I feel like I'm a pretty reasonable, personable, and open minded guy, I understand bikes pretty well and do a lot of maintenance myself, but mechanics at *OTHER* shops have been surprisingly rude to me, cut me off when I'm talking or asking a question, try to upsell me or tell me I need something else, try to pull wool over my eyes and upcharge, and I feel like they don't respect me or my bike. NONE OF THAT HERE. All the staff I've spoken with here are very polite, hear me out, make a recommendation when they see fit. I totally trust these guys with my bikes and will go here if I need anything in the future. I've only been to another location once to pick up a part, but same experience.

Recently I took a bike in for repair after the chain broke and damaged the bike. Broken chain, wheel needed to be repaired, broken shifter, brakes adjusted. New seat post and because they were unexpectedly closed on the day I was to pick it up, they fixed grinding in the wheel hubs at no cost. They go above and beyond and if they find additional problems they will call to authorize repair. Highly recommended!
