The employees are all well-trained so they know their stock (which is amazing in its variety), and take the time to help you with your particular issue. In one instance, their price was less than it was on amazon and i walked out the door with what I needed without having to wait for a delivery. I ddnt bother checking amazon for the other item. I have literally sent dozens of emails, left multiple voicemails and had dozens of phone conversations, all to no avail. The story is different each time. The latest was being told by the owner (Ken) that my order was shipped and to call back the next morning to get the tracking number, as he (Ken) was busy closing up shop for the day (even though they weren't scheduled to be closing for several hours yet). The next day... no answer! I have been nothing short of patient and polite, but my money (over $300) was taken and nothing given in return. I will continue to write and post a review every day until I receive the items I paid for!

I ordered a battery pack from these guys online - only to find out they didn't even have the item in stock - they'd have to order it, and it would take a week, at least - to arrive. First off - what's the point, then? I could easily order it myself from Amazon or the like. Second off - and much, much - worse off - I have attempted a cancellation from them, after finding out the item was not actually in stock - more than a week ago... Not only has the item not been cancelled, (and obviously I have not received any confirmation that it *has*) - but I have actually received confirmation from the payment provider that no action has been taken, and that there's nothing I myself can do. Even if this issue is resolved, it's easily the most frustrating experience I have ever had attempting a cancellation or refund from any company I have ever had. Furthermore - the email contact system on their web site is broken (I'm a web developer for a living and tried it on multiple systems and networks to confirm this after the refund debacle) - meaning I have had no other recourse but to repeatedly call them every other day trying to get them to address the issue in any way. I've had some bad experiences with companies, Rogers is probably the worst - but these guys come a close second. Stay far, far away.

We are avid cyclists, and are out and about as often as we can with our ebikes at home. So we like to explore in equal fashion when traveling. And this service 'delivered'--literally and figuratively. Jordan was such a pleasure to deal with. He drove the bikes to our hotel ahead of schedule, and explained in detail how they worked. Ebikes are idiosyncratic in features and occasional shortcomings, so we took them for a brief test-spin around the parking lot to 'break ourselves in.' Jordan also gave us some tips and recommendations for enjoying our ride. The bikes were easy to use--despite their large size and weight--rugged and durable, and the battery charge was still near full after a full day and nearly 30 miles. We were able to navigate some unpaved terrain with no issues at all. Ebikes Delivered is the best way to enjoy the American side of Niagara Falls, the islands, and the river trails. It is scenic and beautiful, you really get to see everything, and easily ride through it all the entire way. We highly recommend Jordan and Ebikes Delivered. We were 'spinning our wheels' on the last day of our vacation, but in the best way possible.
