New seat post and because they were unexpectedly closed on the day I was to pick it up, they fixed grinding in the wheel hubs at no cost. Shop hooked it up with an Alexrims DA22 and it goes perfectly with the retro look i have on the bike. Took about a week to get it diagnosed and replaced. And was only 20 bucks more than trying to "fix" a bent mavic wheel. I understand this is peak season for them. Shop is and always has been super professional. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.
