and the last two tubes (26x1.5) the only downside to this is that they tossed one of my current tubes and I could've patched it :( so now I have two tubes on the bike and only 1 extra.
