The sales associate who greeted me first also set me up with a dressing room while I was shopping. The one part of my shopping experience that I didn't like was that they don't offer free shopping bags. I mean, I spent over $130 of products in this store. It's a pet peeve of mine to see high end retail stores charging customers for shopping bags when their shopping bags aren't made of plastic. Come on now. Other than that, I'd be back here again to shop for more tops in the future!

I was referred this children's store while shopping for a rash guard swimsuit for my 8 y/o daughter…read more First off they don't open until 10:30 am so don't try and knock out your shopping early! Then they only had (2) rash guard swimsuits to choose from (in Hawaii across from the beach) I chose one...while still feeling good about my choice I was paying for it & was told that all sales are final on swimwear, I mentioned my daughter was at the hotel across the street I planned on bringing it to her and have her try it on before removing any tags to make sure it fits. The sales lady told me I should bring her in to try on first if I am not sure of her size...OK. I say OK, no worries this will be fine I'm fairly certain of her size. As she rings it up she prints a separate receipt that I needed to sign separately for her to keep at the store of me acknowledging the no return policy on swimwear, I sign it. Then she gets out a big red rubber stamp that says: "All Sales Final No Returns" for the receipt I would be taking with me and stamps it. Anyhow, as a 13 year former employee of Nordstrom I just couldn't help feeling not very happy with my whole shopping experience, and not appreciated as a buyer. I like the rash guard top and it fits...whew! I understand there are folks that take advantage of retail stores with returns and the stores are unable to return back into stock causing a loss of profit. But by setting a policy of a strict time limit and requiring all tags to still be attached is much more reasonable, and the store still able to re sell it is a win-win.

I forgot her name but one of the Cast Members here was the most friendly person we encountered and she remembered us from the day before and was so sweet! I was also able to purchase some Disney themed candy and a waterproof pouch for my phone while I am in the pool- this came in handy. They also have swim suits, sunglasses, and a small selection of flip flops. There is a hidden soda machine at the entrance where you can fill your refillable resort cups.

Tucked in a cavelike setting with nostalgia decor this shop is very tiny but carries many necessities like snacks, pool and outdoor gears, what I do love that they have here is their coolest variety of leather bracelet with specific or all the Disney character even Aulani tropical touches and it can be personalized all right there. The staff here is just a delight, friendly and helpful with any questions or just a fun chat, feeling like I'm at the park with all the super cute merchandise really got me picking up stuff but did hold back. Just about everything here does have that Disney flair and who doesn't love that!! Thank you!
