Very nice group of guys who really seem to have getting you on the road or into the mud as their first priority. I will say I was pretty surprised that they don't carry a low-end line of Hardtails. Ricky Mountain and Yeti types were all north of $3. Be prepared to walk out with $3500 spent. But you will most likely come out with an amazing MTB machine. Looks like they have an enviable bike repair station, too.

New location! Tucked into the trees.

They are the best. Knowledgeable and experienced. Used them for service for years. Never had an issue.

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The shop also has an espresso machine. I had a latte that was really tasty. The barista is cute.

I liked it so much that I decided to be a repeat customer. I really like to ride my bike and I use it for daily fitness purposes. The sales was no hassle, no pressure. They offered credit to finance my purchase, which I took advantage of. They also told me that a level once maintenance package was included with my bike. They encouraged me to use their app, Ride Club. I downloaded the app and was on my way. The bike is a smooth riding machine. I use two apps when I ride, the Ride Club app and Map my run. They both give slightly different information. Around November 2025, I brought my bike in for that maintenance service. Based on my miles, they suggested a level two service, and they would credit the difference of a level one that came with the bike. That worked for me. I don't recall how long they had my bike, but it wasn't more than a few days. I got her back and she was glowing. She looked brand new. I brought my bike back again in May to address a squeaky brake issue. They bled the brakes. I picked it up and then I had problems with my gears on my first ride. I brought it back to the shop. They made some adjustments, but it wasn't quite enough. I brought it back in again and they checked it in. They called me and said that some of the problem should have been discovered on a earlier visit. For that, they said they would cover the parts if I would cover the labor. I agreed. She is back to a well running machine. This has only been my bike shop since I purchased my bike. I love walking in there. I'm usually greeted and service is always on top of their business. Often, someone will open the door as I wheel my bike out. So nice, a great bunch of people.

After doing some research, I reached out to Two Wheel Drive and was lucky enough to be connected with Zach, who made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From our very first exchange, Zach was patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I shared my needs--something lightweight, upright, easy to manage, and reliable for everyday riding--and he walked me through several great options before recommending the Kona Ecoco. He was honest about what would work best for my size, lifestyle, and comfort preferences. Even though I was still living out of state, Zach made it easy to place a deposit over the phone, giving me peace of mind that the small frame would be held for me. When I arrived in town a few weeks later, the bike was fully built, tuned up, and waiting for me--complete with all the custom accessories I had requested installed. Zach greeted me warmly, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt confident before rolling out the door. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a local bike shop with heart, integrity, and stellar service, Two Wheel Drive is it. Thank you, Zach, for your care and follow-through--you made this new chapter feel grounded and exciting from the start.

Everyone from the boss to the bike maintainers have been professional, polite and taken the time to talk things through with me. I did a lot of research and had a pretty good idea of what bike (or at least type) I was after. The discussion and totally fair pricing is what made the sale for me. I've been back for service and it is excellent. I've been back for advice and pointers, again excellent. I've been back to buy bits and pieces and found just what I need with discussion and guidance. I'll be back at some point in the not too far future to buy another bike. This is my bike shop!

But, the store is full of an impressive stock of inventory for your sporting needs. Today, I stopped by the shop to get a water bottle cage. I had a remaining balance on a gift card to use. I found the cage. I also looked at a pair of biking glasses as I am in the market for some. The glasses where right next to the register with a few employees. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.
