I feel like I'm a pretty reasonable, personable, and open minded guy, I understand bikes pretty well and do a lot of maintenance myself, but mechanics at *OTHER* shops have been surprisingly rude to me, cut me off when I'm talking or asking a question, try to upsell me or tell me I need something else, try to pull wool over my eyes and upcharge, and I feel like they don't respect me or my bike. NONE OF THAT HERE. All the staff I've spoken with here are very polite, hear me out, make a recommendation when they see fit.
